I just saw davros. In confidential. eek whee

Saw it too. whee They won't show him in the preview but they're happy to sneak him into confidential. rolleyes

Typical RTD.

They had his laugh. Maybe it's because only the real hardcore DW fans watch Doctor Who and we already know.

That was Davros? I thought that was a Dalek gurgling water in its mouth or something. sweatdrop

The next episode is like... Whoniverse all-out.
IANTO GWEN LUKE OMG.

On the subject of this week - I really liked it. The only bad bits were the stuff from old episodes... like the Racnoss... and the Adipose... *shudder*

I thought it was a pretty interesting episode. It had the theme of a "What If" scenario and heavily focused on Donna. I was pretty surprised that Rose was in this episode a lot.

Although, I liked Midnight (which was filmed at the same time as this episode) better.

I kinda laughed when the news lady said that America was in crisis because of the fat monster things (I forgot the actual name) . ^^;; The episode is implying something here. xD

Can't wait for next week's episode.

I know! I thought it was pretty funny that most of america turned into adipose. How insulting XD
It was kind of cool to see that Donna really is important to the world, and the Doctor.
It's kind of sad that even her own mum agreed that she was a disappointment, but that had a nice turn around when the Doctor told her she was brilliant. smile
I loved that part heart
Rose was great, like always XD
Altogether though, it was a good episode!

Hooray for Youtube!

Ha ha fat Americas thats so funny stare . Actually it makes sense that the Adipose thing was only reported as being devastating in America. China, you never get news from China. Russia, awkward. Canada, boring. Australia, boring. Any other country, probably boring. The rest of Europe was kind of devastated too much already. America is the only place that could really afford to be worried about dieting while still being interesting enough to be international news. It doesn't have to be implying anything really, even if we do have too many fat people.

That beetle thing was really big and really creepy. I missed the Doctor through the entire episode. Midnight freaked me out more but this one still has me checking my back.

Dalek/Davros laughing... I like that a lot.

I knew there was a reason I liked Donna.

Wonderful episode. The 'labor camps' thing got my stomach in a bundle. As well as the TARDIS 'dying'. I did get a chuckle out of the Adipose/America thing.

Oh, and TORCHWOOD CAMEOS OMG JACK AND GWEN AND DO YOU THINK THEY'LL HAVE SARAH JANE IN IT CAUSE SHE'S AWESOME AND MAYBE THOSE DUDES AND THAT NEW FANGLED K-9 AND AND AND DAVROS WILL BE IN THERE SOMEWHERE AND OH GOSH ROSE MARTHA AND DONNA MIGHT ALL GET TO MEET AT THE SAME TIME THAT WOULD BE COOL AND AND AND

I think they overdid the sparks when Donna time-traveled. I though, and probably so did every one else, that it was going wrong.

The trailer was the best part. I don't mean that in a bad way, but next week's is going to be amazing. Why's everyone going on about Ianto, I didn't see him. I only saw Gwen and Luke from the spin offs. SJ was there, but she was in Doctor Who first, so she's allowed to be. I hope Ianto is in it though. Ah well, I'm off to YouTube to see the trailer again.

That's a good point, although I didn't find it as a "Ha Ha funny" but more of an amused chuckle, if you will.

I just kinda found it amusing that the first mention/tragedy of America would be the Adipose problem. *shrugs* I thought the episode was implying that some Americans have weight issues, which is correct. Many countries do anyways, as you said. ^_^

Hehe, the Adipose thing got more of a "Oh, DUH!" reaction from me than anything else. With Europe devastated and everyone in Asia being scrawny, America's really the only other place Matron Cofelia would have gone. In fact, I'm surprised she didn't come here first anyways XD

I find Donna absolutely amazing. I loved how well she handled everything, much better than her idiot "give up on the world around her" mother. I dislike Sylvia Noble VERY much.
And the sparks and stuff when Donna was shunted back in time by UNIT? My guess at the time was the Tardis was being sacrificed for Donna's jump, and it was sparking to death. (The glass of water "And this is to combat dehydration" part made me giggle a bit though.)

I was literally doing the happy jumpy bouncy dance at "Bad Wolf." The Doctor freaking out, the Cloister Bell, the red Tardis interior....damn. My poor boyfriend was trying to sleep...didn't work out so well.

I loved the flash-backs to stuff that had aready happened and the bits that were nearly flash-backs but slightly wrong, because the Doctor wasn't there.

It was scary. Really freaky. I loved this episode!

User ImageYou must be mad...
I have been thinking that Donna is my official new favorite companion. (before her it was Romana 2), and this episode just sealed the deal. Donna is awesome! xd

And as much as I was NOT looking forward to Rose's return, they did it the RIGHT way!! she didn't overshadow Donna, and she wasn't pining for the Doctor. I am very very happy the way this episode turned out and I am anxious to see the next one.
...or you wouldn't have come here.User Image
