The next day when Jayoku noticed it was leaking she panicked. Did she make it leak?? She had poked it a lot the previous day and now she was fearful instead of just leaking it would just 'pop' and all of this interesting endeavor would be for nothing. Placing a cotton swab very carefully on its surface she tried to absorb the liquid without causing further damage.
She was surprised to find that the liquid was dark like a red black and smelled very familiar. She couldn't place her hand on it but dare not risk a taste. It seemed very barbaric in her mind.
"Don't worry little..lea..er...thing. I won't let you pop." She cooed at it though she was amazed at its growth. It was already triple it's size from the previous day. Her make shift protection net was now too small to protect it and was threatening to become a danger of constricting it. Wordlessly she tore it down, she couldn't risk it growing past the peramitures of the net. Especially if it was going to get growing. She was a bit worried...it was getting so big it looked like it was going to get bigger than the pot at this rate.
THAT made a frown on her face. "You were always impatient...even in growing." she muttered still taking care of watering the blob even though it was hard since..well..not much of the dirt was available to water anymore. Like a ball covering a cup it was fully covering the rim. She ever so carefully she had lifted the pot and placed it into a dish to catch the run off water.
It still looked like it needed water...more so now that it was leaking. She wondered briefly if she should put a bandaid on it...but quickly decided against it. The band aid could work if it stopped in it growing...but if it continued...it would only serve to stretch and risk tearing a greater hole in the poor thing.

A possible hole was the worst of Jay's problem when the former leaf decided that now, since it had her attention, was the time to complete it's purpose. With a hop that shouldn't have been possible due to it's lack of legs it escaped the confine of it's pot and crashed onto the floor bursting open to reveal a small boy inside covered in blackberry juice.

It was such a surprise the poor woman let out a very unrefined shriek as the blob suddenly exploded on the floor. In a wave of juice that flowed from impact the room was needless to say ...a mess. Though the shock of the mess was nothing compared to what she discovered a moment later.
In the center of this explosion sat...yes sat...a lone figure crouching covered in the sticky juice his eyes eyeing her up smugly, as if there was an 'I told you so' attatched to it. Jayoku in the mean while could only point at the male.
"What the??" She squealed, she knew the letter had said it would turn into something..a child even...but she was still in shock at it all. It was still hard to imagine this little leaf...was now...an actual boy.
But the smug expression he was giving her soon turned into a frown as he plopped down and shivered. He was...nakid...and sticky...
Moving forward FINALLY she went to kneel or squat rather to avoid getting the sticky mess on her clothes.
"Well then...looks like you proved me wrong. No doubt there you are a fearsome little boy." She said with a smile, she took careful note that... there was spikes along down his arm. And a very strange....mark on his shoulder.
"I believe it is time you got a bath." She continued with a merry smile. So this was to be her new child. He was cute once you got past the stickiness.
"No."
Jayoku blinked, not realizing that she had let her attention drift. She turned her face back towards the boy in front of her.
"Did...you just...say....?"
"No."
With his arms firmly cross across his sticky chest in defiance there was no doubt that he indeed said the word. Jyaoku blinked again, so he could speak as well?
"But...you need a bath..."
"No."
Jayoku pursed her lips, so he was going to be that way was he? Well then...this was going to get interesting.
