This happened to my friend too. (All of the Mountain Dew. Endless.)
For his stomach pains and migraines he tries to drink tea. It has some caffiene -less than coffee- and it fills up the empty space in the stomach (and it's a lot of water too) so it helped make the pains and headaches less worse. It didn't make them go away, but it help him ween off gradually.
Actually try drinking a lot of water too. You need the water because caffeine makes you flush out a LOT of your water. This will also give you a headache at first because once you get the right amount of water in your system, the pressure of the blood vessels in your head will go back to normal. If you've been dehydrated all this time, this is going to change the pressure of the fluid in your head which will give you a headache that feels like your brain is a very sore muscle. (Just an analogy)
Once you get back into it, thought, it should help. And yes maybe taking pain killer will help. Might wanna be careful: too much tylenol is not good for the liver. Too much advil will burn the stomache even worse. Asprin seems like the only one that doesn't do those two things. Good luck.

My girlfriend has the same problem.
Slowly wean yourself off. Cut back slowly, not all at once.

Good advice has already been given here - from someone who has an extreme dependency on stimulants and caffeine (though I need it for health reasons), the advice of weaning off slowly is correct.
The worst I think is if you're additionally taking caffeine pills, as I've read those can assumably be up to 4-5 cups of coffee equivalent per pill. Caffeine addiction, in my opinion, especially is one where you can just cut back by a couple of cups or drinks a day - you've literally got to do it in staggered amounts.
It also helps if you keep a record of how much you've been having each day.
Another tip - if you start getting sick as you decrease, stay at that (decreased) amount for a couple days or even a week, however long it takes before you stop getting sick and your body rests a few days before weaning down some more.

Caffeine addictions are a serious addiction that affects the majority of America.
I know that even though you can show withdrawal symptoms soon after your last helping of caffeine, that one cup of coffee you had that morning will be in your system for 6 hours.
the only way I know to avoid the withdrawal is to drink decaf coffee, caffeine free sodas... these create a placebo affect and your mind thinks its getting caffeine so it sends those signals out to your body and you're fine, even though you had relatively no caffeine.

I totally understand you. Sometimes I'm in the verge of becoming a coffee addict myself. I drink 4 cups each weekday, and sometimes one on weekends.
The trick here is: spend 3 days of detox. You'll probably be incapacitated by the headaches, but keep going. Remember what tough guys always say: pain is imaginary, it's just an illusion, it doesn't exists.
