Unfortunately I don't know much about this to be able to help you, but I would at least visit my doctor to see if he could give me advice or certain treatments I could take. That's definitely where I would start. Also, the internet is a wonderful place to get information. Maybe there's a website specifically for your problem and steps you can take to break the habit?
Hopefully there will be someone who replies after me who has better advice. xp

The key is just cutting back and sticking with it. Addiction is a hard thing to break, and you'll be tempted to go back to your old ways.
Honestly though, how much are you drinking for it to be this bad?

Honestly though, how much are you drinking for it to be this bad? I tried cutting down on coffee, energy drinks, coffee drinks(things like starbucks coffee drinks) I even stopped drinking pop, But I still got migraines and stomach pains. I'm drinking 4 cups a day on weekends and during school I drink a thermos of coffee and its about 8 cups, but thats spread out through the school day, and when I get home I drink 2 cups of coffee

Then talk to an actual doctor. That doesn't seem like a substantial amount, but hey, I drink upwards to 4 cups a day, but never on the weekends, and I rarely if ever get headaches from it.

I would talk to a doctor but the closest hospital or clinic is an hour away and I have no mode of transportation to get their. I also drink a few energy drinks a day on top of the coffee I drink.

Then it's just discipline. Find the number of drinks, and then slowly taper off. One less drink a week.

I KNOWWW! Okay- The Problem Is When You Quit You're In Pain Right? Try Having A Glass In The Morning, And Then Once You Start Getting Pains, Take Two Asprin. >.<
I Hope It Works. Because Without Pain Means You Don't Need It- Right?
