Chexednut DeathDealervamp SPOILER DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVEN'T READ VOLUME 2; Now, in the second book, Toby is given a propechy that DOESN'T go in his or the one womens favor. It's pretty much saying that if Jareth and Sarah DO love each other, they can take the throne from Toby. The third volume should rap it up or, continue it. I have both, read both. Jareth gave the kingdom to Toby. Toby is going through lessons and Jareth has gone to vist Sarah. So yeah, it's piecing together actually. i know your pain. sorry xd

I'll not read the rest as I may fall on a spoiler lol As I said in my intro a friend bought me the first two books. But I am in the process of reading other books at the moment, so I haven't started them yet lol But I can't wait lol

Just finished the second one, have to say that I enjoyed it much more than the first and even the art work seemed to be a little better. As with the last one, however, the cover art was vastly superior to the work inside. Loving the bit with Moppey, and with Jareth and Sarah hopefully we'll get some resolution with those two!

Zoso22 NinjaxGirl1 I don't really like the whole theme of Toby taking over Jareth's throne...just makes me not want to read it because there's less of Jareth ^^; OMG it's NIA!! ^^ Anyway... I do like the manga, although I've only been able to get the 2nd one... they didn't have it at my bookstore OR at my library. It has a very different feel from the movie, but it's still good. That witch lady, I forget her name... I don't like her. >_< And her daughters or whatever really creep me out... they feel kind of out of place in that story. But other than that, I like it. Toby is great biggrin And what is up with those lizards?! xD OMG it's Katherine!! ^_^ Annnyway, I like the art of the manga. The cover art is especially beautiful, however I haven't had the chance to read the entire manga, but since I'm hearing a lot of good things about it, I really want to now! As I said though, I'm a little scared to read it because I've heard it revolves around Toby and I don't want it to completely ruin my idea of Jareth and stuff... sweatdrop

Well, as the conclusion of the second volume snuck up on me, it all just night not revolve around Toby. Third volume looks to include Sarah and Jareth a whole lot more.

it's so bad!
But I can't help but reading it.
I don't like how Jareth is growing weaker.
And how sarah is a frumpy 30 year old who isn't married and has like no life... or how toby is a total failure...

it's all around bad... but the cover art is sooooo goooood

I wonder when teh third one comes out though. I read the second, ordered the first, now i need the third. All this hidden romanticism makes me curious. No wonder we all love the movie or its storyline eh?

It takes a little patients, my dear.
It may seem like a curse, but we are not bound by the thirteen hour deadline when it comes to the release of these volumes.
Now, do not quote me on this, but I think the third volume is due to come out later this year (someone please correct me on this - for it is two in the morning and I have not the energy to look it up).

Bah! I almost completely hate waiting for manga to come out. But since Sarah and Jareth are in one together I guess i can wait. And I'll do the research myself k? Now im off to read Fanfiction and listen to David bowie. (nice outfit by the way)

VIVA LA JARETH! Toby has no right to take Jareth's throne! I mean Toby is such a loser when he grows up! Jareth's cool forever and that will never change! I think maybe he's trying to win back Sarah by kidnapping Toby (in a way) again. Sarah is such a ditz! If Jareth offered me what he did to Sarah I so would have given in! I mean how could you turn down Jareth? Jareth for God's sake! I've been killing myself trying to find the second book, but I can't. But I will fight on! *tear tear* "Dear Jareth, ruler of all please help me find the second book!" I want to read the second in hopes that things will change! Please anyone who's read it, tell me that things change! gonk

i find the cover pretty good, it could be better.
i think the stroies pretty good so far, but i do agree about the whole jarith loosing his powers and toby taking over the goblin city. who knows it might be like some movie that start out slow but end up being really good in the end.
btw dose anyone know when they come out with the 3rd volume? cuz i been hearing roomers that its already out but i never seen any. sweatdrop 3nodding
