I too had my first account banned and has nice items. I spend time and money on those items and its really unfair to see them in a raffle. The people that just joined feel like they should have it easier. I say they should work for the items. I worked really hard for these winged anklets. This will happen, they raffled the items and then they will sell them in the marketplace. People will underbid of course and the item becomes really cheap. Thats how I am seeing it. Lanzer should not do that or else the people that worked really hard will be pissed. I would be too.

Thinking about it, I can't see why the admin would be bothered to auction the items off...
Surely they have better things to do like... UPDATE THE GUILDS AND FIX THE GODDAMN BUGS!

The thing is, the auctions will be from banned accounts with inexcusable offenses, such as scamming or hacking. I don't think they wil auction off items from inactives or banned accounts that are contested or can be contested.
I can see where you guys are going with the whole "losing items because of sentimental value" angle, but really, these items are from, simply put, bad accounts. There is no way to get them back, so leaving these items in the inventories is just dumb. But that's just me.

Quinn Cillian All these pretty girls are disagreeing with it... heart *tazer* no. just, no. as for the items, I don't know man, this is definetly lanzer making nice to the waves of letters bitching about how they will never get a halo, but there are some perma-banned accounts that have unfairly been done so. such as a hacked account forced to go pr0n troll. sure, some accounts are given back, but most aren't.

Y'know, I don't really disagree so much.
Yes, accounts have been permabanned for no good reason at all.
but most of those people have moved on either by getting a new account, or by quitting Gaia. Yeah, it would such to lose everything. I agree. But they're not going to ever get their accounts back. -shrug- I like socialism.
Now.... if that made any sense to you... I am impressed.
