((...You know, I could've sworn I had updated that title. No wonder why no one's posting here. rofl
((I'm going to go with 'they're finishing up getting ready to leave'.))
Rina watched the final preparations of her clan, helping and directing where each was needed. They were almost ready to begin their life of wandering, only needing a to finalize a few things, mostly making sure they had enough herbs for healing and eating. They did not yet know where they wandered, and so having a supply of food and medicine was a wise idea.
She was glad, now, of the time she had spent considering joining the Sanguine Syndicate. That had introduced her to the humans, and their wonderful resources. Such as the pouches she had found for the members of her clan to carry supplies in. The humans had been displeased with her for taking them, but she did not care. They could easily make more, while neither she nor the members of her clan could manufacture such things.

Joshua was passing through as he spotted some foxes gathered together. They seemed close and friendly, and a little bit busy. Still plodding his paws along he wondered about disturbing them. Maybe he could offer some help.
He traveled further towards to small group. Too tied up amongst themselves he felt like he wouldn't be noticed until he said anything. "Hello. I'm Joshua. Is there anything I can help you with?"

((Application on the front page. Don't let it scare you away...^^;; ))
"You may help by packing the fruits and herbs in the bags. You must keep the food and the medicinal plants separated; fruits in one bag, herbs in another."
Rina wondered why he wished to help, but she would let him explain himself if he wished. If he wished not to answer the question implied by her silence, then that was his choice. He was not of her clan, and so he owed no obedience to her, after all.
"We are a clan of traveling wanderers, so it is important for us to have food and medicine with us, for when we journey to places where such is scarce," she added. Perhaps he had heard of her clan. Perhaps this was fate, bringing another clan member to them just as they were ready to leave.
Or perhaps fate intended him as nothing more than help to start the journey. She was grateful, though, even if that was all there was to his presence.

((*l* Alright, I'll roll with this...though I'll play Ramon as a bit younger than his current cert. He'll be like a young teen xd ))
Darkshine had been spending what time she could trying to get a feel for whatever powers she had tapped into, bringing in meat with some hunting, some fruit and tubers while looking for herbs that could be of use to her and her tribe, and generally being a bit of a busy body. She rubbed her chin against the coin on the collar-necklace she now wore, wondering what god or gods had blessed them with such a great and patient leader. The pouches were ingenious, allowing them to carry a good amount of supplies with them.
Currently, she was shoving bundles of herbs into a few bags, dividing them equally amongst those who would be carrying them, herself included. She also kept an eye out for Ramon, who had gotten a little bigger, but was still as quiet as ever. He took to learning what he could a bit more seriously than most and the dark teal female did her best to keep his curiosity somewhat satisfied.
Ramon skittered about, trying his best to help without getting too much in the way. His eyes alighted on the newcomer, a bright green male, and then glanced at his 'mom'. Seeing her get busy again, the red and black youngling moved closer to see what the other male was up to, ears perked forward.

((Put the amulet up. Let me know if there's anything else you think I should put on the front page.))
"Hello, Ramon," Rina greeted the youth. He had been doing his earnest best to help, and so she would not criticize him taking a break at the moment. He was young still, and thus could not work as intently as an adult.
Even though, she would have to send him back to work soon. If they were to rely upon only themselves, and not upon a certain land to provide for them, all of them would have to do their share, even the young ones.

Aki helped the best she could with the packing and gathering. Seeing Ramon wonder out of her sight, she turned to see what he was doing. Ah, there seemed to be a new male talking with Rina. Going to stand next to Ramon and Rina, Aki smiled at the new comer. "Hello there, Joshua. I'm Aki."

"Hello, Aki," Rina politely greeted the rainbow splotched female.
It seemed that many were finishing up their packing. Once that task was completed, the tribe could finally start on their lifetime of wandering. Rina hoped that they would finish soon--she wished to be underway. To spend so much time in one place was almost unnerving to her, and she eagerly anticipated going forth to explore the world again.

Vitani walked slowly, rolling her eyes at her brother who was practicing his tree jumping. What joy he found in climbing to the third or fourth branch of a tree then jumping down, she didn't know. "C'mon, I feel others nearby." Vitani could hear faint voices, and years of living with just Vitani for company had taught her that more was better...usually.Vitali made a small whimpering noise as he was told to stop playing, but did so anyways. "Yeah, and? There are always others nearby," But he trotted after her anyways, his ears twitching at every noise. Soon, they saw the foxes that matched the voices. How odd, an Elder? Here?"Hello!" Vitani called, picking up the pace slightly. "We mean no harm." Those were always the first words out of her mouth when meeting strangers, unless she meant harm. "I am Vitani, and this is my brother, Vitali," She bowed her head to the Elder. Question was, how would the female react? Vitani lifted her head to try and read the female's face. She saw anxiousness, joy, and some unknown thing that Vitani couldn't quite place.

Joshua did his best to be quick with the fruits and herbs. He began to wish modifoxes had better paws to pick things up with. Most item he had to pick up between his teeth instead. Once he filled both bags he looked back to the modifox who had let him help. She seemed annoyed. This made Joshua feel a little nervous since he didn't understand her yet.
"Are you up to anything special? You certainly have a lot of supplies, is this a permanent move?"

"Greetings, to both of you." Rina glanced at the two of them, trying to evaluate them, without becoming rude, and outright staring. Their markings and coloration implied that they were related by blood, and not adoption, as was the case with herself and her brother. Judging by the tree-jumping she had seen, the male, Vitali, was more playful, while the female, Vitani, was more serious. She might perhaps be the elder, as she had given him a command, and one that he obeyed.
"For what reason are you here?" While the wording was formal, the tone to it was merely curious: she had no reason to have any animosity concerning the pair at the present moment.
"If you will give me a moment," she requested, when she heard Joshua's question, and she turned to speak to him.
"I suppose you could call it a permanent move. We are a tribe of wanderers, just beginning, so we shall always be moving. I thought it wise that we have supplies with us, should we encounter lands that are lacking in what we require."
With time, she hoped that they would learn to live off hostile lands, and be less dependent upon carrying food and medicine with them, but for now this system would do.
"If you would pardon me now, I must talk to the newcomers." Rina gave Joshua a small smile of encouragement and thanks, before turning once again to the siblings.

"We were just exploring. I don't really like to stay in one place for too long, nor do I like to travel alone," Vitani smiled at the Elder but looked away after a moment, her tail swishing somewhat anxiously behind her. She loved to observe people, lived on it practically, but when it came to other people watching her...well, Vitani didn't love to be the center of attention.
Vitali watched the two girls, then shrugged. "She drags me along with her. I like exploring, too, though," He added. Maybe this would be a good tribe for them.... He glanced at his sister, trying to communicate his thoughts without thinking, one of those rare sister-brother moments they had.
Vitali caught her brother's eye and understood. Yes, perhaps this would be a good tribe for them.... "A wandering tribe, you say? How interesting...Would you mind terribly if we joined you?" She looked back at the Elder, her tail holding still behind her, awaiting the answer.
