She paused, looking at him a bit wide-eyed. "...Yes," she said. "Tomorrow - later today, rather, but yes. I will bring as much relevant data as possible." Seven glanced back at 117 and Mister BLACK. "If Riser trusts them, then I believe we can trust them as well. He does not seem the type to employ insubordinate types," she commented quietly, for Alec's ears only.

Alec smirked a bit, glad that he could be the one surprising Seven for once tonight. But Alec couldn't fully agree with what Seven said. He still didn't trust Riser, and he wasn't entirely sure he could trust these individuals yet either. He had only just met them after all. But now wasn't the time to be getting into a debate about it. Alec was tired and he really didn't want to upset someone who was still figuring out her own emotions. So Alec simply smiled and nodded his head. "I'll think about it, along with everything else after I've gotten some sleep."

Alec nodded his head once more and gently let go of Sevens' hand. He made a small little fake salute with his hand as a farewell, then turned around and began to head towards the dorms. Once he had enough clearance between him and Seven, Alec crouched down a little in the dirt. After which he pushed off and began to fly off into the air, silently yet quickly gaining enough altitude to soar into his window and land neatly on his floor. As soon as he was in Alec let out a long sigh and took off his coat. He walked over to the bed, sat down, and began to take off his shoes and other clothes as he began to mull over the day's happening. There had certainly been a lot of them.

As the thoughts began to swim in Alec's mind he laid his head down on his pillow and closed his eyes. The last thing flitting through his mind was a picture of Seven smiling at him, and oddly enough, this made Alec smile just as he drifted off to sleep.

Seven simply nodded, a small smile on her face, where it had probably been for the past hour or so. "Good night Alec," she said, as he left.

She had no reason to watch him go, but she did. Even in the dark night, she could see Alec fly the last stretch to his room. Inventive - never mind that Master Ialo had done it hundreds of time before. He... didn't count. Seven could not bring herself to see of Master Ialo in the same way she did Alec. It just didn't click.

She glanced behind her, and dissolved into a million tiny gold-green sparks, transporting herself within the school. The Headmaster's room was off-limits now, she knew. So where...

With a bit of resignation, the sparkstorm converged in Alec's classroom. He wouldn't mind, hopefully, if she recharged here for the night. But, she had to be in a form that would escape Mister Lyme's notice. Easy enough. the sparks took on a new, much smaller shape.

Now, on Alec's desk, was Seven's second-best known form: Ialo's laptop computer, with a long cord hanging out the back and plugged into the wall.

Danni looked over at Ophi, her mind filled with the recent happenings in the library. "...Your family? Why? Were they medics?" She asked, looking around the room before her gaze returned to him again.

Now that the practice dummies had heads, Ambrose walked up one, placed his hand where Lin had showed him. "Here, wasn't it?" He asked, raising a brow.

The water shield gave slightly as Ambrose tried to touch the spot. He couldn't directly touch the dummy, but he could feel the bumps. Just like a real human.

Lin smiled brightly and nodded. "Yes, Ambrose, that is it! Very good! Now try to hit it with all your focused force, just as you did earlier outside."

Athena had always dreamed, but never in such clarity as the dreams she had that night: she would never fully remember them, because it is not often that one clearly remembers a dream.

What she did remember was fear. It was Ialo's fear, she knew somehow, and he was terrified of... of... Riser? Riser had done something to him, something horrible. He was losing his mind--or so he thought--and it terrified him. She could feel it. All of his emotions from whatever that was were running through her in the form of a nightmare.

With the nightmare, she thrashed about. She gripped her sheets and whined--but she didn't know what it was she'd seen or what had spooked her so thoroughly.

She had a new respect, a new awe for her Headmaster.

Danni looked over at Ophi, her mind filled with the recent happenings in the library. "...Your family? Why? Were they medics?" She asked, looking around the room before her gaze returned to him again.

"Not really," he said lightly. "I just had a big family. Being around a lot of kids reminds me of them." He was looking out in the distance, zoning off for a few moments.

"May I change the topic?" Ophiuchus asked. "This is entirely off the record, but... since neither of us seem to like the new Headmaster... I'm rather willing to look the other way should something happen. And really, I'm old. I can't be blamed if my memory goes bad and I leave a cabinet or two unlocked, right?"

Danni grinned, stretching out on one of the cots as her lids lowered. "I bet Silas likes his fancy shitty tasting tea in the morning. Things disolve fast in hot tea." She murmured, and sighed, closing her eyes.

"And you aint old, Ophi. You haven't developed an addiction to butterscotch and rice pudding." With this she drifted off, sleeping off the worst of the blood she'd put in her system.

"...Right," Ophi said, smiling. As Danni fell asleep, he stood up went back to his desk. He could afford to pull an all-nighter. He had lesson plans to work out after all.

((Quick time skip ya'll. We're going to just before the next classes.))

Alec yawned audibly as his alarm clock blared at him to get up. He lazily flicked a finger at it, shooting a small air blast that effectively knocked the alarm off the bedside table and shut it off in one fell swoop. Alec groaned as he pulled his tired limbs out of his comfy bed and began to take care of his morning routine. It only took him about 30 minutes to get ready, and by the time he was done he was already conjuring the small portal in the floor of his room that lead into his classroom. Alec cracked his knuckles once for good measure and promptly jumped into the portal, effectively landing on the floor of his classroom through his sealing.

The portal closed behind Alec and he turned around to take his regular seat at his desk. But as he turned around Alec saw something that confused him. Sitting on his desk was a perfectly white laptop with a green symbol on the back, plugged into the wall and charging away silently. Alec knew for a fact that he didn't own a laptop, and he wondered who had been using theirs at his desk.

Alec decided to investigate the matter himself a bit and sat down at his desk facing the laptop. He opened the screen and pressed the power button, unsure of if he would need a password to get in or not.
PostPosted: Tue Aug 31, 2010 8:25 pm

The laptop was, of course, Seven, and she didn't have a password per se - at least, not a login screen. When Alec flipped open her screen, all there was, was a blank white display - and the logo of the Enlil Corporation in the corner, a silhouetted dragon flying amongst a cloud.

Such was the way Seven worked - she could who was standing before her, and she simply decided for her own whether or not to allow them access. It was as simple as that, even before last night.

Alec cocked an eyebrow at the odd interface. He was surprised he didn't have to go through any load-up screens or password prompts to get into the computer's main screen. What was even weirder was how there wasn't any kind of mouse or touch screen to interact with the computer itself. Alec tilted his head in confusion, thinking about ways to access the computer.

After a few moments the idea to use the screen like a touch screen crossed Alec's mind, so he did just that. Alec touched a finger to the screen, fully expecting a blatant error message to pop up and start screaming at him immediately.
PostPosted: Tue Aug 31, 2010 8:48 pm

But, there was no blatant error message. Rather, a little animation at Alec's fingertip. A cartoon woman appeared - a little, chibi version of Seven.

"Goooood morning~!" she greeted cheerfully. She had spent the rest of the night charging, and she was ready to go! For, whatever it was she had to do. Which, without Master Ialo... it wasn't much, really.
