She continued to read the adult novel. Skimming to the later chapters. The bug got a body and mind swap with a human, the captain of the spaceship, and they ended with a huge group scene. She wanted to vomit. She tossed the naughty books towards the corner. How could the librarian read this crap? It was cheesy and disgustingly graphic.

[22]
Masaraku decided it would be best to just focus on the task at hand. She moved some more scrolls to the shelf and picked up a few more. Reading the titles would help her forget the space book, "Dean's Electronics. Konoha Special Ops Field manual ... that one was interesting looking. Ninja Survival Guide. Another good one."

Masaraku put the last few books back on the cart, then she looked up at a window that had been opened. An open window, and a footprint ... hrm. There were only three people this could be ... Masaraku put the scrolls up and began to push the cart away. Unlocking the back wheels and manning the carts handle.

[8]
Then she realized that there were MORE scrolls under the naughty books. So she stopped the cart and went back. Tossing the adult fiction novels to the side as she tried to uncover the scrolls. Seriously, this was the most unorganized librarian ever. She paused on another book, "Hot, Steamy, Fresh and creamy. A guide to sex in the kitchen." She nearly vomited.

Masa stopped and began to read one of the books in the pile. It was an interesting one that detailed the sexual escapades of a ranch girl named Kayla, and her love of being spanked ... Masa skimmed the book. What had seemed interesting at first, turned out to be dry and painful to read.

[9]
Next she began to read a scroll about anatomy. It could have been useful to Batsu, but it would also give her a subject that she knew of more than Batsu ... about twenty minutes later she awoke, drool on the paper scroll, barely unraveled, and barely read. Masa wiped the sleep dust from her eyes and went back to sorting the scrolls.

Masaraku began to walk out of the library, ready to find the thief when she saw Shinzu's picture on the wall. "Whats this?" It was Shinzu and another boy. They were on the list of people that were banned from the library. How great this was turning out. Her list of three now had a prime, and only subject. Why steal the scroll when you could have just checked it out? It had to have been him.

[14]
Masaraku ran out into the city and saw somebody she recognized, "Hey, have you seen Shinzu anywhere?" The girl replied that she had seen him heading for the academy with Batsu the night before, but not since then. Masa thanked the girl and ran off to the academy to capture her prey. She had beaten him once, she could easily do it again.

Shinzu was lucky the Librarian had already evacuated, and he didn't face the risk of being thrown out. He quickly found the Taijutsu scroll, turning around he unrolled it onto a able. His eyes moved over it with a knowing look, as he searched the Taijutsu style most suited for Batsu. "Ah here." Shinzu said as he pointed out the style for Batsu. "It's a little more difficult then my own Strong Fist style, but you already have the flexibility for it, and will probaly be able to do more damage with it." Shinzu said, though his eyes wandered back towards the scroll, sneaking a peak at the first three of the Eight Gates. So what if they were under the forbidden section?

Quote:
Style: Capoeira
Capoeira is a style that combines elements of martial arts, music, and dance. The style is marked by fluid acrobatic play, feints, and extensive use of sweeps, kicks, and headbutts. Less frequently used techniques include elbow strikes, slaps, punches, and body throws. Lastly, striking with the hands is often seen as inelegant and disruptive to the flow of movement. Elbow strikes are commonly used in place of hand strikes. Capoeira also uses acrobatic and athletic movements to maneuver around the opponent. Cartwheels, handstands, headspins, hand-spins, handsprings, sitting movements, turns, jumps etc. are all very common in capoeira though vary greatly depending on the form and rhythm. Fakes and feints are also an extremely important element in capoeira and the setting of traps or illusory movements are very common. Capoeira defenses consists of evasive moves and rolls which allow the defensive players to quickly evade an attack and position themselves around the aggressor in order to lay up for an attack. Other evasive moves allow the capoeirista to move away or dangerously close in an attempt to trip up the aggressor in the briefest moment of vulnerability (usually in a mid-kick.)

Batsu looked down at the technique and his eyebrow went up. He had no idea that there was such a fighting style that was so suited for him. Then again, he never looked. But it was definitely something he wanted to learn. "Nice find Shinzu! I think this is perfect for me! If I can just get my skill up a little bit then it would be something I'll work on. But since I'm here..." Batsu sighed and walked away from the scroll. He went towards the health section of the library and picked up a book on the circulatory system of the human body. Batsu then walked back to his team matee.

"Now on back to the Academy!" Shinzu said happily, as he praticly ran towards the front door. Once he got there he immediately fell into his crabwalk position and began to move. "First we start with crab walks!" Sadly, mostly due to his enthusiasm, Shinzu tripped over something on the ground.

Batsu dropped his head when he said that crabwalks were the way to get back to the academy. Jeez, he hated those things. The boy had no choice but to put the book in his bag and get back down onto his hands and feet. He quickly scuttled on out the door and towards the academy again. He wanted to hurry up and get the s**t done and over with so he could work on this capoeira thing. It actually sounded exciting since it played to his strength... acrobatics. It looked like the boy had something else to train for.... again... his speed.

Batsu ran out of the library in this ridiculous position as he really wanted to go back to the school and train his own way before Shinzu came. Batsu made it his mission to utilize every moment possible for training in one form or another. The boy growled heavily as he rushed through the town. Batsu didn't care who saw him or what they would think, he just wanted to be done with this in order to do some other training.

All that rushing turned out to be detrimental to Batsu. The boy's pace slowed down to a stop after awhile. The wind was knocked out of him and he had to sit for a spell. So Batsu scooted down towards the nearest building and sat under the shade. Eventually he was going to learn that crabwalks were no joke and he had to take his time with these blasted things. It just sucked because he really wanted to get back to the academy as fast as he could.

Batsu watched as all types of people passed by him. Every now and then someone would look at him as he panted heavily against the building. No one stopped to offer any help, they just went on about their business. It didn't bother Batsu any in the first place, he didn't ask for anyone's help per se. But if someone offered him some miracle tonic that would boost his energy he'd be glad to take it.

The boy figured he was well enough to continue with the training.so he got back up to position and started walking again. Sadly he made one motion to get closer to the academy and he was back down to the ground. The boy was still way too tired to proceed and he hit the dirt. This. Was. No fun... AT ALL. He was so used to getting things done in a timely fashion but this was quite the opposite. It seemed like this training was taking him forever. Well, maybe he was exaggerating, but it sure did feel like this was taking him a lot longer than usual.

Enough was enough. Batsu was tired of collapsing due to how tired he was. So the boy grit his teeth and rose back into the crabwalk position. His arms and legs were already shaking but he pulled through the pain and started walking to the next building. His body almost gave out a few times, but he always caught himself and proceeded that much further. The boy eventually made it to the shade of the next building and let out a heavy sigh. This s**t wasn't fun in the least.

He still felt as though he had enough strength to go a little bit farther. Batsu went on and crabwalked his way towards the next building and scowled on the way. Now Batsu was really feeling the burn and ended up groaning in pain. Eventually the young shinobi made it to the shade of the next building and tried to push himself to go just a little bit further. After all, he DID want to be done with this.

Batsu's mind said to keep going but his body said otherwise. The boy ended up falling to the ground COMPLETELY. Batsu was flat on his back looking straight up towards the sky. He was exhausted beyond belief and wanted to quit. However, his willpower wouldn't allow that to happen. Batsu was almost there and he'd be able to do some mental training. So the male knew he had to bite the bullet and keep training.

As bad as he wanted to proceed, Batsu couldn't. His body was rebelling against his mind and so he was stuck stationary on his back. He couldn't even lift his head up because of him being so tired. Needless to say that he kept trying. Batsu was gonna finish this training even if it killed him. The boy kept signalling for his ody to move and slowly but surely, his body started to cooperate. Now it was just a matter of getting on down the road and towards the academy.

Batsu keptt pushing and he ended up making himself get back into the crabwalk position. The boy started walking again and going on his way. It was a slow progression but progress none the less. Batsu kept walking until he made his way to the next building. Sure enough, Batsu got there and collapsed again. The boy was just that much closer to the academy and he couldn't be happier. These crabwalks were enough to make even the most sane person go insane.

Eventually Batsu became tired all over again and he ended up back on the ground. Consolation was that the academy was now in plain sight, he just needed to get there. Hopefully the boy could muster enough strength to endure the pain and make it to the academy without having to stop and take anymore breathers. There was only one way to find out though. Batsu got back on his hands and feet and proceeded with reaching his goal... the academy.

Batsu felt a second wind come over him as he walked on in this awkward position. He wasn't tired anymore and it seemed like his mind and body were in sync. This was definitely a good thing because he was now at full strength to get back to the school. The boy continued to walk towards the destination and was able to do so without hesitation. The boy felt the cool shade of one building, but refused to give up. He just kept going on.

Batsu passed by yet another building and the boy was covered in shade yet again. However, he still kept going. Batsu even picked up the pace a little bit. This proved to do more harm than good previously, but for some reason the boy felt like things would turn out different for him. So far so good, because he wasn't in that much pain and he was quickly getting down towards the academy.

Batsu was taking this training on full throttle and was showing no sign of slowing down anytime soon. Sure the boy was sweating and panting like mad, but he still felt like he could continue on this way. Batsu could see the academy straight ahead of him and it gave the boy that much more drive to keep going. He was super eager to get back to the academy and read the book in his bag... even if he knew that he had to write a report about what he read.

By this point, Batsu was like a mach truck going through the town in this position. He was speeding through the area and was even able to pass people along the way. Batsu was in overdrive and was way too focused on his goal to stop now. Eventually he made it to the academy grounds and couldn't do anything but smile. He was almost done with this crap and could sit inside and read his book that he just got from the library.

He was now stepping onto the training field and that's when Batsu went into high gear. Step by step, Batsu grew more anxious to get inside. Then finally, Batsu made it to the front door and back down the steps. Without hesitation, Batsu found a corner to sit in and he plopped down to the ground. The boy then reached in his bag and fumbled around for the book.Alas, he found it and cracked the book open.

Dang, Shinzu had forgetten just how much crab walks could hurt, he actually had to stop for a minute and massage his legs. That's why he did this training though, to toughen himself up, and strengthen Batsu. But still crabwalks hurt something awefull!
3 + 2 = 7 vs 12 Fail

Regardless he decided to work through the pain, afterall there was no other way to get stronger. So push through it he did, moving out into the street. Ironicaly no one paid him much heed, most were either too busy locking up thier shops, or otherwise evacuating.
10 + 2 = 7 vs 12 Pass

Still there was pain, but nothing too bad, yet. He continued on though, till the pain forced him to stop completely. He only did it for a short while however, and Shinzu was back on his feet in only a moment.
6 + 2 = 7 vs 12 Fail

Shinzu decided to speed up, determined that perhaps speeding up would distract him from the pain, and it did, for a while at least. It worked though, even for a short time.
15 + 2 = 7 vs 12 Pass

Ok, perhaps speeding up wasn't such a good idea, soon enough Shinzu's legs hurt again, this time even worse then before. Once again he had to stop, but this time he instead stretched out his legs., That should relax his legs, at least a little.
4 + 2 = 7 vs 12 Fail

Hard work it may have been Shinzu kept up his training, though his legs burned, and his arms grew heavy. He pushed on however, that was the purpose of all this afterall. To make him more resistant to pain. So he went on, continuing his semi-pathetic march.
16 + 2 = 18 vs 12 Pass

Still though he had to stop from time to time, and allow his legs to relax, lest he push them too far and pull something. He wanted to work with his arms a bit as well, afterall, they were hurting too. Then again it would probaly just make him hurt more, but again, that was the point of this exercise.
8 + 2 = 10 vs 12 Fail

Following that idea, Shinzu got into a pushup position, and he started doing push ups. His arms were already weak and heavy, but he was doing fine and quickly knocked out five push ups. He swapped positions again, and began the crab walks yet again.
19 + 2 = 21 vs 12 Pass
