She was glad she did not have to remember anymore. The aches were slowly fading like old scars being healed, and she could take a breath and feel like she was actually floating.
There was a hunger still, but . . .for a moment, Rostym could feel a peace with her progress.

Arlhdan returned, triumphant, from his task.
He also felt a little disoriented, as though he wasn't entirely sure what he'd just subscribed to, except that he was now a candidate of Hubris. Arldhan rubbed at his face, trying not to feel the bite of exhaustion.
It was with gratitude he accepted his blessing.OOC Link to task completed: Journey and DropoffName of character: Arldhan Link to Heart Log here

Shatann seemed almost serene as he returned to the shrine. He felt as though perhaps something had been taken from him, but all at once it was not something that he missed terribly. Perhaps it was merely imagination that told him he had lost some part of what he had retrieved today. Either way, anguish was his lot. It was with sadness he had accepted that inevitability, and now it had given way to a cold emptiness.
Nothing had changed.
Nothing but the Blessing. And for now, that was enough.

Without those thoughts plaguing him, Imuiel felt...lighter. He was disconcerted by the whole ordeal, which went without saying, but the warmth of the blessing now bestowed upon him was worth it. It was hard to say just what had been forgotten, though he didn't particularly care too much. If his Goddess had seen fit to remove the memory from him, then clearly, it was bad data, not worthy of being there in the first place.
He still had to find Sharps, however. Just where had she gone, anyway?

Sharps felt a slight concern and apprehension at feeling as if she had forgotten something but attempted to shake it off, almost successfully. Now she needed to find Imuiel and make sure her was okay. OOC Link to task completed: Journey || SacrificeName of character: Mohawk Sharps Link to Heart Log: xxx

"Blessings never get old, do they?" Taivoh whistled, although the strange feeling of forgotten feelings nagged at him.

"Why--
The words disappeared from her lips as the blessing was given, taking the accusing question away from Saya, as well of all origins of such resentment..

Aima accepted the blessing, but it stung more than it healed. Bitter hatred burned in the back of her throat, cutting like a knife to her skin.
This wasn't right.

Scree moved through the shring and accepted the blessing. It felt more as if some of the wool over her eyes was removed, and she felt them narrow down. Something was going on, and she felt insanely suspicious. Not to mention more wary.

Harrison returned. He hadn't offered the bag up to any shrine. And when he returned, he only had the sense that he'd done what was asked. He'd gotten a heart.
And his question...no. He had more of a sense of it. He thought...he thought maybe he could answer it.
He thought maybe he knew what it was all for.

Zealot returned to the shrine and bowed his head for a moment, feeling the new strength flow into him. Rubbing the bridge of his nose - not that he knew why - he shook his head and shivered for a moment. This was... definitely odd... He'd have to research it in more detail...

Though he couldn't recall what he'd seen or done, Stew would feel stronger and more aware in fifteen minutes or so. Right now, he was still shaking and reswallowing the puke that coated the inside of his mouth. Quote: Link to task completed: x xName of character: Stew Link to Heart Log: x

Her destination was clear, from the hall of statues to the Shrine itself where the Goddess waited. She had completed a task, she felt it but something had been taken from her. But whenever that feeling arose, there always seemed to be something given back.
And Viola'i wanted that. She waited in front of the statue, patiently as she could, hoping. Wishing. And she got hr answer when that feeling of Blessing came over her, adding to her strength and her purpose.
Seeming to awaken something deep in her. Senses and a a greater sense of self. Viola'i stared up and smiled.

He arrived, done with his task, and felt drained from it. The statue waited, and he smiled, until she asked of him the reason he should become strong. The reason?
"I want to become a goddess." He said, and thought of the why. "There are people being hurt. I don't want that. There are so many colors here, but they argue with each other. They threatened each other." He had been in those groups. They mocked each other, made threats with their weapons, and didn't get along as far as fighting went. "I want them to unite. To work together." He wanted them all to be friends, as....idiotic as that sounded, he didn't like the colors bickering. They were like him, gray mist moving together, and they were strong fighting against those creatures. It seemed stupid for them to prod each other.
He remembered Loa, his friend. He stuck by him, even if he was another color. A Blue with a Yellow, it just didn't seem to matter. He didn't want to see Loa hurt or to go. He wanted him near.
