I don't know where to put this and I really think people should sign this petition to help save the honey bees in the US. Sign this to help save the bees Honey bees are dying at an alarming rate, and this winter marked the worst losses by far. U.S. beekeepers reported that as many as 50% of their bees disappeared or died. Last week, the European Union took a major step to protect our bee population – placing a two-year ban on the neonicotinoid class of pesticides - but the U.S. is still finding excuses for inaction. With the health of our bee populations – and the estimated $15 billion in agricultural benefits it provides - on the line, it’s time for the EPA to stop ignoring the science, and follow the EU’s lead. I don't know what channel it's on where you live but here it's on ABC1. So far I've seen Tarsirs, leafy sea dragons, a crab that clips a bit of sponge and puts it on its back to carry around an echidna, fairy penguins, snakes, and many more! He's always excited and tells you lots of interesting things about them. The other show I really like is Deadly 60; he finds all sorts of creatures with amazing 'deadly' facts and tells you all about them. Tonight it's conger eels but the other night it was about pirahnah and evil catfish. (well, they are not really called evil catfish. They're also known as ghost catfish. They can devour a piece of steak in a few minutes, grabbing on with teeth and twisting round and round madly to break off meat, boring holes in the meat and if you fell in you would be in for a very painful death).

Sadly that channel is unknown to me, but it sounds cool. Animal Planet has a guy that does show called River Monsters and I've seen him encounter pirahnahs similar to your steak eating catfish. He stuck a full chicken in water and it was dead in seconds, he shook what was left of the body after pulling it out and like four of em fell out of the chicken's chest.

It is a good show. Maybe you can find it on the internet and watch some episodes that way, or even buy the DVDs if they have the correct area code.
River Monsters also sounds like something I would watch. Love animals and the natural world and I just find it all so amazing and fun to learn about the planet and animals we live with. Especially when they film them doing things you never would have dreamed they did.

Hey everyone,
I'm sorry I haven't been into roleplaying recently. I'm just a little tired of pregnancy roleplay not because of the people here, but it depresses me a little. I've always wanted to be a father, but here I am 28 and still single.
I kind of want to experience the real thing, you know get married and have children. I'm kind of tired of playing pretend, that's why my heart isn't fully into the roleplays.
I will get to them when I can, but this is kind of how I feel right now. I"m sorry everyone. I just wanted to throw a heads-up incase people wonder why I'm not posting much.

Rping is a nice escape but I think it's good to take a break every now and then to get back in touch with other things.

BTW, on another topic, does anyone know what to do when someone keeps posting one liners in an RP and you're trying your best to write at least a paragraph or two per post? I don't want to push the person away but I need to ask for more effort than what they're giving me, without being rude.
My subconscious just answered 'lash 'em together and make a raft!' (in regards to the one liner posts)...But I'm not sure how well that's going to work...ahaha. cat_sweatdrop

Thanks *hug*. I'll jump back after a bit. I just need some time. ^^; As for your question, here's my advice. You don't have to take it, but it's just a suggestion. Have a little patience and allow them to rp gradually. Maybe say something like, I'm sorry but could you please add a bit more it's hard for me to come up with a response, or if they're new to roleplay maybe give them a tip and be nice about it. I wasn't the best when I first started rping. ^^; but I was kindly brought into it. As long as you're kind to the person and give them respect, I think you should be fine. smile I know it's hard, because I get the same way with one liner posts. ^^; I usually bounce off the creativity of the person I'm rping with, so it does get hard when you don't get much. But keep at it and just be patient. Everyone was a beginner at one point. ^^

Hope you feel better Star! Here's a joke to atleast try to A hamburger walks into a bar, and the bartender says.... We Don't Serve Food Here! and when it comes to role playing, Everybody starts somewhere, I had never really roleplayed before I joined this guild and I know for a fact my first ones stank, and yes sometimes all you can write are one liners but I believe you should try to put the best effort into every post you can!

I clicked on it! I never bother with those achievements myself. I seem to collect them without knowing sometimes but I don't really find them all that interesting.
I'd much rather be writing RP stories. Haha! X3 Also, I tried reading your zombie RP, tanqela...and it gave me nightmares. Lol. The only zombie movies I've ever been able to watch are Zombieland and Shaun of the Dead. cat_xd
