Hark How The Angels Sing -1 Rank in strength, speed, defense, etc.
And no I'm not getting rid of him anymore. That's why I made this. And I'll totally fight you with this sword. Do you have a custom? Nope, I have to wait until I hit Genin Rank before I can get a blade... And I just got a great idea for one...

@Nerdbot: DENIED. We don't allow "enhancers," and truth be told this should be in the rules. Why it isn't is completely beyond me since I've always just assumed it was. The point of having the different shinobi types is to make people pick and choose what their character will be good at. I'm not in the business of just giving you or anyone else a weapon that basically disregards the whole point of that system. I don't approve anything that enhances ANY physical attributes like strength or speed because frankly, it's unfair. Sorry.
@Hark: Ummm.....did you edit this at all? Because it still says 200lb. Not only that, but this would NOT decrease defense. If anything, it would make it harder to hurt the person because of the added mass you've put on them (in my opinion, this should be a weakness of the weapon). I could understand losing speed (although I'd change that to unless the person is two ranks higher because at that point it really doesn't matter since they'll still be faster than you depending on the RPC build), and to some degree could even let slide losing strength (although once again, unless two ranks higher....put that in there.), but not defense. Not only that, but this should be something only a chuunin should get, and the technique should be A-rank. DENIED. You could apply for it now with improvations and just keep it until you are a chuunin, but I'm not letting anyone lower in rank than that walk around with something like this.
@Keishi: I need more of a description. Does it slow the person down if it hits them, or is this just a general affect? Furthermore, what do you mean by "half or full rank if high rank?" That bit seems a bit confusing to the eyes. How long does this effect even last? And I would only allow this to break non-custom weapons. So....fix these tiny problems and get back to me 'kay?

Name of weapon: Kusanagi Who owns the weapon: Ray Hatake Where it was found/Who made it: Belonged to his 'Fake' father. Ray found it in his fake parents house after murdering them. The Range of the weapon: Arms length plus average sword length. Weakness: The blade is thin and if pushed on hard from the side it will snap unless it has the Hatake white chakra jutsu running through the blade. Description: This sword is a chokutō. chokutō (直刀?, "straight sword") is a type of Japanese sword that dates back to pre-Heian times. Chokutō were made in later periods, but usually as temple offering swords. Chokutō were straight and single-edged (sometimes partially double) hacking swords. This chokutō happens to be dual-edged meaning both sides of the blade are sharp. The blade its self had no abilities of its own. Rp Sample: This is basically just a normal sword with a custom appearance. Let me know if a Rp Sample is needed for that, though I warn you that the Rp Sample would consist of the same actions a normal sword or katana would.

Luo what do you think of illusionary throwing knives that are able to return to their sheathes after being deflected? Or throwing knives that displace objects?

Wouldn't you normally have to cut something vital to cause that extreme of an effect? I'd recommend rewriting it as a poisoned blade... Then you'd have something that made a lot more sense.

Name of weapon: Assassins Tool
Who owns the weapon: Kay Aburame
Where it was found/Who made it: The weapon was salvaged from Kay's borther caine's dead body.
The Range of the weapon: Only about nine inches out from the users wrist
Weakness:short distance, lack of use beyond close range attacks.
Description: It fits over the wrist like a bracelet, though it is really long and dangerous. It has a series of simple yet effectiv locks and balances inside it of it. On the inside of the weapon is a chakra sensor that will react whenever the user pushes his wrist closer onto it by pulling back his hand. This will cause a nine inch blade tp shoot out of the gauntlets. The blade is made entirley of the same steel as a shuriken. Aside from this is a more deadly ploy. It is easily hidden under a long sleeved jacket, but wearing it out won't change the effect. Also, the gauntlets are strategically placed on the forearm and wrist so that it can blcok attacks as well, being made of gold, but this makes it nearly impossible to attack without the proper skill. IT slides back in just as fast as it whips out. It comes in and out in the blink of an eye.
Rp Sample:
'Farewell,' Kay whispered as he fell from the tree in a dive above his opponet, his blade making an unsheathing soud as it shot out. The oppoenet heard this and got out of the way in time to dodge the short range weapon. Kay frowned as the target began to charge at him with his sword. Kay dodged the first attack and then guarded against the second with the left hand guantlet. He made the blade comeout of the other hand and jabbed it in at his enemy, who grabbed it with his free hand. Kay pushed against the scared ninja without a sound, and the edge of the blade pierced his skin. Kay slid back to get some leverage and jumped at his suprised foe, the blades extending and ending his foes life silently.

Name of weapon: Tatsu Yabai (Tatsu Ubi's counter part)
Who owns the weapon: Kyuuketsuki Sora
Where it was found/Who made it: It was Sora's father's weapon, which she salvaged from their house wreckage.
The Range of the weapon: 3 feet circular radius around the user
Length: First blade is about 2 ft long while the second blade is only a few inches (4-5 inches at the most)
Weakness: The hilt of the blade has a smaller blade which would make this literally a double-edged sword. Used incorrectly, and it will most likely stab the user. It also easily conducts electricity, so touching raiton with it will result in your brain being fried. (Or better yet, you die)
Description: Tatsu Yabai is a 3 foot long weapon. It has a 2 foot long blade on one end with a five inch blade on the other side. The longer blade is called "Fa-suto" which literally means to be first or to be fast. It is a blood-red blade with a golden dragon scrawled across the first three inches from the hilt. The second blade, called "Kaizoe" because it is the 'assistant' to Fa-suto, is the secondary blade on the sword. It is a regular 'ole silver blade with no particular markings. But although Kaizoe is important, it is rarely seen in battle until the last moment. It is covered in a smaller sheathe that blends into the hilt of the sword. This makes the appearance of the second blade impossible to calculate and a big surprise to the victim.
Kaizoe has the qualities of a chakra blade and is able to conduct chakra (Not absorb or such... just conduct the user's chakra). This allows the shorter blade to cut through objects that are usually impenetrable with a regular blade.
When enough chakra is poured into Fa-suto (6 chakra points maximum before the blade can't take anymore. This will last for six cuts and can only be used once during a battle) the blade can cut through wind jutsu of the user's rank or lower.
Rp Sample:
The shinobi before Sora grinned as all of the girl's weaponry fell to the ground; useless and leaving the opponent without a scratch. Well, that was useless... The kunoichi frowned to herself. What else was there for her to do? Instantly, the girl pulled the weapon out of its sheathe, allowing the red metal to reflect the moon's rays with a blinding light. Within seconds, she was sprinting at the shinobi, the blade outstretched in her hand. The other shinobi did not really expect the timid-looking girl to suddenly come sprinting at him with a head-on attack. So the shinobi made a few hand-signs before calling out, "Boufuu Kyouzuu no Jutsu!" But instead of pushing the young kunoichi away like he intended, the girl merely poured some of her chakra into the blade and sliced away at the jutsu, dispersing it so that it didn't harm her. In seconds, the girl was in front of him, the blade at the ready.
The body of the shinobi disappeared in a puff of smoke, and realization began to occur. A clone? Sora felt a presence behind her as the shinobi emerged from above. There wasn't enough time to turn around and confront the shinobi! But Sora didn't worry. In a flash, she unsheathed the secondary blade and thrust the entire weapon backward until he pierced the man in the chest. This time, she knew that he was the actual person and not a clone. With a slight sigh, the girl cleaned off her blade and re-sheathed both sides before she walked away from the scene and continued on her way.

@Kay: You need to define the poison better, I can't just let it through as a "It hurts you". Why does everyone want poisoned weapons anyways?
@Emo: There are rules against weapons that can cut through anything, so you'll need to define just what the weapon's limits are. And the sheath on the secondary blade, is it just like a regular sheath, or is there a special mechanism that releases it?

*sweatdrop* I dont want it seem like a poisoned blade, for that, well poisons. I prefer the metal idea because it makes it unique, and helps explain the weakness it has.

No more poison weapons! If you have applied for one on this page, reapply for a different weapon. I'm currently working on a poison-making chart because people seem to forget that no academy stuent/genin automatically knows how to create and use poisons.

@Luo: I think all the poison weapons should be redone once the poison system is in place, and make them submit poisons instead. It really doesn't make sense to have a weapon with an inherent poison ability.
@Kay: Your description mentions a chakra sensor. How much chakra is required to power the mechanism? And your RP sample still has the poison mentioned...

Acutually it just requires the user know how to control their chakra flow and mke it heavier near the sensor.
