TtheHero In regards to this awesome review, I must also say it is so nice that they make references even from this game! When the Super Spicy Curry was introduced in Brawl, it had many people guessing exactly which Kirby game it came from! Not to mention Dedede's Up+B is a throwback to his jump attack! Even the stars that appear at the sides of him can be seen!
If anyone recalls my first review, you'll note that K's D was 'remade' as Spring Breeze in KSS (SNES). One change though is that they took out that Paint Roller and th Flying Balloon thing, I believe... It eliminated the flying balloon and the entire Lololo castle level, and just put Lololo and Lalala as the boss for Float Islands, also Mt. Dedede doesn't have the mini versions of the previous levels either, so you don't have to fight the bosses again. That and some additional minor enemies and the copy ability.

REVIEW Hey people, its that time again! Another review. To day we will be reviewing the high speed racing game, Mario Cart DS!!!!!! When Mario Cart DS came out I heard a lot of people complain about the graphics, and how there game freezes so much. But if you really look at the game Mario Cart in general it has jumped from console to console. First the SNES, then the N64, then the Gameboy, then the Gamecube, and the DS. And in April there coming out with a Mario Cart Wii. The character choice was limited but good. The carts created a outburst of speed and personality for the characters. Plus the tracks are pretty good and set a standard for the Wii game. If I were to rate this game I would give it a 4 star rating just because it was a high jump for the DS. Also another plus to this game is it has wi-fi. Though you are limited to your courses, you can choose any character or any car. You are ranked and can be paired with partners by ranks or just a random guy. But a lot of people complain about what I call... THE EVIL!!!!(the guys with the actions replays)They mess up the whole gaming experience. They can make you fly off the stage so they can win, they hit you with items on the rapid push of a button, and they mess up your rank. Hopefully none of you have met such in a race or cause any of this! Below you will pix of the game. The games cover The character selection The race The finish line (after 1 lap that is)Thanks for tuning in! This is videogameguy44 signing off.

Nicely done videogameguy. I can't say I was a huge fan of the Mario Kart series...in fact, I'm not a fan of racing games in general....I like my plumbers pummeling turtles with the power of mushrooms rather than having them race the turtles in go-karts. There is a possibility of another review in the morning from me or early afternoon. We'll see depending on how I feel tomorrow, and I'll have to look through my collection for a game I feel like reviewing. EDIT: I just realized, while I'm here, I think I'll do another edition of Mephisto's Music Mania. I'm going to do another fighting game theme today, this time we feature Jin Chonshu of Fatal Fury 3 and all the Real Bout games. I'm mainly going to be focusing on his (yes, it is a he..I know I was shocked too,) theme from Fatal Fury 3 and the first Real Bout game. It's an orchestrated piece. It's actually nicely done, has a nice violin arrangement. I'd say it's one of my favorite orchestrated video game pieces of all time, even though I'm not a big fan of the character. I've always wondered who the musicians were and the composer for SNK's music, because whoever it is really deserves an award of some kind. I uploaded the mp3 to youtube myself because of the lack of it on the site. I find this piece way too good to be so unappreciated. Feel free to subscribe to my channel and watch my other videos (the Kirby playthrough is also good to watch if you haven't watched that yet.) Anyway, here it is: http://youtube.com/watch?v=0OFIi9mD8pQ

Welcome back, and today I'm going to be reviewing an NES game that is infamous for being frustrating. I'm talking about Marble Madness. Marble Madness is an arcade classic that had a smooth port to the NES home console. The game had an incredible challenge level, some would say impossible, but in reality it isn't. When you start the game, you first insert your name as a marble, the marble moves rather fast and very smoothly so inserting your name is rather quick, you also get to chose the degree that your controller is in. You play as a marble in a race to get to the finish line before the clock reaches 0. Controls are smooth, although they can seem too smooth at times, causing you to accidentally fall off of a ledge, don't worry though, there is no lives system, however you want to get to the finish line as fast as you can because your time for the previous round is added to the next round, so for example, say you finish with 15 seconds left, that 15 seconds is added to say 45 seconds, and now you have 60 seconds/1 minute, for the next round. The game also has a 2 player mode, each with their own individual timer, making the race far more intense. There are a few traps and enemies along the way, some which include, a black marble, tube socks that eat you, vacuums that suck you up, pools of acid that cause you to disintegrate, hammers that push you off of ledges, and other stuff that I can't think of at the moment. The soundtrack is pretty awesome, and the sound effects are fun. If your marble falls of a ledge, it will give this yelling like sound, beginners will hear this a lot and even expert gamers will hear this at least once per level. There are 5 levels all together, all of which become exponentially harder than the last. 1st level being the easiest, and the last level being the hardest. It's one of those games that doesn't have many levels, but some of the levels are the hardest levels you've ever seen. This game is very fun, and I recommend playing it. I recommend playing it with a friend too. This game has that, "one more time" quality. You may lose quite a bit, and but for some reason, you just want to keep playing. This is one of the things I like about the NES, it has games that have no story, but are just about fun and a good challenge. I'm going to give this game a 9/10. It's difficult, but not impossible. Here is some video footage of the game: http://youtube.com/watch?v=mcdPAcDj1X0

TtheHero Wow, that's like pre-Sonic 3D Blast, and it looks damn good! It's a very fun game, and I think that they could do a hell of a lot if they remade it for the Wii. Or even on the virtual console. If they used motion sensing controls, that would be very awesome.

The only modern game to come close to Marble Madness is the Super Monkey Ball series. Although I'd say that Marble Madness is the better game.

Hello, hello, Culties! Now I bring to you a game you may or may not be familiar with...
It's the Legend of Stafy! (Densetsu no Stafy)

Of course you all know that Stafy's an AT in Brawl...
Cute, ain't he? Strangely enough, he one of the only ones that can be attacked!
In many ways he can be similar to Kirby, in terms of cuteness, friendly appeal, but not appetite! In the series, he is 7 years old and is 36cm (14.2in; 1ft, 2.2in) tall. He also has a sister named Stapy, who first appears in DnS3. Gamepay-wise, Stapy shares the same abilites as her bro, but she can Wall Jump as well. According to her trophy info in brawl, she speaks with a Kansai accent.
Anyway, onto the games. So far there's a total of four games in the series, the first three being on the GBA, and the fourth being on the DS.
They are all basically platformers, but a specail kind called 'marine platformers'. Of course becuase Stafy is a star(fish?), and most of his adventures are spent underwater. I say MOST because you do go on dry land at times.
His trademark is the spin attack used by pressing B. If done too many times in one shot he will get dizzy, leaving him open to attacks.
His friend Kyorosuke, a yellow clam, often appears with helpful info.
The main enemy in the series is a character named Ogura. It's hard to tell what he is exactly, but in the end of it all, his defeat usually results in him getting sealed away in a Magic Jar.
After playing this game, I can say without a doubt that this is one game that DESERVES to be localized! The graphics are good n' colorful, the music is pleasing and catchy, it's an overall decent game to play!
My rating? I'd give it a solid 10.
Here's some footage from Densetsu no Stafy 3! Enjoy!

This definiately reminds me of a Kirby game, except with the lack of inhale/exhale and copy abilities.

Welcome once again to another edition of Mephisto's Music Mania. This time we feature the theme of the Iori Yagami team of KOF 1996. Iori Yagami team consists of Iori (duh), Mature, and Vice. Iori is really the only one in this team that's worth anything. The theme starts off with a guitar and has a saxophone lead. I would call it a jazz/rock type tune. The sax part is very catchy. http://youtube.com/watch?v=6hi6_jguKwUYep, another one I personally uploaded, and once again, feel free to subscribe to my channel and all that jazz (no pun intended)

REVIEW Hey, Culities! This is videogameguy44 bringing you a review. Today we will review a older game called Wario Land 4. Wario Land 4 was released in 11/18/01. Wario finds a newspaper when he is driving in his car. He sees treasure an you guessed it, he goes a lookin. He finds his way though some big forest and he finds smack in the middle, a Pyramid. He follows a cat into the Pyramid and you enter the tutorial level. Once you beat the easiest level in the game you go off to fight a boss called Spoiled Rotten. Once you beat this boss you must go and beat 20 other levels broken up into 5 sections all named after gems (besides the the first level called the Entry Passage)Entry Passage Hall of Hieroglyphics, Spoiled Rotten ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Emerald Passage: Palm Tree Paradise, Wildflower Field, Mystic Lake , Monsoon Jungle, Cractus ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ruby Passage: Curious Factory, Toxic Landfill, 40 Below Fridge, Pinball Zone, Cuckoo Condor ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Topaz Passage: Toy Block Tower, The Big Board, Doodle Woods, Domino Row, Aerodent ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Sapphire Passage: Crescent Moon Village, Arabian Night, Fiery Cavern , Hotel Horror, Catbat (all words that are bold are bosses) Your nearly done, but now you have to go into the Golden Pyramid . After you beat the single level you can know fight the Big Boss. The cat will enter the chamber with you and then it eats the cat. You must throw the items provided at its mask then start to punch it. Once killed the cat will pop out and turn into some hot princess. Then Wario gets the Hero Smooch and the princess turns into a angel and fly's to heaven. Then after the credits it shows a new cat running and the car comes up the ally. Then a newspaper fly's into his face and a add for a all you can eat meat buffet is printed on the front. It's pretty self explanatory from there. If I had the choice it would get a solid 9 1/2 from me. It wont get the ten though because of some poor glitches that ruined the game and made it unfair. Thanks for tuning in folks! This is videogameguy44, ending this review.
