No_1_cares *Rubs back of head* Thanks Aniur, considering that I think I will stay with Neo. That being said, I have one slight clarification to make on the whole eating the dirt apple that you absolutely abhor. Neo, being a wanderer and often in the dirtiest of places, has an immune system that has been built op over time. That and dirty food doesn't really bother him. I'll see if I can make a few changes with Neo as he interacts with the other characters so that he becomes more like my current character, Takamura Kobayashi, who I use in all my other threads. I just think that I would have liked to see a note about its special dirt topping in some way or another and then explaining that it didn't bother him. It's those details that really make a post and give insight to the character and how he thinks based on past experiences. :3 I mean, wouldn't you wonder if you saw someone eating something off the ground that was obviously a bit dirty?
Edit: Note to the WoW playing students. I've started playing again and have a few lower levels on Feathermoon and Twisting Nether. If you play and have characters on those servers, feel free to hit me up in game.
Feathermoon -Cerase Draenei priest -Ceanne Night Elf hunter -Derdrie Undead priest (as of yet unplayed, but created)
Twisting Nether -Cerase Draenei priest

With leaving the dirty apple unexplained I hoped to draw other characters over to me. More so that Neo can get better at talking to and interacting with other characters in a literate thread.

They were in transit to said area and thus did not have the benefit of your little display. XD

I have just read your corrections on my last post.
I am very sorry about the length, i know i need to work on it i am just not used to writing a lot at one time, possibly because i struggle to read long posts myself. I also know my paragraphing skills are horrible, i will try and work on them! Also, you may have to remind me about the comma before 'and' sometimes, as i have never been told that it is wrong, even in my college english classes, so please bear with me smile we are taught that before a conjunction (and, but, or, not, for, so yet) that joins two independent clauses (clauses that can stand alone) a comma is appropriate. For example, "The hikers tramped all day through the dense rainforest, but had still not reached the hut by nightfall."
I will do my best to improve on these points in my next posts. Oh, and what does npc stand for?
Thank you smile

Karisutee ... I will do my best to improve on these points in my next posts. Oh, and what does npc stand for? Thank you smile NPC stands for Non-Playable character. Basically it is a character that you and only you control. It has no interaction with other characters other than yours and serves no purpose but to advance your characters actions in some way.

Oh, and what does npc stand for? Thank you smile The comma before "and" has been in debate for some time now and is now only considered appropriate in a "serial" situation. The Comma Comma usage is in some respects a question of personal writing style: some writers use commas liberally, while others prefer to use them sparingly. Most modern North American style guides now recommend using fewer commas rather than more, so when faced with the option of using a comma or not, you may find it wise to refrain. For instance, the use of a comma before the "and" in a series is usually optional, and many writers choose to eliminate it, provided there is no danger of misreading: We bought scarves, mittens and sweaters before leaving for Iceland. (comma unnecessary before "and") We ate apples, plums, and strawberry and kiwi compote. (comma needed before "and" for clarity) Just to be clear. I don't know if all professors have caught up quite yet, but I try to teach less commas in order to keep things from getting cluttered and create a smoothly flowing sentence that has no snags or hang ups. I want to give you the tools to make your paragraphs not only readable, but enjoyable to read. Too many commas creates too many pauses.
Also there is no reason to say sorry ever. This is a learning environment and thus you are expected to make mistakes in order to weed out what needs to be worked on.
We will work on all these things and more in the end making you a proper advanced rper.
Last note, good catch on the NPC def, No_1.

No_1_cares *Rubs back of head* Thanks Aniur, I can't believe you missed that. I hope I got it right. I didn't miss it by any means. I just hadn't been online to see the question period and so thus could not answer the question.
The praise is for answering correctly.

No_1_cares Well considering I just guessed at the definition. What does you guessing at the answer have to do with myself "missing" the question though? It doesn't. The average role player also games extensively, such as myself. Gaming is the visual representation of rping. My use of the word was justified given that over 75% of the population should already be aware of the terminology. Thus I was using a word in particular to cater to my viewing audience. It was a fluke that she did not know it (I am very happy she asked what the definition was though, asking questions shows brightness and motivation to learn, which I admire in people) and I am rather surprised that you had to "guess" at the definition since whenever you play a game you almost always have to interact with npcs whether they be shop keepers or quest givers.

I think that was my longest post ever. I had so many choices, decisions, different paths. I chose the one that could continue with the most fun!
Pita is meant to be rude so... hmmm, I can't say this either way of being rude or wishy-washy.

I was refering to Neo, seeing as though his picture was what he supposedly looks like.
Edit: Apparently Kendo striking a turkey isn't as fun as I would have hoped... chunky too.
