TheBlueWarrior You have to be 17 I believe in order to legally concent to sex, else it's considered rape. Actually its a 2 year age differnce if a 18yr old (legal adult) has sex with a 17yr old its legal but if she's 16 it's illegal. same goes for 17 with a 16yr old is legal but 15 is not and so on and so forth she doesnt even have to claim rape it can be consentual and still be illegal
