Heh My Flute Section Theres two other flutes then its three including me and Piccollo...and our band is tiny and theres mostly the brass so you cant even hear us! sweatdrop Pretty stinks

flutes rock i am my groups section leader and teacher cuz my director does not play the flute.(omg). gonk eek there are 9 other flutes in my class. try teaching them all the high notes. do not try it. the highest note i play is high f but the others can only play a g so sad.

hello!
Im the first chair/section leader of the flutes in my band, which include two other members. During marching band season i get to play piccolo (i heart fred 3nodding ) and for concert i play flute ( i heart sebastian too 3nodding )
by the way, im a guy flutist, yup yup.

Yay flutes! Yay piccolos! If I do say so myself, we are the most amazing and most complicated instruments to play. My flute/piccolo section consists of 3. Except one of our DMs play flute/piccolo, but she cant really play so much until concert season. Our concert season section leader is the coolest and most relaxed person ever. My freshman year, we had two...one was a Nasty. But she quit (thank God). Yay!

Well hey! I'm a flute player! I play flute and Piccolo. I've played the flute for 5 years and the piccolo for about 3 months.

I march picolo most of the time...but when i'm with the High School, I probablly will have to switch back to flute.
I'm in Orchestra flute...that's my main ins.
I've been doing it for about 6 years....

Flutes and piccollo rock. I am a freshman and best in the HS band they switched me to piccollo this year for marching band. And it is definitly harder to hit high notes and thats basically all thats in the show this year of course it will make me a better player...so its kewl!!!

YAAAH!!! I play flute too! I'm the section leader in the marching band and I'm also in the wind ensemble (not a section leader xp ). WOOOT! We're a small band, but we're pretty good, if I do say so myself! mrgreen

gotta love the flute. even though i'm probably one of the worst marchers...but i do pretty well when we're not moving and my verbals kick a**.

We have 21 flutes. I don't know if there are any other piccolo players other than myself. Most of the people are pretty hard core. ((But then again, I am too =P))

i play the flute biggrin have been since i was in grade 7 but now that i'm out of school (this the third year crying ) i pick it up everynow and then to play and remember how to too all those still in school and band enjoy it while u can biggrin
