Lennard remembered opening his eyes, and everything was different. He felt more like himself, even if he felt strange. In his hand was an umbrella, the handle was grasped firmly as he stared down at it.
Clearview needed him.
This weapon was no sword, but it would be a good makeshift weapon. To bad he was having trouble with actually aiming. He still felt disconnected, and the swing didn't connect when he tried to strike at the creature.

Grasping the makeshift weapon firmly, Lennard swung the umbrella at the tangle of vines, trying to break them down the vines.
The tree was beautiful, but the horror it inspired urged him to take action. It had to be stopped.

Panting heavily, Lennard felt a trickle of sweat bead down his temple as he took another swing at the creature. His strength was beginning to falter. It was pretty hard to miss a thing this big thankfully.
