Austin didn't need more water: wasn't thirsty anymore, though he was dirty, and hungry, and freaked out, and more than a little paranoid, and maybe a bit infected. He had a bottle of water, but it was heavy, weighing him down instead of doing him good -- he needed, instead, something he could consume now, hidden in the back of a hospital room somewhere. Rorrow had spam. It seemed a perfect trade, if they could do it quietly enough not to attract trouble.
