Name of weapon: Zensoku
Who owns the weapon: Sarukin Genkaku
Where it was found/Who made it: Given to him by the Monkeys as a gift after he had learned the Summoning Jutsu
The Range of the weapon: Short
Weakness:
- If the user runs out of chakra, effect is canceled
- Can only use for 6 posts in a row. user must then take 2 posts to recharge before the effect activates again
-sword is not really that strong. regular katana that can be destroyed/stolen/taken away
- A small katana, meaning user must get close to their opponent to attack with it. long range is effective against it
- if user cancels the effect, they must wait a post before they can activate it again.
Description: A regular katana, though smaller than usual. It has a special ability though. It raises the speed of the user and allows them to charge their chakra into it. Basically, its only a speed enhancer and nothing more. Allows user to obtain the same abilities as a speed ninja, (Can do 2 jutsu per post. Move, dodge, and attack as if they were one rank higher, hard for anyone below Jounin to even track these ninja). Given to Sarukin after he had passed his test to become a monkey summoner. Forged by monkeys located at the summoning lands, it is meant to make up for his lack of taijutsu skill. User can disable the effect at any time, though it takes another post for them to activate it again. (So if i disable it for one post, i must wait a post, then activate it the post after that.)
Rp Sample: Sarukin drew Zensoku as numerous ninja surrounded him. He wasn't in a good position. He could probably perform a genjutsu on most of the ninjas, but he couldn't expect to win with only that. That was what Zensoku was for. He jumped up, suddenly disappearing in a cloud of smoke. He appeared behind one of the ninjas, stabbing him with Zensoku. Sarukin had to force Zensoku in the ninja's body, for it wasn't an exceptional sword. Still, the ninja went down almost instantly. Sarukin moved on to the next one, wanting to take care of all these ninjas quickly. He performed hand signs quickly, Zensoku held in his hands. "Monkey. Dragon. Rat. Bird. Ox. Snake. Dog. Tiger. Monkey. Rabbit. Monkey. Chidori!" Sarukin's enhanced speed allowed the chidori to work efficiently against another ninja nearby. Zensoku, however, fell out of his hands right before the attack, falling to the floor. Sarukin looked back just in time to see the otehr two remaining ninjas run up to it and grab it, analyzing the weapon.
Sarukin threw kunai at the ninjas, one of them dodging while the other getting hit. She fell to the ground, grabbing her leg, trying to pull out the kunai. That leaves just one more. The ninja appeared behind Sarukin, pulling up Zensoku to strike. However, Sarukin kicked his wrist, allowing the sword to fall out of is hands. He quickly grabbed hold of it, running up to the ninja. His speed increased greatly as the sword struck the ninja directly in the chest. "Nice knowing ya...."

@Destiny: DENIED. People seem to be skipping the step of reading the first page of the custom weapons which has the rules clearly marked out for them (this isn't just you), in which it clearly states that no weapons shall absrob chakra. This includes your own chakra. Sorry.
@The Nerdbot: DENIED. Once again, read the rules! NO WEAPON CAN ABSORB CHAKRA!!! It's almost infuriating how many people don't go to the first page and read the rules before posting a custom weapon. And once again, this isn't just you so don't feel offended (too much) in any way. I just get at least three weapons like this a week, and it's a bit frustrating to see how many people have clearly not read the rules.
So: I will deny outright any application that demonstrates that someone has not CLEARLY read the rules for custom weapons in the first post of the first page of the custom weapons thread. Furthermore, I will not allow you to apply for another one for one week's time. I'm serious about this, if I'm gonna do my job and approve and deny these, you all could at least do your part by doing what you're supposed to do and reading the rules on custom weapons. Thank you.

 Name of weapon: Dark Monarch
Who owns the weapon: Hatsuharu Cambrien
Where it was found/Who made it: Hatsuharu found this weapon in an abandoned caravan during travels.
The Range of the weapon: 8ft Blade
Weakness: Hatsuharu can only wield it if he is using his Bloodline's ability to increase muscle mass. So if Hatsuharu is hit by any lightning Jutsu, he is unable to wield this blade until he recovers. Also, this weapon will conduct any lightning Jutsu that hits it and will transfer it to Hatsuharu's body.
Description: This weapon is a massive blade that Hatsuharu can wield with one hand by increasing his Muscle Mass through his Bloodline's abilities. But this isn't any regular old sword. This sword has an ability called the Pulse Emitter.
Name of Technique: Pulse Emitter
Rank of Technique: C
Range of Technique: 10m
Description: When Pulse Emitter is activated, the sword gives off a pressure that causes all enemies within the range of it to instantly be put under 200lb of pure gravitational pressure. This lowers all physical abilities (-1 Rank in strength, speed, defense, etc.) and prevents the enemies from jumping or climbing. If standing on water, they will immediately be thrown under it. This lasts for 10 posts.
Also, this sword can conduct Bloodline abilities and can turn into water when Hatsuharu does. This allows Hatsuharu to use his Bloodline abilities without leaving behind the sword.
Rp Sample
Hatsuharu and his enemy were squaring off. The little monkey that he was fighting constantly was in the air and was too hard to catch, even for a Speed Ninja like Hatsuharu. The enemy jumped up and threw a few Senbon at Hatsuharu, that were easily evaded, but the enemy came down behind Hatsuharu and kicked him. "Damn it... I guess I have to use Dark Monarch..." he grumbled as he pulled out the massive blade and and charged his Chakra, pumping it through the blade. Suddenly, everyone except Hatsuharu would feel a severe pressure pulling them down that was with 20m of Hatsuharu. Coincidentally, only the enemy was there.
The enemy tried to jump, but only fell over when he tried. "I... I CAN'T GET UP!!! What is this!? What kind of Jutsu does this!?" he screamed in ear as Hatsuharu quickly darted at him. Hatsuharu lifted up the blade with one, enhanced arm and slammed down the mighty blade over the enemy's head, ripping the skull right off of the body.

I think that should be toned down, especially if your character is below Jounin. That jutsu seems more like an A-S rank technique since it lasts pretty long and it's weakness doesn't even come close to making up for that ability.

I kinda like it. Pulse emitter seems over powered, until I consider the fact that I can run and jump while carrying a hundred pounds on my back. Not easy, but doable. To a ninja it'd just be a severe hindrance.

Name of weapon:Origaku
Who owns the weapon: Aoi Reiki (coming soon)
Where it was found/Who made it: this, was her mother's weapon, and was gaven to her when she was little.
The Range of the weapon: 1-15 meters. (it's a throwing axe)
Weakness: It's heavy, and if not thrown right it wouldnt make 2 feet. It is also possible to backfire on her, by easily losing to to the opponent whom can use it against her.
Description:Origaku
This weapon is capable of slowing the opponent down half a rank (or a full rank, if a high rank) if it hits when it is thrown. this it's only ability, and does not work if the user is fighting with it. instead, if hit amongst a weaponry battle, it is possible for it to break the other weapon, that is, if she is two ranks higher than the opponent.... in which is impossible for her right now to do.
Rp Sample:
Aoi frowned, for her ramen eating had finally gotten to her, and started to slow her down, even though she was a speed ninja, the ramen unhealthiness can easily slow a person down. Sadly, of the worst of it, the Akatsuki had found her location and was catching up to her..... She didnt know whom told them that she was the nibi host, (Whom is basically now on the run) Aoi wasnt in a good situation. Oh god help me! who told them? Aoi frowned as she jumped into the next few trees, as the nibi coughed Kuza's name.... Aoi highly doubted that Kuza would do that to her, for their family were friends. She wailed as she barely missed a trap, and fell to the ground. "Oh come on!" Aoi growled in a darker tone that was long gone from her and she swung her axe, Origaku, at the pursuer..... that pursuer was the weird fellow whom made her uneasy with his trip to Kumo that other time... whatisname... er, Haseo Shimizu, wasn't it? she wasnt sure, but that what she heard anyways. As the axe slowed him down, he became slower than her, to academy level. He's only a genin? Aoi thought surprised, and her face went pale. He threw it back. "GAH!!!!" Aoi darted as she barley missed it.... She got a new hair cut. "My hair....." Aoi wailed as she ran and picked origaku up, and dart behind a tree, hoping he would just disappear.

I got a question, how much does it hinder someone? Because if it were a Taijutsu specialist, I'd suspect they could take off their weights and they'd be normal again. and then after that 10 posts is up, they'd be inhumanly fast, and you'd lose track of them from being used to their slowed movements. But hey you have bloodline where that won't freaking matter, because you can just split into mist. ..> you still thinking of getting rid of Htsuharu? because I would love to own that blade twisted Speaking of which I need to hit Genin already so I can make another Freaking weapon T^T
