 Oniwa Kye| Satetsu | Speed/Combo | Otogakure | Kage ||| Shinobi Profession: Taijutsu Specialist || RPC Profile || Being a forced practice of hers, Kye didn't really enjoy diplomacy all that much, but understood it's value. In the end, she was a warrior and she considered that the way that most people understood the world to exist. However, she would not be there for her village at all times, and forging alliances with the other villages was one of the only ways she could accomplish safety for her people in the event that she could not be there for them. Listening to the Hokage however, made her forget this as she was impressed with her response. "An invisible chain to a corruptible social hierarchy... how true those words are."
Listening to the rest of Itsuki's story, Kye took it to heart, seeing the parallels in her own story, which only made her hope that their peace talks would be fruitful considering their shared wishes. Waiting politely for her to finish while sipping some tea, Kye then responded when she saw that Itsuki had finished... "Nono... you aren't rambling at all, I quite enjoyed listening to you speak. I can see that you hold great wisdom Itsuki. Your village is lucky to have you as their leader. The Otokage would agree with you whole-heartedly... the possibility of corruption is one of the reasons why he wishes to remain secretive, allowing only a select few near him. In a village where no one knows who really has the power and what lies underneath the mask, who would even know who to start corrupting?... it is a system I have grown to appreciate more and more as I see my land prosper."
Truth be told, she had never heard of fencing before... it didn't sound like any kind of Taijutsu she had experienced... she would have to remember to ask about it later. "I sympathize with your story Itsuki, and I appreciate you being so open to revealing part of yourself. It seems that we may be more alike then you may think. Both of my parents were also killed, along with my entire family, all taken from me in an instant by a trap laid by those who had made war in my country. I was six years old, an orphan wandering the countryside. The things I saw occur during that time made me who I am today. How I managed to survive, I cannot say... but I dedicated the rest of my life to overcoming obstacles in order to gain strength for my village, that it may be protected. It would seem that both of us, simply wish to serve our villages... a refreshing similarity to be found between two people." Digging into her ramen, she left the comment at that, enjoying the food, but making no note of it. From her understanding of Konaga, they had no sense of taste... so despite the incredibly pleasing tastes of the ramen, she kept a deadpan expression in the event that someone else could catch her in the use of her false identity.

 Tsubame ItsukiKonohagakure | Pin Point - Clan Head | HokageListening to Elise's response, Itsuki didn't feel the need to interupt so she only smiled or nodded at several of Elise's comments. When Elise began to speak about her past, Itsuki paid close attention and it was just as Elise's said, there were many similarities that could be found between the two of them. Glad to meet someone who she could truely relate to, Itsuki found herself looking forward to learning more about Elise and the village she served. 'Things just might get a little bit more interesting around here.' Digging into her own ramen, Itsuki felt that it might be best to eat now and continue discussions later, afterall, the two of them have pretty much been talking non-stop for the past hour or so.
Sparing several glances at her guest, Itsuki noticed that she kept a straight face while eating her meal and has still to make a comment about the food. 'Hm, most people would've said something about the foreign food by now, I wonder if something was wrong with the meal? I guess I'll bring it up once we're both done.'
Wiping her mouth with her napkin as she finished her meal, Itsuki took out her money pouch and paid for the two of them. Turning to face Elise, Itsuki flashed a small smile towards the diplomat as she waited for Elise to finish up. "Once you're ready Elise, I'll lead you to the Hokage Tower where you'll be staying."

Oniwa Kye| Satetsu | Speed/Combo | Otogakure | Kage ||| Shinobi Profession: Taijutsu Specialist || RPC Profile || Finishing her meal quickly, Kye couldn't help bu notice that the Hokage was watching her, making her more focused on maintaining her stoic face in the midst of the wonderful flavors she was tasting. Finishing the entire bowl, including the broth inside the bowl, she slid the bowl away and turned to the Hokage to answer her... "Yes, that would be lovely... thank you." Getting up from her seat, Kye prepared to follow the Hokage, but was then interrupted by a single high-pitched tweet from the sky. Snapping her head upwards instinctively to the sound, Kye held her hand up, extending her index finger as a landing zone. within seconds a swallow had landed on her finger, carrying a green piece of string with thinly inlet gold lettering on it.
Bringing her finger back to her shoulder, the swallow jumped off onto it, then brought the ribbon to Kye's awaiting finger, prompting her to hold it vertically in front of her face. She stared at it for several seconds, simultaneously decoding and reading the coded message, but then dropped her hand back to her side, stuffing the ribbon into her robes. "Itsuki, I must extend my most sincere apologies, but the Otokage summons me back to my country immediately. I hate to do this in the middle of our negotiations, but as I'm sure you understand, duty to one's country supersedes diplomatic courtesy. I would hate to think this would reflect poorly on my people however, or harm our relationship. Would it be alright with you if I sent a drafted version of the peace terms by messenger hawk to you at a later date? You would then be able to look them over in leisure and convene with the necessary counsels to determine if you think it is in the best interest of your village. Would this be acceptable to you?"
The words came quickly, but without any sense of alarmed urgency. More so then anything else, it would come across as a loyal servant anxious to answer the call of their master. Kye then waited patiently for her secret counterpart's reply.

After the Hokage's favorable reply, Kye wasted no time in leaving the scene, doing so at a quick pace, but only so far as she could be seen. Once she was out of sight, she found a secluded spot where no eyes could find her and seemingly disappeared, taking off in a flash step far away from Konoha.

Tsubame ItsukiKonohagakure | Pin Point - Clan Head | HokageSeeing that Elise was ready, Itsuki got up and was just about ready to lead her towards her home when she suddenly heard the sound of a high-pitched tweet coming from the sky. Turning her head upward, Itsuki noticed a flying swallow with something dangling from it. Hearing movement from beside her, Itsuki watched with interest as Elise raised her hand up and extanded out her index finger to create a landing zone for the swallow.
Watching the scene before her in silence, Itsuki can only assumed that Elise has been summoned or that important new about her village has been sent to her. Listening in understanding as Elise explained the current situation, Itsuki simply nodded her head in acceptance and waved her off concerns with her hand. "Don't worry about it Elise, I quite understand your predicament, if it were me, I would've also ended negotations right then and there in order to respond to such a letter. It's been a pleasure meeting you and I eagerly await the draft of the peace terms. Hopefully by then, things will have settled down and I can come speak about them with you and your Otokage personally." Extending out her right hand, Itsuki offered up a friendly handshake to conclude thier meeting.

After a good, solid handshake and minimal farewells and best wishes, Itsuki and Elise parted ways and Isuki began the short walk back to her home.

Satsu entered the quaint little restaurant that he considered his safe haven. When his mother had died four months ago, Satsuzame had no other place to go. He had been allowed to stay in the dorms but he had no way to support himself seriously. D-rank mission pay just didn't cut it when it came to feeding himself. Sure, he had always gone fishing and good easily live off of fish, but his mother had always told him that eating other food groups would help him grow stronger. He wanted to honor her memory by eating well, but he couldn't always afford it. That's where the owners of Ichiraku came in to play. Every once in awhile they would offer him a free warm meal. Unfortunately, today just wasn't one of those times.
Grumbling, Satsuzame pulled out his wallet. His mother had sewn him this wallet, when he had drawn her a picture of what he wanted to be like when he was older. The wallet was plushy Hoshigaki with short blue hair and a massive sword. It was his innocence that had shown when he drew that massive sword. His mother had then drilled into him the importance of speed with a bladed weapon over raw force, which was more useful for bludgeoning weapons. Handing the owner his money and receiving his usual Seafood Deluxe with vegetables ramen in return, Satsu couldn't help but let a small trail of drool hang from his mouth. Seconds ticked by as he stared at his meal like a shark would stare at a school of fish. The thought that would've ran through that very shark's head, now ran through Satsuzame's. Dinner time! he thought as he lunged at the bowl, chopsticks at the ready.
Having finished his lunch, Satsu felt it was time to search out a master. Someone around here had to know Suiton techniques, It was just a matter of finding them. His first thought was to head towards the Training grounds. There were always ninja's eager to train there, perhaps one who would be just as eager to teach him.

The man on the otherside of the counter poked his head over and over again for the next hour as Sypher lifted his head up and apologized to the man for falling asleep. He payed for his ramen and walked out before he could embarrasse himself more. He would head somewhere to see what the other ninja were doing.

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu When Zin came upon Ichiraku's shop street, the child grinned eagerly when he caught sight of his prey leaving the bar in a rather upset matter. The child wasn't wanting to be late as he wanted to take him to a secluded area to kill him, but now that he was he couldn't help but to be elated to see what opportunity that has been brought forth to him. Hissing to his eager serpents that clinged tightly to his shoulders, Zin stood in the shadows as he took a small hiding place between two buildings as he took a look to see who all was in the area. Those that did catch sight of the Naga prince before he stole into the shadows, wreaking of malice and killing intent, their eyes quickly shifted to another location or they would begin speaking to another person." It would seem some unworthy eyes as looked upon me.I might have to kill more than one person tonight. What do you think Nagi... Hitan? Does that no just sound fun... 'Amaterasu' has already begged to taste more blood upon it's metal. How about we give it, it's wishes, hmm?" Zin said in a playful and sinister tone, as this is the perfect opportunity for killing more people would mean more specimens that will be utilized. Hearing his dear pets urging the child on to stain more blood upon his blade Zin nodded,"Very well.... Then let's give Konoha it's first bloodshed since the day Kyuubi attacked, shall we?" The child said as his fangs bared when he produced his deviant grin and would start to taint the land of the leaves with blood once again.
Coming upon his knee's Zin looked at all of his targets, which consisted of four individuals, three had either saw Zin being in the alley way or simply just looked like a good test subject while the forth was his original target. All of the other citizen's would just have to witness their screams before the Naga child will lay his claim and bring forth his bided justice against the land that persecuted him and his father; and being that it was rather late in the evening, all the people that were witnesses where his targets for not many people stayed out at such a late time. Moving as fast as his wise and intelligent brain could process what to do, the Naga prince made his first move by whispering 'Kai', releasing the one-hundred pounded weights from all of his limbs and let them fall to the ground. Seeing that Zin was kneeled, they wouldn't make such a dent onto the street, which was why Zin made sure not to perform his weight 'kai' from a standing position. From there, Zin knew he couldn't kill his opponents with such light being upon the streets; well... he could, yet he couldn't. Zin was still not in the position to go against Konoha just yet and even more so, he wasn't ready to just yet betray the village enough to point his blade against them. The place still bared its use to him and until his abilities exceeded their protection Zin was definitely going to keep being a 'good' citizen of Konoha. He still needed to train and get more used to his Jounin abilities before finally letting the elders of Konoha see their mistake for treating the boy as a chained viper; to where they can call on his power when need be, yet trash him to the side when he is not needed. Not anymore! Gathering up dirt that lay upon the streets of the village, Zin tossed it up into the air in which his weight free hands slipped together and started to fluently and briskly run through hand-seals as he hissed softly,"Doton: Shuriken no Jutsu..." With that, the particles and clods of dirt came together with the release and molding of his chakra to create weapons of the almighty earth. Something that would help out when he finishes doing his deed in the place as the shuriken will simply return to the soil from which they came once their duty is done.
Creating about six shuriken from the earth he tossed up, the child utilized his quick hands and snatched the six shuriken from the air during their descent in which it was then that he sprinted out from the shadows of the corner and took aim... but to where? The light posts of course! Taking aim at the lights within the pathway of this select road as well as looking at the tapestry that laid tied up over Ichiraku's bar. Zin's plan was to knock out all the lights within the area, as well as knock down the covering that would fall over Ichiraku's bar and block the light from his bar as well as canceling anyone within from being a possible witness. Taking a small moment to gauge and get a perfect view point, Zin started to sling the shuriken at his targets going only two at a time; for, the child wasn't truly a projectiles weapon expert after all. But even so, within roughly less than fifteen seconds , every night lamp held a Doton Shuriken which quenched it's light while Ichiraku's tapestry would fall over his bar's entrance and block him from the genocide the Demi-Price was ready to produce.
Screams of confusion from the citizen's only made Zin giggle as he began to bounce on his right toe and re-direct the chakra to be focused upon his legs. This time he giggled, loud enough that those within the alley way would hear as it was quite eerie yet ever so childishly playful. Such a feeling of malice, and thirst for the liquid that flows through their veins made their hearts sink as that giggle provided nothing more than melancholy feelings to their souls; mostly because that playful giggle stood for there is nothing you can do, and no one here to save you. When Zin felt the depression and fear of his prey to the point that he could almost hear the beats of their hearts he made his move. With a skip from his right foot onto his left, then back to his right foot as he utilized his newest form of Shukuchi on his first blood; One Step Under Shukuchi. The sounds of the earth splitting would hit their ears as though Zin was 'technically' just as blind as them, yet his two serpents were his eyes within the darkness and told him where each of his victims where. Being that they were just normal citizen's, the chance of them even breathing after hearing the earth being ripped apart would be little to nil. The last thing they would hear is the giggling again, more malevolent than before but this time on the other side of the pathway as well as the sound of a sword being sheathed once more. Their cuts would burn and their clothing glow lightly with embers, as if something extremely hot and sharp had cut and slashed through their flesh, giving them an extra feeling of pain before their demise and admitting them to smell their flesh before their senses are closed. As once the sound of the blade sheathing hit their ears, copious amount of blood would blast from their chests as they died with fading screams of surprise and despair; returning their breaths to the universe while their corpses will be utilized to bring about the dominion of the one true ruler of his land. Each of the cuts were diagonal in which they where either left or right, making their blood lash out perspectively and give the alley way a nice new paint job. Zin knew Ichiraku or one of his parton's would possibly brave to look outside so he didn't have much time. Clasping his hands together and utilizing those quick enough for a Taijutsu-ist hands to flow through basic seals as he emitted his chakra to the earth whispering,"Doton: Tsuchi Bushin no Jutsu..." Six clones morphed and pulled themselves out from the ground as Zin hissed to them,"Four of you hurry, and take the bodies of the dead to my house. Utilize the forests to get there. I'm quite sure there are very few people here that know the forests as well as I. One of you retrieve my weights and kill any who attempt to peak their heads over corner and avoid being seen. We only have a couple of seconds before this is a hot spot. And you,"Zin looked to the last clone with those slitted eyes which lavished in the depths of darkness,"Run quickly to the back of, or side of Ichiraku's bar and give his bar a small taste of my strength. The technique should disperse you."With that, his clone nodded in which he took to the shadows and disappeared as well. Knowing that it was only a couple seconds before Shinobi and citizen alike would make their appearance here; and seeing that he didn't wished to be caught just yet, he needed to ensure that this assassination was completely secret until his time to strike is complete.
As all the other clones disappeared, the last clone moved to do it's duty. Putting chakra to it's right arm, it decided hitting the side of the bar would be the best option. Since Ichiraku and his patrons have little space, hitting the side and making that debris fly out and smack them about may pose a better diversion than hitting the back. When it came close and noticed the tapestry starting to life up, the clone thrusted it's arm out with all it's might and performed the 'Great Kai Punch'. Thrusting the punch with all it's might and minimal amount of chakra into the wall and making a small hole burst through. Yes, this was nothing compared to the strength and power if the Naga Prince had done it himself, but seeing that he didn't wish to actually hurt Ichiraku sending a 'lacky' version of himself is the best option. As small debris and wood would spring out and hit those within the bar as the clone would disperse and return to the earth from with it was created.  Kaji ShunsuiKonohagakure | Iron Sand | Jounin| Deadly Flash of LeafKaji had flash-stepped to Ichiraku when he heard the news, he quickly examined the area taking note of anything he could, he noticed small bits of blood...but something seemed out of place...." Where exactly is the person who suffered from theses wounds..." Kaji began to think this was more then just a bar brawl or fight...He decided to wait for Itsuki to arrive to get her take on it.

Tsubame ItsukiKonohagakure | Pin Point - Clan Head | Hokage|| Support/Combo || Katon || Doton || Hiton ||Using the shadows as her mode of transportation, Itsuki reappeared and disappeared within several different shadows before she located a shadow next to the Ichiraku ramen stand. 'Found it. Strange how I couldn't locate anything else within close proximity...' Emerging from the shadows, the first thing Itsuki noticed was how dark the area was. Illuminated only slightly by the blocked moonlight. Itsuki noticed that aside from Ichiraku ramen, all the other light sources nearby have been destroyed. 'Its so dark...if it wasn't for my trained eyesight, I most likely wouldn't have been able to see anything else at all...' Slipping out a kunai from the hidden location within her right kimono sleeve, Itsuki sent her chakra into it and covered it in a coat of fire. 'There we go. I should definately learn that light technique when I get the chance. It'll save me from wasting all this extra chakra...'
Holding her kunai up like a torch, Itsuki spotted Kaji in the distance and scanning the area, found the ANBU still safely consealed in the shadows. 'One with the darkness as always...' Peering into the store, Itsuki found it a bit difficult due to the covering but pulling it aside, Itsuki whinced at what she saw. Three patrons were on the ground clutching onto gashes and in the back, Ichiraku was suffering from some 2nd degree burns. Assessing the area, Itsuki could see that the side of the store had been struck. The force had been strong enough to create a hold and send multiple debris and wood chipings to those inside. 'I guess the force was so great that it caused a pot to spill.' One of the citizens, having heard the russling of the cover turned fearfully to see who it was that entered only to relax when he saw it was Itsuki. "Hokage-sama...it...it happened so suddenly...one moment we were eating and then the cover was brought down...We heard a lot of screaming and then silence...I was about to go check it out when something slammed through the side..." Noticing the man's shaky breathing, Itsuki could only smile pleasantly and speak in a reassuring voice. "Thank you for what you told me. Can all of you walk? A medically unit has been sent. If you all head outside now, they should just be arriving."
True to her words, the medical and investigation unit arrived to the site a second after Itsuki aided the patrons and Ichiraku out of the raman stand. They brought with them portable lamps and multiple supplies. Spotting their Hokage with the wounded, the medical united quickly rushed over to where Itsuki was. Letting the medical unit take over the healing procedures. Itsuki proceeded to examine the crime scene. 'A sudden hit to the side eh?' Make-shift torch still in hand, Itsuki made her way over to where the hole was and bending down, examined the area. 'Hm...seems like there's a small pile of earth and dust...an earth clone? or was it an earth based technique? Either way, it was the work of a doton user...' Releasing a low 'tsk' as a sudden wave of dizziness washed over her, Itsuki remained crouched in her position before standing up again an moving back towards the street in front of the store where an investigation unit was already hard at work.
Heading over to where Kaji was, Itsuki took note of the lamp posts as she passed and from the looks of it, they were broken by projectiles. 'And yet, there's only glass around...another ninjutsu technique...?' Stopping next to him, Itsuki noticed the small bits of scattered blood and as the investigators tired to take some of it back for testing, Itsuki spoke in a low tone to Kaji. "So what do you think? This is definatly no ordinary attack...it had to be planned. I was informed that it all happened in a matter of seconds. First the lights went out and the attacker also purposly brought down the cover of Ichiraku to hide the last remaining light sourse. The next thing anyone else heard were screams and then 'bang' someone struck the side of the Ichiraku ramen stand."

Kaji ShunsuiKonohagakure | Iron Sand | Jounin| Deadly Flash of Leaf" I agree...this was planned...and worse yet...I think it was from someone in the village." Kaji turned to face Itsuki, a very serious expression on his face, " From what I know, we are go good terms with every village, and another fact would seem that this person planned methodically that could only be done if one had immense layout of the surrounding area...so it's someone who as been living here in the Leaf... perhaps their whole life..." Kaji's tactical mind processed all of the information and he reached the above conclusion, and Kaji was rarely wrong about things when he put his sharp mind to work.

Tsubame ItsukiKonohagakure | Pin Point - Clan Head | Hokage|| Support/Combo || Katon || Doton || Hiton ||Listening silently to Kaji's words, Itsuki found the logic in his words and as much as she hates to think that there's a traitor among them...there just might be one...'Now all that's left is to weed the traitor out...' Nodding her head in agreement, Itsuki noticed several lights on buildings turning on as well as small groups of citizens closing in on the area. 'Not good,' Raising her right hand, Itsuki did a small motion with her hands and 4 ANBUs immediately appeared for crowd control. Releasing a sigh, Itsuki comtemplated Kaji's words and scanning the area, noticed several allyways and still clutching onto her flaming kunai, walked over to the nearest allyway and bent down. Staring down the allyway, Itsuki noticed nothing off and turning to the ground, Itsuki swore she saw somethng wrong with it but her buzzing mind couldn't really funtion at its best so Itsuki just brushed it aside to examine the opposite allyway. Getting the same results as the other allyway, Itsuki could only assume that the traitor was highly skilled for there were barely any traces of the event. Once more going over to where Kaji was, Itsuki spoke out her own suspicions. "Hard to belive that we would have a rat among us but as of now, we can conclude that the user was of Doton affinity. The damage by Ichiraku is definately something caused by earth. Not sure if it was technique or earth clone but it left traces of earth that's for sure. As for the blood I can't help but feel that there wasnt' only one victim...there's also the fact that so minimal of blood was shead. If the victim got away, how come there's no reports of it? This is also the only area that's been tampered with. All the other streets are fine, the ANBU made sure of it...this case just seems to get stranger and stranger..."

Kaji ShunsuiKonohagakure | Iron Sand | Jounin| Deadly Flash of LeafKaji's mind continued it's logical processing, nodding briefly at Itsuki's statements, " Simple, the traitor didn't want to raise suspicions, he wanted it to appear to be an outside job is my guess so that he can continue to function within the Village...for the victims...he most likely wanted to minimize blood to reduce the evidence....he very well could have taken his victims with him...now this is just the advice of a friend...but I recommend you use your authority as Hokage and declare Marshall Law and lockdown the village until we rat this attacker out, you have to be firm in showing that the Leaf Village will no tolerate traitors..." Kaji's tone was deathly serious, completely gone was the carefree tone he held in the cafe. Despite the fact that he always considered himself a rebel, his loyalty to the village was always unquestioned, if he found the traitor...he wanted the honor of plunging his blade in their chest.

Tsubame ItsukiKonohagakure | Pin Point - Clan Head | Hokage|| Support/Combo || Katon || Doton || Hiton ||Mind almost completely sobered, Itsuki continued to stare intently at the bloodstains while Kaji spoke his next assessment. "Makes sense..." Itsuki uttered softly from under her breath as Kaji mentioned the reason for the current state of the crime scene. 'He definiately played his cards right...no clues were left behin aside from the small pile of dust but that was not by choice I would think.' At his next statement, Itsuki's face harden and she returned to her usual neutral professional state. "Kaji, what you say makes sense but as a Hokage I also have the right to ensure my citizen's safety. Know that a lockdown will only cause panic and confusion among the villagers and our ranks. The traitor may also treat the lockdown as a threat or worse, a challenge, thus placing those around us in even more danger." Pausing for a bit, Itsuki knew that things obviously couldn't remain the way they are but she'll do things more subtly than a major lockdown. "Those who walk in and out of the village will be inspected more closely and only a select few may leave the village. More guards will be placed in our holes to make sure that any suspicion action is caught. I...also might have to have a talk with some of our village's doton users..." Trailing off, Itsuki couldn't help but wonder if the attacks will really just stop at this...'Why do I feel like this is just the start of something bigger...?'

Kaji ShunsuiKonohagakure | Iron Sand | Jounin| Deadly Flash of LeafKaji let out a sigh, his mood was completely sober....he didn't want to see the Leaf engulfed in violence..more over he didn't want to see Itsuki have to struggle through this, even though he knew this would most likely be her first real test as Hokage, " Well...we've done all we can here....how about we pay Sensei's grave a visit and then I'll escort you back to the tower so you can get things handled....sound fair?" Kaji offered his hand out to her, he knew she would need some help and reassurance through this coming hardship, no matter how long or short that might be...he intended to be there for her.
