DJ Trouble Hahaha, I love that video. That voice cracks me up. >.> And, wow, those graphics are something else. I think I've not seen a pokemon game for a little too long. I wasn't expecting anything like that.
And yeah, these games will be epic. From what we've seen so far, the graphics blow even Platinum's out of the water. The PokéMart signs spin, there's street lights that flicker, the Magnent Train's intro is a 3D cutscene, the tall grass is 3D (or 3D-ish), and there's rumors that Ho-Oh and Lugia will have 3D cutscenes when you encounter them (that footage from the video of Ho-Oh circling around the Tin Tower and Lugia bursting out of the waterfall? Those).
If you can only buy one Pokémon game ever again, these are the games to buy, most definitely.
@Melody: You mean the logos? No, usually they're that Arial-ish black and white stuff, remember? Apparently, they wanted to mimick the Japanese logos more this time around, hence the colors and weird fonts.

What's with the big font?
@Tippy: I guess since it's been awhile since I've looked at the American titles, that's why it seems weird to me. The version titles, not the actual logo. I've yet to think it looks different! XD

@Shippo: Lol, yes. OU = Overused, and Ubers are generally legendaries (there's some exceptions, though, like Latias and Celebi are OU, but Garchomp and Wobbuffet are Ubers).

Exact date, or month? Because I can't decide between last year's April, and May. Because there is a s**t lot more to translate than DPPt. [Also, I'm mad that all the other adventures are taking me more than a day in total hours to complete, but Diamond? Noooo, I beat that s**t in a week, almost 19 hours. And that's with several hours of undergrounding it, too.]
So maybe May? Because last year, it was the 22nd of April, right?

[Because I think I even trained a little between Gyms. I remember that my first loss didn't come until the e4]. I'm picking up Colosseum/XD, organizing/training a mini tournament team in DPPt gens, hoping to eventually pick up GS again, and play all of FR. But I'm also gonna import my FR team to Colosseum and see if they're good enough to get Ho-oh. [Though I doubt it. I have the same seven as when I first created the team, and it's pretty electric-fight weak. D:] Also debating whether or not to restart my Emerald. [Ruby and Emmy both took me more than 90 hours to enter the Hall of Fame... I wonder if it was all the time spent on contests....?]

And getting off-topic for a little while is alright, especially in a situation like this. It keeps us talking when there's nothing more to talk about regarding the actual topic. It's only when said actual topic is in full-swing and someone interrupts with something off-topic that I tend to crack down on it.
And I'm saying March or April as well. D/P was released at the end of September in Japan, then the following end of April in North America, while Platinum was released mid-September in Japan, then the following mid-to-late March in North America. So March or April for NA, and probably two or so months later for Europe.
And I THINK Platinum takes longer. Certainly took me longer to finish it than D/P. I beat my Diamond the Friday following its launch, while Platinum took me a little over a week to clear, and that was without ******** around on side options like contests. But then again, I didn't play it every waking minute like I did Diamond. But then again, I was in school when I played Diamond, but not while I played Platinum.
Huh. It's really hard to tell.

Huh. It's really hard to tell.0: You caught me complaining about Ubers! u_u Now I have to go study up on Ubers, just for self satisfaction. God damn my ego... D:< Yeah, I agree Chompy is ugly... Gabite is somewhat tolerable to me, but Garchomp is ugly as sin... I highly doubt this happening, but I was wondering if anyone was thinking of the possibility that HGSS might have it where if you breed a Chansey with a Ditto, it will get a straight up Hapiny without any incense(sp?), and so fourth... I'm sure people are tired of hearing crazy theories like that though. x_X;

@Bulba: XD Have fun studying.
@Tippy: Just look at the hours it took to beat the e4. Emerald took me two hours longer than Ruby. XD Which is kinda funny, considering that there were twice as many teams to foil as Ruby.
Do people really whine about Ubers being hard? It's just a bunch of level 100 legendaries, most of the time.
And a Wobbufet/Blissey thrown in there.
Serebii needs to update its uber list, doesn't it? Or throw in a bigger one... *using that as reference to her mini tourney, and a friend is using Gabite for it.* Though, I don't really care much if it really is uber or not.
