"Well..I'll have to teach you a lesson in respect then." Kai drew his sword, then made a light cut on his hand and a little blood floated into the air. The blood hardened into needles and flew at the guard carrying the girl so he'd drop her.

The guard with Annemarie threw her as he ran, the other untying the other girl. Annemarie looked kai and smiled. "Thank you so much, theres no telling what they would have done to us."

"Uh.. Thank you very much!" The young woman said after she was untied and pulled the cloth out of her mouth. She turned to Annemarie with a smile, "Thank you for trying to save me too."

Annemarie nodded to the girl happily. "Anytime.." She rubbed the back of her head, sweatdropping slightly.

Belial laughed off-hand... the embrace didnt seem out of place for someone so meak. he didnt think there were generally people that showed concern for her... espcially considering Kuroi's cold demeanor. he was a good duy, and belial liked hium... but not the guy to really notice someone's pain.
"Listen Yuure... if im evidence of anythig, its that things can change. I was born like anyone else in my world of humans, and now im the third most powerful man in the world... Even though were so far away from the imperium that no one knows.... As for standing up to people... i beleive in you Yuure... everyone has a bit of a badass deep inside... besides that, its not like youll have to do anything alone. im feeling particualrly generous of late, and would be glad to help you."

Myia sighed and put her head down. "I need to learn to hold my tongue sometimes." She put her hand on her head. "Maybe I'm tired." She looked at Kalya. "Go have fun and I'll get some sleep."
Kalya nodded. "Yes." She then left the room. "Um..." She went up to Kuroi. "Sorry. For the way my sister acted. She is tired." She then put her head down.
