"Impressive..." Lucifer said. He pulled on the chain that linked his scythe and arm, getting his scythe back into his hands. He licked the flowing blood on the blade of his scythe, his eyes locked onto the demon's.
"But are you just going to sit there and block all of my attacks?" Lucifer asked.

Deon continued to watch her eyes, hoping she would snap out of it. Two things could happen, one was his death, the other was her gaining control. "Don't give in..." He repeated "Remember your human...dont give into that animal side of yourself."

Takiko moved her head slightly. It seemed she was testing his telekenisis. She allowed the blocks around her mind to be released, opening her mind to him. She allowed him to see into her thoughts, into her memories. The pain she had felt, the sorrow she knew. All of it leading to the vampire she was today.

Layna snapped at him, and quickly stood, darting through the trees. Her heart hammered, and she was glad to get away from him. She would not lead him to death herself. She felt something snap, and the last restraints were gone. Her eyes glowed silver as she jumped over a small stream. Inside, she was flying, escaping from humanity for awhile, even though that was the worst. She felt Alexai's words ring in her head. She snuffed, and continued to run.

*good* he thaught. he probed her mind. feeling her sorrow and pain that was in her. he fed upon it. it was good. it was good. while continueing to feed on her negative thaughts he said, "now do not interfere for i know you." he took a phisical hold of his sword and walked slowly around the tree, slowly creeping towards layna and the hunter but facing takiko to make sure that she would not follow.

out of the corner of his eyes, alexai saw layna run. he smiled and knew she would come back to him for pure curiosity or hate.

"Well...at least Im alive...then again some poor schmuck is gonna be gone in a few seconds, but that doesnt matter now." Sighing now he took a few steps forward, and spotted his switchblade. "For once the fates smile on me it seems..." He bent down grasping his weapon, and then stood. At least he wasn't unarmed anymore.

Alexai put down his blade and said to takiko," i have no more quell with you." and he walked towards the human. he stood in front of the man and said "the fates do not smile upon you, they merely post poned your fate." with that he walked off to once again walk around the park.

"Well, that's no fun at all..." Lucifer said, an evil grin growing upon his face. He dropped his scythe, it stuck into the ground near him, causing a pool of blood to form near it from the constant blood-flow coming from it's blades.
"Isn't your prey getting away?" Lucifer asked.

Layna howled again, softly, angrily. She collapsed next to a bowed tree, her eyes wide, but unseeing. She dropped all guard, allowing her world to close into peacefulness for a moment, to let that instinct diminish.

Takiko suddenly ran towards the incubus. Her figure was merely fickering in the vague light cast upon her beautiful figure. She was behind him faster than she thought she could be. The patience of controlling a lust was starting to pay off.
Takiko decided to end this ugly fight now, by lunging at him. Her enlarged fangs, hungry for blood, were aimed for the spot succulent area on the side of his neck.

he could hear her thaughts. they were focused upon him. he knew her intent but she was faster then he had thaught. her fangs peirced his neck and the pain began. it felt good and bad at the same time. he turned and pushed her away with his left hand and drew his sword with his right. "fool!"

"Really now?" He enquired. His eyes narrowed at the sight of the demon, a smile crocked on his face. He was quite interested in this demon, for she wasn't a pushover like most he had faced in the past.
