Another quick jump and her blade was in its throat, she tore it out and climbed the cage, jumping atop the creature's head and driving her sword into its eyeball. The snake fell to the ground. Unconscious, and bleeding out. Masa looked at Batsu and said, "Still have that scroll? We gotta hustle up and get there."((Athletics checks adding up to 100 this time.))

Batsu heard what Masaraku asked and he checked his pocket to make sure he had the scroll. Luckily, he did, but there was one problem. The snake was still standing. That needed to be fixed before they could proceed forward. So Batsu took out two more arrows and started shooting. As he released his arrows he looked over at his remaining clones and decided to make a few more... just to keep the snake distracted. Hopefully the other two would have the snake killed before long.
Arrow 1: 1d20 [17] + RAB [27] + Weapon Bonus [2] = 46 [HIT]
Arrow 2: 1d20 [8] + RAB [22] + Weapon Bonus [2] = 32 [HIT]
Bunshin: 1d20 [14] + .5 CHK [4] + .5 INT [6] = 24
((If snake sees through this set of clones, Batsu is #4/8. If it doesn't then Batsu is #13/16.))

Pr0dlgy ((Ignore last two rolls)) Baatsu served no purpose here and he knew it. So he thought it best to leave the area. If push came to shove, he had his speed to rely on if something happened.So he figured that he'd be alright. The boy reached in his pocket and pulled out the scroll and the map and threw the both at Masaraku. He then went rouge and ran back to the sign. The boy looked down at it and stared for a bit as he spoke to himself in a soft voice so no one can hear. "Okay, the S ended up leading to a snake. This thing in the middle looks kinda of funky so I'm not sure what to think of it. So it's best for me to not go that way. But this plus sign thing looks kind of familiar. Maybe it's best I go this way. I just hope it doesn't blow up in my face. The last thing I need is something happening to cause me to get knocked out. I really don't want to catch flack from either of then." Batsu sighed and started heading to that path, leaving his teammates behind. Batsu did 27 Shinzu did 41 (Snake is down 68 hp) Masa did 93 (Snake is down 161 hp) Then she did these last hits for 148 dm (Snake has taken 309 dmg out of 304 hp) Hence masa nearly cutting its head out and knocking it below 0 hp to bleed out. But NPCs don't actually go unconscious, so its dead.

She opened the scroll andset it on top of the other one that she removed from her pack. "Alright, we've got the directions, the password is Clone Cakes. Lets get out of here so Batsu can get his head checked." She ran off into the woods, knowing that Shinzu could keep up and that they would be stuck waiting for Batsu after they got there, but at least he knew the password.

Shinzu was just glad Batsu decided to stay, he was slightly afraid for the boy. Regardless that was now in the very recent past, and right now they had a Exam Stage to finish. "Let's finish this." Shinzu said as he kicked the dead snake, as if to assure himself that it was truely dead.

Masa ran towards the finish line. She was actually the first to arrive this time, that was new. She ran to the gate and said, "Clone cake." They waved her in, and Shinzu was right behind her. Batsu was still far off. She wasn't really going to wait around for the man whos nut was cracking, but she looked at Shinzu and said, "Batsu's losing it. He obviously can't handle the pressure of the exams. If he snaps, he will be a liability." She turned and said, "It makes me glad that there is only one more team event ahead. When I sign up for the Hunter ninja he may end up being my first target if he keeps this up."((Considering Pr0 would have to roll a 19 or 20 every time to get here in 5 rolls, he is getting there late, and thus probably not hearing this. Even to hear the end of the conversation he would need a 15+ on every roll.))

 Meikiri stood in the back of his briefing room. He had sent the summon some time ago; yet his squad had been taking an inadequately long time to arrive, well, in his opinion. The fact that this base of operation was hard to reach in secrecy given the chuunin exams currently underway was no excuse. Black ops needed to appear when summoned. Growing more impatient with every passing minute, he walked back and forth in the small dim room, seeing the window of opportunity of his assignmenet shrinking away because of his unit's negligence.

Naru tapped on the door of the briefing room before letting herself in quickly and quietly. "Angel reporting, sir." It had been quite a hassle getting here owing to the ongoing exams. The fact that she was the first was noted with surprise but she merely stood at attention and awaited the arrival of her squadmates and further orders.
