Not I, but we have a girl in the trombones...girl in the tubas. A couple in the drums. Oh yea, couple in the trumpets. Mostly guys otherwise.
In other words, we have one guy in the flutes. He's pretty cool.

I am the only girl on a drum in our percussion for Marching Band. The only other girl in the percussion is on cymbals.
I was the only girl in the oboe section of woodwinds. (I felt special!) Then another girl switched from percussion to oboe.

When I started playing trumpet in 5th grade, there were like 5 girls. By high school I was the only one left. crying
Now that I'm in college, we're actually split evenly. Cool, yes?

Well, we have one girl in drumline (base drum).
And there are 2 girls in the entire low brass.
Both play baritone.

Percussion to oboe? tat's an odd one, no offense. We had a girl switch from percussion to french horn before. that was odd as well.

Usually there's only a handful of girls in a trumpet section where there's a horde of guys. Like in my class, there were two girls and... 10 guys in the trumpet section. In the flute section, there were two guys and 14 girls xd
There was once a girl in our percussion section, but she dropped out last year =[
The rest of the sections are pretty even.

Fermata I am one of only 3 girls in upcoming freshman percussion. My friend Dalitso is the only girl trombone in our grade and I think the whole high schoo! woahhhhh รถ

I'm in low brass and I'm one of 3 girls in a 15 person section. I've have to listen to their complaints about their balls being sweaty and yesterday during band camp I was blessed to have to listen to a conversation about g-strings breifs and boxers and how they feel on their balls. It was very unpleasant. I'm just kinda scarred because this only my freshman year of band camp. eek

We got one chick in with like six other tubas for our marching season.

I love it, she rocks.
And in our clarinet section...like two guys.
Out of seventeen what not of girls. More most likely.
