Chibi Lepus | pink - > red - > green? | team chibi 4 life
Lepus listened in awe to Megumi's story, wishing she'd gotten to go to a cool camp like that, or even the cheerleading camp Rhea mentioned. Personally, she was still hoping she'd get to go to something like a ghost hunters camp one day, but Lepus knew her mother still thought that she was going to join a cult one day... or form one of her own.
(It was possible she wasn't entirely off).
"That's so cool!" Lepus finally said, after Megumi was done telling her story, "I'm not sure if I really have any adventurous stories, though; I'm always trying to explore abandoned houses and stuff together with Etoile, though- I'm really hoping we'll find a real haunted house one day."
She was hoping to get to live in a haunted house one day, too.
"Actually, my best memory since becoming a senshi is probably meeting Etoile," Lepus mused, though it wasn't an adventurous story, "Like... talking cats are really cool, right? But I could never find one that I could get to come live with me, not that I've even met that many."
"But then I met Etoi! She'd been staying with some other senshi, who didn't really like her- was calling her names and always trying to shoo her away- this girl was just really kind of mean overall, I think. But Etoile was always hanging out with her anyways, and then I found out- Etoi really likes candy! Like candy canes and gingerbread cookies, that kind of stuff."
"So like, it was about a year ago? Around the holidays? I ran into Etoi again, and I made her a deal- if she came to live with me, I'd buy her all the candy she could ever want!"
(Within the budget constraints of an 11 year-old, that was.)
"So anyway, that's how Etoile came to live with me," Lepus concluded, leaving out the part where Etoile lived with her in secret. At the mention of doors, Lepus glanced over, and shrugged. "Sure, let's go with the darker green," she said, "What do you think, Rhea?"
** This round will go until February 11th at 11:59PM EST! **
Please remember to put your current room and next chosen room at the top of your post!
Quote:
If you have chosen the CHARTREUSE door:
You enter a room so blindingly bright in color that it takes you a moment to realize that there are no actual doors to go through anymore. It's not a very big room and triangular in shape, with bookshelves on each side of the two longer walls.
A table sits in the middle of the room, covered in an elegant plate of cupcakes, a bottle of soda, and several plasticware dishes and silverware.
A note sits in front of the cupcakes:
Alas you have reached the end of the road. But please do stick around! Prizes will be given out at the end!
- C
OOC: Unfortunately this is a dead end! : ( But Celsus wishes for everyone to stick around, because even those who do not make it to the end will receive prizes! So please stay tuned and keep an eye out for the ending! You are free to continue RPing in the Chartreuse Room if you wish!
The orange room is a bright, cheerful rectangular room with low slung bookshelves that reach about waist high. The rest of the walls are covered in windows that reach almost to the ceiling and the edges of the walls, giving the entire place a bright, open feeling, magical sunlight streaming in.
It's also a really, really big room.
A note hangs from a string on the ceiling right as you walk through the door.
This room is really long, sorry. Maybe if you run you can make it to the end?
- C
OOC: IN ORDER TO MAKE A CHOICE YOU MUST ALL ROLL 1D6! To get across the room, you must take at least 15 steps! Each dice roll is the amount of steps you roll (i.e. you roll a 6, you've taken 6 steps, you roll a 1, you've taken 1 step). You can continually roll until you reach 15 steps, after which you are at the end! All of your posts must have some sort of RP in them, you can't just roll!
Please keep track of how many steps you've taken in each post!
YOUR CHOICES:
Please post in BOLD ROYAL BLUE at the top of your post if you pick the ROYAL BLUE door!
Please post in BOLD SILVER at the top of your post if you pick the SILVER door!
The Indigo Room is a beautiful, dark room in an oval shape. Heavy curtains close off most of the windows, which are also oval shaped, and it looks oddly more like a Saturn themed room than a Chronos one. Everything is decorated in lace and buttons, the colors blues and purple and blacks, including the gleaming black bookshelves.
There is, strangely enough, a lot of obstacles in the way from one side of the room to the other, where the next two doors are. Several shelves, couches, and chairs are laid out, making the path not so smooth.
Of course, there is a note from Celsus:
Please be careful in this room, things tend to fall...
-C
OOC: IN ORDER TO MAKE A CHOICE YOU MUST ALL FIRST ROLL A 1D4 AND RESPOND TO THE PROMPTS BELOW. You may keep rolling until you reach the doors, but your posts must have some sort of RP in them!
1 - You manage to get around the first chaise lounge, but trip over a chair (fail, roll again) 2 - You are a wonder at climbing; you seem to be able to maneuver between the furniture well enough to reach the other side (pass) 3 - You accidentally stumble into a bookshelf and have to pick up some knocked over books, whoops... (fail, roll again) 4 - You're not very coordinated and you're really unbalanced, but you still make it okay (pass)
YOUR CHOICES:
Please post in BOLD GOLD at the top of your post if you pick the GOLD door!
Please post in BOLD ROYAL BLUE at the top of your post if you pick the ROYAL BLUE door!
The green door is like a jungle, with a great many potted plans giving the ornate room a very outdoorsy sort of feel. The bookshelves all have clawed feet and a myriad of dark bound volumes, all of them very thick, dozens upon dozens of them.
Celsus's note is pinned to the nearest one:
There are pendants hidden in the books. Find one, and you may pass.
-C
OOC: IN ORDER TO MAKE A CHOICE YOU MUST ALL FIRST ROLL 1D100! There are handmade gold pendants with the Chronos sigil emblazoned on them hidden among the pages of books, and to pass through the doors, you must first find one for yourself! Everyone must find one, not just one person!
1-50 - No pendant : C Try again! (keep rolling) 51 - 99 - Pendant found! (pass) 100 - Pendant found! (please quote me for a special prize later on)
YOUR CHOICES:
Please post in BOLD GOLD at the top of your post if you pick the GOLD door!
Please post in BOLD SILVER at the top of your post if you pick the SILVER door!
I'm sorry, but you are done! You will still receive a participation prize, however, so you are more than welcome to join the people in the Chartreuse Room if you would like to continue RPing!
(If you did actually choose a door and I just missed your choice, please let me know and I will fix it!!)

Valhalla of Jupiter / Pink > Peru > Green > Gold/ Saying hello to everyone in the Green room!
Valhalla didn’t say anything as he felt Themiscyra reach out to place a hand on his shoulder to squeeze, but took a deep breath to settle himself, and then do his best to continue on to the green room. He smiled as she tugged on his cape, and let out a soft laugh.
“Thanks,” he said in response to her compliment, and then looked around the room they’d just entered. It was surprisingly just as great as the last room, the plants also reminding him of his own Wonder. The lighting was different of course, but since it was almost always raining on Jupiter, at least where Valhalla was located, it wasn’t very surprising.
“Would you look at that,” he said quietly in awe, looking from the plants to the dozens and dozens of books, and then turned to see who had joined them in the room. There weren’t very many left, so he figured now wouldn’t be too horrible of a time to say hello.
“Looks like we’re stuck looking for pendants this time,” he said with a smile, passing the note for Themiscrya to see, and then on to the others. “I don’t think I’ve met any of you. I’m Valhalla of Jupiter. It’s nice to meet all of you.”
It was definitely good to see that Celsus was doing this for everyone. There had definitely been some rough times for him, but things were looking up. For all of them. They had to be.
“If you all would like, I can start on this shelf,” he said, pointing to one of the higher ones. “If we all pick a shelf and go in order, we should be able to find the pendants in no time.” At least that was his thought on the matter. Everyone else was definitely free to do as they pleased.
Irkalla, (( Blue Room)) ---> Forest Room -> Indigo Room attempting to scale furniture and still talking with Minkowski
Irkalla's gaze sought out the end of the room, all done up in her favorite colors, and noticed two doors at the end. There was furniture in the room and more bookshelves. Reading the note that had been left for the entrants Irkalla glanced back at Minkowski as the senshi followed her through. Turning around Irkalla gave a smile before speaking. "It is nice to meet you Sailor Minkowski. I am Irkalla, a page of Cosmos."
Her gaze took in the note again before glancing at the other end of the room. "Looks like we have to get across before we can...whoops," as she was speaking Irkalla bumped into a shelf and knocked over a stack of books. Resigned to the task at hand Irkalla began picking the books up that had been knocked over. "If at first you don't succeed, try try again."

Irkalla, Indigo Room - getting across the room and choosing a door
After picking up the fallen stack of books Irkalla gave the room another cursory look. It seemed as there were possible paths around things but the going was mostly precarious. Having already failed to go one direction, although being distracted had not helped, the Cosmos page decided to try and just squeeze through the obstacles in her way to the other side of the room.
It took a few minutes and Irkalla had been rather unsteady at the beginning and near the end but she had managed to make it across the room this time. Glancing back at towards Sailor Minkowski Irkalla cupped her hands to her mouth and left her voice carry back. It's not so hard once you get the hang of it."
While she waited to see how the others would fare Irkalla glanced at the two doors that stood silent sentinel. Given that the star on her ornament string was gold as was the string itself, it seemed like it would be a good choice to go with but she wasn't sure yet.
Xibalba, Page of Mars | Pink > Peru > Indigo > ??? | Hangin' with Connie because she is presh
Looking a little surprised by Connie's hug as well as her reaction to his proposed good deed, Xibalba could only smile and pat her gently on the head. She was certainly an expressive little thing. And her good deed was certainly one that had the potential of being the longer, harder road. He had to admire that.
"You're fairly amazin' too, lass. So long's you're careful, aye? I'd hate to see you tricked and corrupted or worse."
He gave Chariklo a nod and grin as she threw the both of them a salute and sauntered for her door of choice. Taking her departure as a hint to not dawdle, the tall page took a breath and made his way into the indigo room. And there was another little note from their host. Reading it, Xibalba sighed and eyed the room. Well, there was no help for it.
"Watch your step, Connie. I suspect this is where Celsus gets tricksy."
As he spoke, he was trying to thread his way around a plush looking chaise, only to catch his foot on the foot of a nearby chair and stumble badly.
Bollocks.

I apologize in advance for the quote monsters I am about to perpetuate against you T nT
Xibalba, Page of Mars | Pink > Peru > Indigo > ??? | Trying to get across the room
Sighing heavily, Xibalba paused in trying to get across the room. Given the way he kept tripping over things, he rather thought that the note left by Celsus had been less than.. accurate.
"Ain't the things that fall that I'm havin' t'worry aboot. It's the things in the damn path," he grumbled under his breath as he managed to trip over yet another chair. Just how many chaise lounges and chairs did this room hold?
Xibalba, Page of Mars | Pink > Peru > Indigo > Royal Blue Door | Cheering Connie and the others on
Once he composed himself and decided to try again, Xibalba found the going much easier this time around. Clambering over and around the furniture, he managed to avoid any more bruised toes and got across the room. Panting slightly, but grinning, he studied both doors carefully before deciding that he'd try the blue door next.
Turnign his attention back to his new friend, the burly page grinned and began to cheerfully offer advice to anyone willing to listen and put up with him spouting a lot of sunshine.
"It's not so hard. Just go carefully and ye'll all be across soon! C'mon, Connie! Y'can do this easy, lass!"
Eternal Sailor Chariklo | Pink > Peru > Green > Silver Door | Searching for a pendant
Taking the knight's gushing as little more than extreme enthusiasm, Chariklo smiled and nodded.
"Yep, it is definitely a thing that you can do. I'm a rich brat when I'm not out senshi-ing and I like volunteering. I like to think it helps wipe out some of the red in my books."
She was distracted from saying more when Connie gave her a tight hug. Laughing a little, she returned the embrace before reaching out to ruffle the girl's hair. She even managed to keep her expression neutral when Connie talked about a negaverse officer she'd met that she wanted to help. Still, she couldn't fault the girl's good will. With a small sigh, she reached out an arm to give the girl a half hug.
"I'm happy to have met you too, sweetie. And I think you're pretty amazing too. It's good to want to help this dude, but just be careful."
Managing a grin and wink, she continued on, "I'm sure we'll meet up again when this is over. You kids be good now."
Throwing them a brief salute, she hurried to the green door and went through. And was promptly floored by all the plants and books around. Oh, if she was given half a chance, she would be coming back to this room at some point to relax. Peeking over a knight's shoulder, she scanned the note and smiled.
"Always did enjoy treasure hunts," she murmured as the knight introduced himself and suggested a course of action. Smiling and nodding in approval, she eyed the shelves.
"Pleased to meet you, I'm sure, Valhalla. I'm Chariklo and I'm all for following your idea. It's perfectly sensible. Hrmm," she paused and then pointed to another set of high shelves. "I'll tackle that one."
Suiting actions to words, she moved to her shelves and began to comb through the books on it. After a few moments, she laughed aloud and held up a pendant.
"Found one!"

AlphubelChartreuse Door Alphubel followed Altair through the door and was surprised when there were no other doors in the room. He then noticed Celsus' note and after he read it he blushed bright red in surprise and embarrassment. He sheepishly turned to Altair. "I'm... I'm so sorry. I should have told you I've had the worst luck ever since I moved to Destiny City and it seems to have followed me here too." He sighed. "First it was getting in a coma from those bats, and then while the Gingerbread Run was fun, it was, as you said, full of obstacles and I was close to last with a few others." He did really enjoy it, but he was almost last, or last place. "And then there was the plant attack... just a lot of bad luck on my end. I'm sorry." Hopefully she would still be willing to talk to him after his huge blunder, but if she didn't he could understand.
He smiled when she shared her memory though. "Scapels? That's interesting. It must be fun to be able to use magic though. I should be able to use it some day, they say, but for right now I just have to use my wits and fists to get through this." He replied, chuckling a bit. "Maybe I can help you practice aiming sometime after all of this?"

Indigo! > Gold!
At first, Erytheia was startled by the eternal senshi who patted him on the back jolting him out of this solemn thoughts. However, as he listened to Aegir, he found a friendly, if a bit overly excited, demeanor. Erytheia couldn't help but smile widely at the man's words.
He had an idea.
How Erytheia made it to the other side of the room so easily even he wasn't sure. Perhaps it was the emotional boost being assured by Sailor Aegir had given him. Maybe it was just luck. Either way, he was on the side of both doors now and he was in a position to help Aegir.
"I think..." Erytheia shouted across the room as best he could. His voice was always rather soft and didn't always carry like it should. His faint accent didn't help much either. "If you follow the path I just took, you should be able to cross fairly easily!"
Sailor Aquila - orange door - running Aquila found the next room to be bright and airy, with short shelves and really big windows on the walls. Walls that seemed to stretch a really long way. She was wondering if there was some trick to getting to the end, when she spotted the note.
"So just run it, huh?" she commented aloud, then shrugged. Simple enough, anyway. Not seeing any point in waiting, she started forward.
But she'd barely taken a step when she stumbled, apparently over nothing. She caught herself from falling, but she had to take a moment to steady herself. Not a speedy start.
Megumi listened to Lepus's story, and when the other chibi was done she said, "That's great that you found each other! It sounds like you have fun together."
She started to turn to Rhea to hear the other girl's story, then noticed the doors were open and people were heading though. "Oh! We'd better go, we don't want to be left behind," she said. She hopped off her chair and headed for the green door, since Lepus had agreed with her choice.
The next room had lots of plants, dark bookcases and thick books. The note in this one told them to find pendants.
"So it's like a treasure hunt!" she commented happily. Sounded like fun! She moved to the nearest bookcase and started pulling the big gooks off the shelves so she could look through them. It was a bit of slow going, since they were so heavy, and she had to be careful not to drop them. She didn't find one right away, but that only meant she had to keep looking!
Sailor Fenrir | Blue > Magenta > Orange > ?? | Taking all the steps with Sessrumnir & Metis
Fenrir wasn't quite sure what to think, but she blinked in surprise at Metis. She couldn't see the eye blinding color here? Totally jealous. That's what she currently felt. But at least one of them wouldn't be facing searing color blinding headaches. Especially since they all seemed to be in agreement with the orange door.
Glancing over at Metis - and a smile at the fact Sess was still following them - Fenrir couldn't help the grin that spread along her face. "My sphere? I'm the senshi of werewolves." She let that sink in for a moment. "Buuuut, I don't howl at the moon. Very often." She added with a giggle.
That turned into laughter at the poems. Really, the certain individual behind this whole thing was having way too much fun.
Upon entering the orange room, Fenrir slowed and peered around. It was... actually really nice in here! And the windows made the walls seem even bigger. Except the room was long. Really, really long. Or so the note that hung inside the doorway read.
"You don't think we actually have to run, do you?" Fenrir asked, hoping the answer was 'no'.
