Mandy seemed to melt out of the shadows as Belladonna called out for them. She was ready to go, this forest was a mere pit stop on her path but she knew that to gain her revenge she would need all the group to go down the path with her again.
....That'd probably be the hard part. Oh well, she had her lights. Stroking them she couldn't help but be glad that the damage the Ninja had done to them was now repaired. If only more of the group had Lights....
Oh well.
At the question of team name she spoke up, voice sounding dark, "How about Ninja-Killers."
Because that was so her plan.

"Team Everyone-here-has-been-run-through-by-swords," Barth suggested tiredly.
He was looking especially gloomy, and not all of it had to do with having to rewalk through the forest (although that certainly factored in, he hated walking so much).

Danny had followed behind Belladonna as she left the infirmary. He was good at following. That seamed to be a notch he was born to fill- then again he was a dog...so it was only naturally he wanted to be somebodies pet. He almost didn't miss his pin anymore. He liked being a quadruped it almost seamed more natural to him. He lifted up his head and peered forward where he was going. Ah back to the drunken trees. He promised that he wouldn't pee on anymore Christmas trees. That was why that ninja was pissed in the first place...wasn't it?
Belladonna seamed to stop moving as did he resting on his rump. "I dunno. I kinda like ninja-killers...or almost ninja-killers..." He chuckled at that. "But no it was a great fight...we make a great team- even if we didn't beat the 'ninja'." Danny had been teleported before he learned Jingleberries name...or why it hated Hellma. That would have perplexed him why a teacher from Halloween town knew a ninja in Christmas Town. But it would have been short lived in his mind. At least he didn't go out like a p***y.
"My name is Danny by the way. It's nice to meet you!" He stuck a paw in the air to 'shake'.

West stomped along after the girl with the makeshift wreath halo. He had given up on jogging or running almost immediately after he had tried to, seeing as how his limbs still sort of felt like they belonged to someone else, but it wasn't so far from the infirmary to... well... he didn't recognize this part of the forest. He supposed that was all right. It wasn't like anyone he knew was still lingering along the path he had first taken. And these new comrades had battled a NINJA. And lost. But still! No one had to know that.
"Idun care watwee call'urselves," he said, dropping to sit in the snow and pull off his boot. There was something stuck in there and he wanted it out, especially if it was a piece of his own bone. Shucks, just a rock. He rose to his feet again, squinting at Raziel. "Weerdoin' this... because w'can."
Yeah, that was a pretty stupid reason.

Basil silently walked behind the new...umm..well... group she was in before, her right hand holing onto the tent-bag flung over her shoulder, the left one in her pocket.
Looking down she was sad at the loss and happy everyone could keep going, the very conflicted Basil sighed and kept walking behind the group. She was cold again, so very cold, and had no one to cuddle up next to for warmth.
What she wanted most was a good weapon or tool to smack things with so she wouldn't be throwing snow balls or kicking and hitting.

Colette had marched with an angry demeanor all the way from the Infirmary to the forest. She was pretty sure she even shoved a gnome over on her way to the exit. The ghoul was furious at the ninja called 'Jingleberry' who had hurt her and her friends and ultimately sent them back to where they started. She didn't believe she'd ever forget it.
What was worse was that she had let down her friends and companions. She knew if she never brought up the path in the first place, Krumm probably wouldn't have ended up there or suffered through that battle. It was her fault, and she couldn't even protect them. Colette regretted ever mentioning it.
The ghoul sighed as she trudged up to her companions, "Hey.. is everyone okay?"
She didn't want to go through this all over again; but she swore to herself, If I see one more jolly creature from this place, I'm going to kill it.

Igneous looked from one path to the other. There was no way she was going to go on the water path - bridges or not. The thought of falling through the ice to the depths below was enough to give her nightmares while awake! If the group had stayed together she would have gone with them, but with a a choice...
Candycanes? It looked harmless but then trees were suppose to be safe as well. No. Not the path for her either.
To the mountains then. Hopefully that would be at least somewhat safe.
Maybe.
((I hope it is ok for her to move on without the ko post from her tree battle!))

The sound of sniffling seemed to come from behind the group, a quiet wailing that one might hear in a haunted house. It was almost comforting to those surrounded by JOY.
"I'm sorry, I-- I failed... I wasn't there, I just ... I let you all get slaughtered, I'm sorry..."
A sniffling, hiccuping Alwine trudged behind the group. It was odd to see a headless ghost sniffling like she had a nose to sniffle with, but it seemed to work.
"I hope we'll be more careful this time... that ninja was awful!!"

Lagging himself (wasn't he always) Barth gave Alwine a tentative pat on the shoulder (with the non-sharp parts of his hand).
He could sympathize with the sniffling.
"It wasn't- err, it wasn't your fault."
To Colette he said, "Minus a pill or two, but intact."
Had he used both his pills? He couldn't remember, the battle was a sort of painful blur. He reached into his coat to take inventory...and there was more than he bargained for.
Peppermint points.
The minty b*****d had left peppermint points in his pocket.

Alwine looked over at Barth when he put his hand on her shoulder and looked away. She didn't realize that he was glaring at peppermint points, she just thought that he was having a moment to wistfully gaze at the trees in regret.
So the metaphorical tears started flowing and she hugged the Sloth demon tightly, sobbing into his shirt. It was strange how she was able to float and sob at the same time, but... well, she had some advantages as a ghost.
With another hiccup she managed to ask, "Where's Rain?"

Tsetsiliya panted and hustled after the group down the same path. It was comforting, at least, to be traveling with the same people so consistently. Even if she didn't talk to them very readily, it was better to be among, well, recognizable strangers rather than all-new strangers.
She arrived just shy of Alwine's appearance, and slowed down her pace accordingly, remembering how she had tumbled into Barth. Best to avoid another incident like that.
"I-I do not know," she replied. "She was not in the infirmary.."

Hedera whimpered, looking between the disappearing people, before running as fast as she could to keep up with the safe person: Rain (which clearly indicated a lack of reason on her part). So she headed to the middle path. She could...she could handle it! The heavy snowball launcher in her right hand seemed to disagree, however, considering how much strain her arm was under to just keep it up.

She nodded at Barth, "That's good.. and I think may have one left," she felt around in her bag for confirmation, and there was indeed one lonely pill. She just hoped she wouldn't need to use it.
At Alwine's question, The Reaper looked around for their President, Rain, but she was no where to be found. Colette feared something horrible happened to the ghoul, but she clinged to some hope.
"I didn't see her.." she turned around to look back at the way they came, "maybe she's just lagging back for something.. did anyone see what happened to her?"
Colette was looking from student to student now, hoping someone knew something. Thoughts of what could have happened race in her mind, What if she got stuck there? Could the ninja just have kept her?

Rain? Oh, right. The student council ghoul. West began to chuckle, softly at first, then louder and louder, his laughter continuing even after some horny tree showed up and started sniffing up on Screamy, uh, Colette.
"Yeah, I saw'er," he confirmed, wiping a delight-induced tear from his eye. "Sh'threw a bagga piss at 'im!" At this, the laughter began anew, this time accompanied by full on snow rolling and stomach holding. Ho ho ho.
When he finally quieted down, West added, "I'didn't see where sh'went though. After." The possibilities were kind of creepy, especially in this place, but that didn't keep the smile from his face.
