Queen-of-the-Rogue Herry Rockabore Queen-of-the-Rogue Herry Rockabore Queen-of-the-Rogue Yes and you have to admit that the fact that the twins aren't placed together would be bound to cause trouble because of the fact that even if Apollo is easy going without his twin around he might get just a little bit meaner since they both would know something is missing but they can't decide what. Yeah the twins definitely need each other since they are so close and they have duties that consern them both. I have a feeling without each other both would be cranky and stubborn. Not that I think of it, it would be pretty interesting to see Hera and Zeus being apart because, even though they fight, I think that he needs her and she needs him. I have a feeling that she'd be better off without him for a short while but then she's need him to bicker with. Zeus would be a mess without her I think though I can't tell exactly why; maybe cause he needs order and he needs a queen. Agreed. The twins would get cranky without each other. As for Zeus and Hera it's easy she's the only one who takes him back! Without him she wouldn't really be Queen either so she needs him to keep her title. I'll start reading about Norse Mythology. It should be fun, all I know about it right now is that story about Odin and his eye, but that's pretty vague to me actually, I read it back when I was in like 3rd grade. So I guess we should see who'll play as who with the Norse stuff. I'm already Heracles and Apollo and I don't know much about Nordic myths so I probably wouldn't do it justice. Same here and since we might go with this that would require pulling Hera and Zeus in so I can play Hera Amata. If we end up bringing Persephone into this I'll do her as well. I'm not all that versed in Norse Mythology. An acquaintance of mine is but as I'm off to college I won't see him anymore. He'll be a senior this year. I suppose when I get free time I'll look into Norse if necessary. The only stuff I know about it is from Stargate Sg1 and I don't remember it all that well. Greek Mythology is the only one I know a lot about. I know a bit about Egyptian Mythology but it's nothing compared to my knowledge of Greek Mythology. So do you think it would be best if we started a new RP thread for this RP since it might attract more people to playing in it?

Where Asgard Meets Olympus is pretty much dead without him and that's a shame.

I'll make up a list and then send it to Amata to post. DO we want to bother with writing summaries for the Gods we're going to be playing? Because that would probably get tiresome pretty quick. I think Loki making the Twins Mortal and then having them exasperated will work better than what Amata and I talked about because it makes more sense for a god to do it.

Yes if we make a new thread everyone will keep their characters. Amata may decide to just continue within this thread since there are a few posts on it that are in character but everyone will keep the god they're playing so you don't have to worry about that.

Yeah I can handle Artemis and Hera and if needed I can do Persephone as well. Artemis will be my main one though. SOOOOOOOO What do you think Amata?

I love it! Norse is kind of gloom and doom to me, but that'll be just great, because I want to be the Valkyries. So, how about this--An ambassador from the Norse Pantheon tries to make peace with the Greeks, but Loki, naturally hating the Greeks, turns all of their gods mortal and sees how they will fend in the modern world, for a laugh. BUT WAIT--maybe we could have just the Olympians turned mortal and Alis and the minor gods take over Olympus for a while...Hmm, I am getting ideas...so, how about that? Will that work for you all?
