Ann smiled at them all and nodded her head. A steak sound really good right about now. "Lead the way!" She motion her hand for Rin to take the lead. Ann was still new to the area and the boys just got there. Once they were on their way, she began to whistle a tune while she had her hands behind her head. She used her left hand to lightly strum the strings of her guitar.[note: she is whistling this tune. The whole song is whistled.]

Nicky placed her keys in her pocket as she walked down the sidewalk. She probably will be late for work once again. "Oh man. My boss is going to kill me." She sighed and then took off running. She wasn't the most fit person, so she had trouble. "Darn it..." She slowed for a bit and then sped up. Once she had gotten to her work she stopped to take a breather. "Wow, on time." She smiled and quickly got her name tag and went to work as a waitress.

"Kikyo, that isn't for the camps, that is for Registration; hinting at why it is called the Registration Act. Honest people will register, so we can tell who are the people who aren't abusing their 'gift'. People that don't register will be fined if they use their powers in public view. The Registration act assures powers the person has are registered and cannot be used for crime and thus their abilities become a working part of society instead of a burden. I got the idea from you Kikyo and I myself pushed it forward since the last meeting was essential and your vote wasn't there to consider it; what is a puppet without his puppet master?"
Tylor referred to the puppet being Kikyo's stand in to look like the leader of humanity; like a decoy. The Registration Act would only frighten criminals, but honest citizens with powers would have no trouble registering their abilities. The Act also placed in a new category for certain licenses or other proof of identity or profession. This however would present problems to the society of humans since a person applying to be a construction worker will have no chance in his competition is a Physical, so their probably would be some discrimination if the act followed through. Tylor didn't have time to think about that; those attributes were required for the act to pass of no officials would accept it. Soon the powers one possessed would be as clear as their religion, sexuality, or whatever was on a person's record. Those who never used their powers in public would technically not be required to register until their powers were publicly seen.
“The details of the act are in your mail when you get home, Kikyo. You still have the power to stop it if you disapprove of it.”

Amelia landed in a nearby tree, looking around at everyone. She was trying to figure out if she could call all of the naturals that were near, to her, being their leader and all. She thought about it, not knowing how to do so, growing more frustrated with every failed attempt.

“The details of the act are in your mail when you get home, Kikyo. You still have the power to stop it if you disapprove of it.” Kikyo glared at Tyler. "You and Larry always do that!" she snapped, referring to the guy she gave her paper work to. "you don't even care that I may not want anything and take matters into your own hands. I'm still a kid, but I do what I'm talking about when I say that this act isn't going any farther!" she turned away in a huff. Then realized something Tyler had said. "And what do you mean you got the idea from me?"

"You always say how these people should be somewhat embraced instead of rejected and now the Registration Act will allow their unique talents to be put to use to better aid the community and at the same time allowing those with special powers to cause less harm to people around them. Though, I believe your version of such things was different, it was derived from what I assumed you meant by it."
Tylor was saddened that Kikyo was going to halt even an act that helped freaks better fit in with how the system worked and allow jobs that would normally be dangerous or difficult for regular humans to engage would be quite easy for freaks to do like psychiatrist, construction worker, or even firemen. Tylor was beginning to doubt Kikyo more about this; he was sure the Registration Act would be what she wanted, but she always seemed to go against anything he tried to get moving. Kikyo wasn't exactly changing anything, just solving problems that came along with the way things work being the same. Things needed to change or nothing would get better, but Tylor was unsure on how to deal with this problem; maybe Kikyo had a better plan in mind, so Tylor decided he would take a wait and see approach.

"I only meant that I wanted to find them, mostly to see if I could." Kikyo grumbled, keeping an eye out for the office where she took on her role as ruler.

Rin smiled and began to walk in the general direction. In her mind she thought of all the things in life that most people took for granted. She than thought of how different Xan,Jax,Ann,and herself where from other people and than how much even from each other. "We're not alone. There is more to this I know."Rin said in a sing-songy voice qutiong her favorite song 'Your Not Alone'By Saosin.
Micha heard a voice in the distqnce and began to follow it.Although he was a bit rusty at following sound he thought he would give it a try anyway.

Ann stopped whistling to listen to Rin sing. Rin has a very beautiful voice in her opinion. She grin when she recognized the song. Kind of fitting for the little group of misfits. Ann decided to pick up from where Rin left off. "You can make it out. You will live to tell."

"Ah! Mr. Veronese, where is Tanner and Iris?" Nicky cried as her legs hurt. "There is to many customers for to do this by-myself." Then a person called for her. "Just a minute." "Both of them are 'sick'." Mr. Veronese said as if he knew they had lied. "Just try your best and I'll help out." "Oh, those lazy ace's!" Nicky put her head down and stuck-out her tougne. "Okay." She looked back up and then dashed off to the man that had called upon her.

Amelia jumped out of the tree, landing gracefully on her toes. She morphed out of sight back into her human form, brown hair and eyes, jeans, boots, and a nice blouse. She walked down the street, still thinking about matters, not really paying attention to what was going on around her. She continued to think about calling the other naturals, going where her feet decided to take her. It felt as if she was being pulled in a certain direction, but she thought nothing of it.

Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player, that struts and frets His hour upon the stage, and then is heard no more;
Xanthos listened to Rin's tune, smiled, and took Jaxxon's hand. He looked up at his brother, smiled, and quietly started singing along with the girls as they walked. He walked close to Jaxxon and closed his eyes. Been a while since we've been with so many people... It's nice~
Jaxxon chuckled and shook his head. "Such musically inclined people you three are~" He smiled and shook his head, then whispered in Xanthos's ear. "Sing True for me next please~?"
Xanthos laughed, a clean pure sound, and looked at Jaxxon. "So says the person who plays guitar, piano, violin, and my favorite cello. And of course I will~"
((I love both of your songs =O omg))
It is a tale told by an idiot, Full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Tylor needed to head home for a bit and recharge his food packs so he would be accurately fueled for tomorrows events. Kikyo was suppose to oversee the building of the camps, but I suppose her agenda was set on stopping the Registration Act and having the camps destroyed; so much work lost to her ridicules ways. Still, she was boss and this could all be rebuilt if she changed her mind later on.
