Leave it to Leavy-Kun to bring the drama back.... *sigh*

So yesterday afternoon, I had fun--I saw my sister for the first time in ages, and we shopped at the mall. I got four presents and a book for school, I bought her a drink, she bought us dinner (she wouldn't let me pay!), and she bought me a necklace. I'm going to get her a shirt that she's been wanting for a while.

We get home, and....

My brother had got in a fight with his girlfriend, flipped out, and punched a hole through a wall (ironically, the wall adjoining his room and the rest of the house). Grandma and I got in a fight about what must be done about my little brother and the wall, pleaded with him to see someone, to no avail, and retreated to a friend's house for the night. I just got back an hour ago.

So how's everyone else doing?

Same of crap on my end Varos, family troubles are abound, no matter how much I help out the family, aka mother and stepfather, should one thing inconvenience ANYONE except me I get an earful and more guilt than I can stomach, which is probably why I'm not feeling so good. There are days when all I want to do is explode on them, but I don't, no matter how pissed off I get. It boggles my mind.

On the plus side, I'll be getting Guitar Hero soon, I bought Call of Duty 4 yesterday and beat it last night with one of my best friends. Its a good game, controls are pretty lubricated but I believe the CoD series is Play Station born and I've found a lot of their FPS's are very wet around the gears.

Last night was really fun, my friend brought Guitar Hero 3 to a party and showed us his freakishly mad skillz. I battled him once, chose the song, wasn't doing too badly, he's been playing it since GH first came out, but then he's like: Hey! Check this out! And he puts the guitar behind his HEAD and finishes the song almost perfectly, I vowed then and there never play him again...

What did you think of GH3? I'm thinking about getting it, but I've heard some negative reviews from people at school. Anyway enough procrastinating, I have to get back to the college US Hist research paper. Blah.

Hey guys! I've got an idea for anyone who's interested.

I'm going to be buying a leather bound journal, writing a few pages of story, and sending it to a friend. I've got a site where I can track its progress, and anyone can sign on to the list and be in line to receive the journal at any time. Each person will add two pages, front and back, or up to four, and then send it to the next person on the list (below them), and then that person will follow suit. The goal is to have a bunch of people write a story, then send it back to me, and I scan it in and show the world what we've come up with.
I'll be including a piece of paper for each person to add their name, and when they received it, and how many pages they added, like so:

Candice Wozniak / Dionysus - Started here - 4 pages

And then pass it along with the journal. When its full, it will be sent back to me, and I'll transcribe it, the list of names, clean it up, and publish it through Lulu.com (with the list of names instead of dedications), and send out a new journal to continue the story.

Anyone interested in participating can sign up here on 1001journals.com, and let me know. My friend Whitney is already on board, and I'm sending it to her first. But I want contributions from all over the continent, and maybe even over sea's.

The rules will be printed out and pasted into the front of the journal, and I'll start off with four pages. But don't limit yourself to people on the list. Lend it to friends before you send it on! Anyone is welcome to contribute.

Lea, do you think I should make a thread proper in the main forum, or keep it to here?

Sounds like a great idea, Tommy! I'll add my name to that list as soon as I buy myself my 18th birthday gift: a PO box...

Gods know I can't wait til the end of this week...Friday I'll celebrate Yule, Saturday I'll try to convince my family of doing a Yule project with me, and then *lalala* it's two weeks off for the holiday.

And today? Yeah, two hour snow delay, school, bowling, come home and eat really quick, tutoring, forget the homework and come home to shower and catch some zzz's before going to school again tomorrow. Or, rather, hopefully NOT going to school tomorrow....

Anyways, I've got to go. It's almost time to leave.

TaTa, Luvs!

Here's a few of my thoughts behind a conversation my dad and I had today...a little off the wall, but look who it came from.

Today was alright. Not too good, not too bad. I've just got to produce an A paper in German about the German/English differences of each respective version of Cinderella in the next few hours. Other than that, I'll be free.

If you want, you could, but the hopeful mod in me wants more attention for the LKWC.... Oh well, let's be proper and give it a proper send off--make your thread, love.
-----
I guess you guys must have noticed by absence.... There was some serious drama at Leavy-Kun's this weekend, and this queen needed some time away from life for a while.

The long and short of it is this--I went to the mall with my sister this Friday, it was wonderful. Got home, everything was a mess. Will had punched a hole through the wall, Grandma got drunk, Will's girlfriend was right in the middle of it all, and I was so stressed out that I left.

I might expand on this later, if anyone's interested. I won't bother if there aren't any responses.... Why would you really want to hear about my absurd life, anyway?

Love and Vale,
~Leavy-Kun

Well for one it is something to use to procrastinate on my research paper. Number two you read what we said and commented, so we should follow the golden rule. You can really tell I am desprate to do something other than write a paper on the Navigation Acts and Smuggling, you think smuggling would be more exciting but no.

I'm interested, Lea. If you feel up to talking, talk.

Sorry I've been away so long. I had a road trip with my mum, in a car with no air conditioning on a boiling hot day. Guess what else? No CD's, no radio. Our sixteen hour car trip, yes, sixteen long hours, consisted of a few two minute mysteries read from an old book and eye spy. Sad, yet amazingly entertaining when you're that bored. We also broke down and ended up in a very old abandoned public park. There were cobwebs everywhere and none of the taps worked. It was kinda exciting and a bit spooky, but mostly just annoying. We needed water, and the place didn't have any.

Oh Gods that sucks, IB. Your avi is so cute, by the way.

Tuesday I woke up thinking it was Friday. Yesterday I thought it was Friday. And again, today I thought it was Friday.

I wonder what will happen tomorrow--when it really IS Friday.

Huh.?!?.

I'm glad. *pours mug of Winter Special* So, Elv--tell us the tale of your absence, blood and gore included for Lion's sake, and love and loss for mine.

Well, lets see... I'm not sure how much blood and gore there is--though I did get my finger with a can-opener the other day, that was fun. As for love and loss... not much there either. I'm still with Billy, going on two years now. He's a sweet boy, very much like me in many ways, and very different from me in some. I recently gave him a claddagh ring for his birthday, and would go so far as to say that I love him, I really do.

I started college this year, as you may know. I'm living in a dorm with three other girls. Got my first semester grades back this week--I aced Composition 1 and did miserable in Art History. *shrug* I'm good at what I'm good at, can't change that.

Right now I'm in the middle of making Christmas cookies--sugar cookies now, lace cookies later, fudge tomorrow and figgy pudding on Monday. Yeah. Figgy pudding. How cool is that?

So how has everybody else been? I could just read all the posts, but eh... I don't really want to. sweatdrop
