I wish I saw your prophile so I could know who's the better fighter in real life. I believe the answer is me but unless you know some badass fighting styles and weapons that your not telling anyone then I have you beat as the true god of war.

The challenge is funnier because Ares isn't even the principal god of war. I don't know how many times I've corrected people on that fact, it's just like when people think that Hades is evil.
This fellow should be facing off against Athena. I don't fancy his chances.

What are you talking about? Hades is evil. That he doesn't make himself more available to his fans is simply diabolical.

Then all the gods are evil, and the definition of evil becomes a moot point.

Dionysus or Bacchus Akherontis Then all the gods are evil, and the definition of evil becomes a moot point. Not all dear, I always try to make myself . . . available. wink The shepherd Ikarios was cordial towards Dionysos, who gave his shepherds wine. The shepherds got drunk and their paranoia led them to believe that Ikarios poisoned them, so they killed him. His daughter Erigone and dog Maera found his body. Erigone hanged herself over her father's grave. An angered Dionysus punished Athens by driving all the unmarried women insane and causing them to commit suicide. So no, I don't think availability makes a god less evil.

Ah, but what I was getting at was the fact that my cruelty doesn't even take fan denial into account. In fact, denial goes against my very fiber.

Yes, that's true. But it casts you as more evil than Hades. Dionysos did give King Midas the golden touch in the first place, after all.

So who are the Gods who created War, sir? The children of Kronos are debatable in that department, at least, but are there Gods who were clearly responsible for them?
I know Ares isn't the source of War, itself, since he was born from Hera's womb during a War, or something along those lines, right?

Arguably, the earliest personified catalyst for war would be Eris, Daimona of Strife and Discord, mother of the evils in Pandora's jar. In the Titan generations, the god of war was Pallas, and his brother Perses had the role of Ares.

Being slain in the Titanomakhia IS being sent to Tartaros. Do you think gods don't have souls? Enyo was the sister (or occasionally the daughter) of Ares, and thus came much later than Eris. She wasn't the goddess of war, but a goddess of bloodlust and the horrors of war.

I didn't say whether or not i thought the Gods lacked souls or not, i just thought it was debatable as to whether or not they do or not, but if so, they're different from our own, right? This part is a critical factor as to why i can't tell Eris or Enyo apart as well as i'd wish, isn't it?
