She headed over to her vanity and opened a drawer. The geisha pulled out a small wooden box and offered it to Luna, "This will be your make-up kit, my dear. I hope it will be good to you during your career as a geisha."

She looked ta it running her hand over the lid. "It's lovely! I will take very good crae of it I promise." She was excited and intent on learning for there was nothing she dreaded more than making Iyasu look bad at the tea house.

akino, seeing she was no longer needed, started to walk out of the room.
"I hope that i may one day be blessed as to have a geisha as wonderful as them apprentice me"

Reijin smiled as Luna returned to the okiya. She had much to tell her friend. She hesitated a moment, unsure if she should follow them. Iyasu had said she would teach her to apply makeup after lunch, but now that Luna was home, it might not be appropriate for her to intrude. Reijin decided that if nothing else, she could offer support to Luna, and headed to her room to retrieve her makeup kit before continuing to Iyasu's room. Knocking softly on the door, she peeked her head in. "I hope I am not intruding, Iyasu-sama, if I am, I can return another time..."
((My computer's in the shop, so I won't be online as often as usual. I'll try to pop on whenever I can.))

"Not at all, Reijin-chan. I am sure Luna-chan would love to have a friend in here, especially one that will be going out with her Onee-san. Besides, I did say I would you teach you how to put on your make-up too. It'll be fun." Iyasu smiled as she brought out her own kit and nodded for the young novice to enter.

Luna grinned excitedly and pausing rushed to hug her friend. Though she was careful with her hair she was excited to have Reijin learning with her.
"I can't wait to begin!" Normally Luna was trather passive but today she seemed more energised and willing to do her best.

Popo, in her room, put on her makeup and dressed herself. She was careful not to make any mistakes on her makeup and didn't. She was really proud of herself. She looked beautiful. When she looked in the mirror, Popo smiled. She saw her beautiful reflection and was happy at how pretty she looked.
Popo went looking for her sisters and found them. She said to them, "I am ready. Do you two need any help?"

She smiled kindly, knowing that newcommers were usually nervous and shy.  [/23] Akane looked up Kaze, "Hello" She bowed and looked back up at Kaze "I'm Akane." ~*~[3]~*~ [24] `Kaze smiled back kindly. "I am pleased to meet you." Kaze offered her a hand, glancing over to Akyio for a moment. "I'll be happy to show you around. It's not that hard." [/24] "Ok.." Akane shook her hand gently. ~*~[5]~*~ `Kaze smiled and took her young friends hand, helping her up before bowing her way out of the room. She lead her through the different rooms, explaining where the geisha sleep, where the maids and maiko sleep, where Mother rested, where to eat, and where to go for fresh air at the end of a busy day. Kaze smiled. Akane was a quick learner, though timid. [/25]

Reijin smiled and stepped into the geisha's room. "Arigato gozaimasu, Iyasu-sama." She set down her makeup case and embraced Luna gently. "It is all very exciting, Luna-san. You will be making your debut soon, and Iyasu-sama has been very kind, even though I am not one of her apprentices. And someday, we will be geisha and make her proud. It's all very exciting."

"I am already proud of all of you!" She said with a grand smile as she nodded to Tanpopo, "Espeically you, Popo-chan. You look wonderful! Please, come here and do a little turn for us." Iyasu was brimming with a pride in these girls. These maiko will make fabulous geisha. She will do everything in her power to help them become what they were sent here to be.

Popo turned in an almost childish way. As if she were a little girl showing off a cute dress or outfit to her mother. She was happy..very very happy..to make Iyasu proud.
