Chris Powell Nick Joseph Fury Pretty sure Microsoft has acknowledged that RROD is a design flaw on their part, (as opposed to the design flaw causing the 360 to arbitrarily scratch discs, which is apparently the user's fault) and that they fix it free of charge. My friend says his even came back with a month of free XBL. Oh I know they do...and then it RRODs again and they have to get another. I've heard stories of people doing this upwards of 8 times. It's ridiculous. *boggles at Rose* Drop Dead Fred??? A classic??? gonk It's a great movie from my childhood! scream
Don't judge.. don't judge xp
It's ok acting but I love the idea behind it. blaugh

Nick Joseph Fury They already exchanged the used one. The RROD isn't Wal-Mart's fault, though. Let Microsoft deal with it. I didn't know it could RROD again after they fixed it though. Laaaame. Eh. As long as they're the ones paying, I guess I don't care too much. It's not like I'm playing it all hours of the day. (Unless, of course, I'm on a KOTOR binge.) *snickers* Excuse my overly dramatic anger towards Wal-mart. I was in a goofy mood. blaugh
I'm glad that everything worked out for you.Oh wow. heart *remembers she has something on her tivo and goes to turn it on.*

Quote: In April 2009, it was revealed that Universal had acquired the rights to Drop Dead Fred and are working on a remake of the movie, with British comedian Russell Brand playing the title role. The film's producers are Marc Platt of Marc Platt Productions, Carlos Davis,Anthony Fingleton and Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner of Working Title Films, the company that produced the original film. The remake is planned to be of a darker tone to that of the original movie, and somewhat similar in nature to Beetlejuice.[7] The screenplay is written by Carlos Davis and Anthony Fingleton, the original writers with additional revisions from Dennis McNicholas, one of the writers of Universal's recent Land of the Lost. News of the remake was released to the public by Brand on his Twitter account when he posted the message "Drop Dead Fred — true."[1] The new movie is scheduled to be released in 2011.[

Ms. Selina Kyle That's as it should be. I'm so enamored with the book, I read it when I feel very very sad and it always makes me feel better, however bittersweet the ending. What's so stunning is the guy who hasn't seen it is an animator. It's par for the course that everything animated ever, no matter how bad, they watch. Hell, we watched Rock&Rule! And Wizards! Rock & Rule hurts me. In a "I've hit my funny bone" kind of way.
As for The Last Unicorn, you're one of the few people I know who has read it and the only one of the few to have re-read it. I'm not alone! We should build a club house.

Animated Evil Mic Jaeger! I own very few books I haven't read multiple times. When I sink money into a book, it's a lasting investment. I get a lot of entertainment out of it. Just like I don't own any movies I wouldn't watch more than once. Besides, The Last Unicorn is such a delightful read!

Just saw Funny People. Not bad, pretty funny, although it felt like the point of the movie didn't show up till about halfway through it.
