So, there's this girl that I kissed on my birthday, and in my post break-up state, I've decided it was better not to jump into anything with her. So we've just been kind of hanging out. I got high with her last night. Like ridiculously high. Higher than I've ever been. I totally greened out. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I definitely fainted. I remember waking up on the floor a couple seconds later and seeing her and another coworker looking at me, and grabbing me water. For like the next half an hour I was lying down on the kitchen floor with my head in her lap. It was kind of nice. Really nice, if it wasn't for the super embarrassing context of it all. =/

So I was walking into Best Buy looking for some music and anime, when I spotted something in the comedy section that made me lose hope for humanity.

I smacked myself a couple of times to make sure whether or not I was dreaming. I wasn't. This was real. Why does this s**t exist? Why do people like this clown? He has no talent whatsoever. He's an empty void. And I've watched some of his videos. It's just him talking about some random bullshit and then increasing the pitch of his voice with Audacity or something. That's not talented. Anyone can do that. Yet this d**k is the second most popular guy on Youtube, is a partner, and now has his own movie. Making money. For no reason.

Then, as if I wasn't already pissed off enough, I keep seeing Justin Bieber's androgynous ******** mug plastered all over the place. Why is this trap so popular? I've listened to some of his songs. His singing is pathetic, his lyrics are vapid and deprived of any sort of artistic quality. They reek of shallow love and other pre-teen bullshit. It's a sad state of affairs when some girly-looking high school douchebag with no talent can make loads of money while someone with a science or mathematics degree remains jobless.

I just don't get what's wrong with most people...are people nowadays just too easily impressed? Do people just have bad tastes? Or is it both? I don't know, but it's driving me crazy.

I mean, last night I went to a Drag Ball with some friends. It was a bunch of guys dressing up as shitty pop singers lip-syncing to their songs. Lip-syncing! People kept cheering their "performances!" They kept acting like it was the best thing in the world! No, it wasn't. Shitty cosplayers putting on shitty dances lip-syncing to shitty, two-beat, homogenized bullshit the recording industry calls "music." That's all it was.

People irritate me.

Spend THIS many days trying to find some diamond, to try and mine some Obsidian to build a Portal to the Netherworld to find some Glowstone, and my portal appears underneath the GIANT LAKE OF LAVA!!
Everytime I try to dig up, I get attacked by Lava. I'm underneath the lake.

I am incredibly disappointed right now. I've been deeply concerned for the past, like, 6 months over a cavity in my lower left jaw. When sharp pains reigned in October, I wanted to get it checked out asap, over Thanksgiving break while I was home. My mom said she'd work on it, and told me when I came home she hadn't found any possible time slots.

Oh, I believed her, on the mental grounds that she'd probably not checked the dentist's office the week I'd asked her about it, in early October, and instead revisited the idea mid-November.

I wasn't very happy, but fine, whatever. At least the pains stopped by December. Since then, I've watched it grow way deep, and being the must-know-what-my-options-are type, I did my research. Maybe it was just a cavity, maybe I would need a root canal. If gone unchecked for long enough.

And Awesome - it's March, and my dentist is suggesting it'll be a root canal. I'm 19. Thanks mom. You're awesome. That'll be $950.

The kicker - if I'd visited him in October, it should've just been a cavity filling. stare

Also, my wisdom teeth probably need to be pulled out. Last year, they looked like they fit just nicely with the rest of them, but no more. They're growing kinda tilted and we should fix that. ********>

Also on the tooth thing, i kinda had a similar experience. i got my wisdom teeth pulled a while back, turned out the dentist left some bone in the gum pocket, became swollen and chock full of scar tissue. the second operation was worse than the initial one! scream
