He didn't even flinch.

Shin regarded Cronos as a horse would a fly - an almost lazy, bored aura, the same neutral expression. So he had noticed Cronos, long back when the other first entered into the range of the canyon. And as usual...a wild display of power never impresses him. The pattern of the wind...it had changed...? A violent Hyouton release, guided by manipulating the path of the wind for focus. He purposely had missed Cronos but like the goal of his latest training... The rocky pillar behind Cronos had wholly froze. Shinratsu held up a fist, clenching it. It shattered, showering into a rain of rocky fragments. All the while, the expressionless face did not flicker.

His Ninjutsu mastery had gotten better than ever. Now, with the fact that both sides of his body could produce that strange Hyouton chakra..be it good or bad, it would certainly mean a sharp improvement in the effectiveness of his Hyouton techniques. And also, though Shin did not know...the same double-edged sword characteristic took less chakra from him than it should. Sure, he had some idea of what his Hyouton could do, from the little run-in with Yokou and the injuries he had unwittingly caused her as she desperately attempted to save his life...but neither could Shin have known of degree damages. The Hyuuga queen was only fortunate enough to escape with first degree damage.

Cronos was amazed by Shin display of his Hyuton and it showed in his eyes. Cronos had a flash back to the academy when Shin had almost killed him. Cronos tryed to push that memory out of his head. "I guess your still the same since the last time I saw you"Cronos said with a grin. "Well Shin that was great display of your new power but how is it in combat"Cronos remember the fight again "So Shin the last time we fought I know I lost but things are diffent now"Cronos paussed again "How about a little spar to test out how are training have gone". Cronos steped back and waited for the answer. At this moment all Cronos cared about was to show to Shin that he was not weak and that he was stronger than him now. "Come on Shin are you afraid"Cronos said with a mocking tone in his voice.

Pale blue gray orbs casted a glance in Shizuka's direction. The Henka apparently was still working on her lesson, but had one more pillar to go. But one more blow should suffice. She was almost done. But the entire course of their training had taken the whole morning...and well into the afternoon. There was perhaps only a little bit of time left before sunset...and Giglamesh must absolutely NOT know of what he and Shizuka had planned to do after training...

"There is...something I must confirm. I promised Shizuka that she could come along." Shin looked slightly guilty. "Ah...it's not...exactly something Giglamesh-sensei would approve..." Which was true, considering one of the targets included the Hyuuga queen. And knowing Giglamesh's veneration of the Hyuuga line...

A sigh and breaking lotus position, Shinratsu pressed a finger to his temple. Mutterings that sounded distantly like 'get back before dusk'. "Tonight then, I'll try to...slip out without Giglamesh-sensei noticing...or tomorrow morning, meet me here." Shin tried to ignore the memory of the last time what had happened when Giglamesh caught him on a nightly venture. But that was on the mission. Theoretically, the Jounin shouldn't mind...as the squad isn't on a mission now...

Seeing the surprised look he got, he asked the other, looking slightly cranky and snapped abruptly: "What? Yes, I'm living with them..." Adopted? And apparently, from how he had hesitated on the first plan of arranging a sparring time (one that involved crossing Gig)...Shin lost some measure of freedom...his usual nightly ventures...

And strange, what exactly was he planning that might potentially anger Giglamesh if he knew?

(Well thats nice you know that one of the orignal boy scouts badges I remember that from my friends becoming a eagal)

Cronos was shocked of learning that Shin was adopted by Gig "wait so you now live with Gig "Cronos said with a confused tone. "Well Shin its your choice if you are doing something with Shizuka than I do not intrupt with that"Cronos had a puzzled look on his face because he thought that Shizuka was with Rai. "Well Shin I guess we can spar tomorrow morning"Cronos sighed because he really wanted to spar and fight Shin. "Well I guess I should probley go"Cronos was about to leave but he than looked back with a serious look on his face"Shin be there".Cronos than walked into to the distence and was gone. Cronos after a hour was wondering around again he knew it was time to go home "I guess this was a goodday"Cronos sighed as he made his way back to the city gate. He flashed his headband to the guard in order to enter the village. As Cronos was walking home he almost forgot about seeing his new sensei and left to go to his home instead

(I'm sooo sorry for taking so long, gonk I should of been finished with this...)

"You're down to your last breath of life!" Shizuka was once again in her own world revenging the one she despised ever so much. The last few attacks did nothing to damage the one that stood in front of her, but Shizuka refused to stay behind and quit. It wasn't something she hoped for at all. "Just give up and die already!" Shizuka sent another punch towards the dummy who was in Shizuka's vision as a shadow figure who killed her clan. Maybe this was the only way to train better and faster...but was it also a bad thing? She threw another punch yet once more at the figures chest area.

The figure in front of her was badly injured and by such few attacks that made contact. The punch thrown previously missed, but as that one missed the target she would throw one more right at the abdomen of the enemy, at the weak spot that she injured greatly. The Figure would be punched a great distance away from the battle field, the Henka clan members watching would move out of the way as he flew pas them. In reality, the training dummy would make a loud cracking sound as it made contact with shizuka's fist.

After giglamesh talk with the cat he was ready to being his elemental wind and fire recomposotion. But before hand he would being to train chisaki as well, which shouldn't be to far behind him, giglamesh was just standing on the wall above and behind shizuka, shinratsu, and cronos, standing horizontally on the wall not effected by gravity in the slightest. He was up there for a while like a shadow on the wall nobody notices standing up there the entire time listening, he didnt like to sneak but he wanted to know what the boy was up to so he would continue to stand on the half way up the cliff wall motionless, silent he was like the rocks he even was compressing his chakra greatly as he didnt want to be found either but her did not hide. He didnt have to hide he was so high up with there normal sight they would be able to see him, yet he stood there letting the wall of the canyon echoe there voices right to him.

(Finally!)

The final punch did it, the cracking from the dummy woke Shizuka up from her self made illusion that she trapped her self into. Hearing it, her eyes became wide with shadows under it showing fatigue. "I finally did it..." She stumbled back as her feet gave up from all the kicks and punches and fell onto her back. She couldn't move her hands or feet, they felt non existent at the moment or at least as tired as she was. "Always finishing last..." She took a sigh of relief as she tried to relax before her little spy mission came to a start.

Possibly to Shizuka's surprise, Shinratsu only gave her a reassuring smile. "It's alright, don't worry so much." A light pause. "It's just natural, that intensive training will be a little difficult at first... You'll be more suited when time passes... His voice trailed off. "My family...was just more strict, that's all." What a surprisingly modest way to put things. The children of ancient families in Kiri had to undergo brutal training from an early age... And unlike Konoha's level of protection laws and medical expertise, the chances of not surviving the earlier years in the "bloody Mist" were far greater.

Shinratsu cast a glance downwards, at his shadow's position on the ground. It should be about two o' clock now...they have approximately three hours before he would have to retire for the day. "Let's go, Shizuka." Without saying anything else, Shin headed for the canyon's exit, towards the village's (north?) gate.

"Hai!" She took off the weights and the vest from her training. It was once more a relief to actually have those things off and finish the training. She would grab her back pack and stuff the uniform Giglamesh gave her. As Shizuka stood up, she would throw the back pack onto her back and chase follow Shinratsu who was a well distance away now towards the canyons exit. "W-Wait up shinratsu!" She said as she ran to catch up with him.

As shinratsu took off, and shizuka removed her traning weights several veins would immediately pop on the sides of giglamesh's head as they were removed. Apparently she didnt understand the idea that they were supposed to be removed untill she was participating in actual combat. He would just have to make sure to, to get some that could not be so easlier removed....possibly handcuffed to her. As the two left to the village he was going to see what they were up to, yet he had a prior engagement, so giglamesh would put his hands together and do several hand chakra seals. The wall of the canyon next to him a small area would buldge out rapidly next to gig, and gravity caused sand and soil to fall off the bulge it would reveal itself to be a stone clone The clone and giglamesh would look at each other and one would take off after two thirds f cell thirteen, the other torwards the tsukami gorge.

((5-n-1 post to the Gorge, because I can and I will. Gig you have a problem with it, oh well. : D))

Keiko flew through the village and then took a shortcut to the Canyon. She looked up the walls of the Canyon, "s**t, I haven't climbed this in forever. Rai better thanking his sorry a** for making me do this." She started climbing and as she got higher and higher the air became thinner and colder. It felt like she was leaving this world. Keiko had always been a fan of heights, it was a different feeling for her.

"Gig is going to kill me for doing this. Eh. I better not get hurt...s**t this was a bad idea." She kept climbing, her started chattering from it being cold, but sooner than later she became use to it. Which was a bad sign, she laughed to herself, "I better be praised for doing this..."

Scooping up the cool river water into her cupped hands, Amaya splashed a few handfuls onto her face and ran a wet hand though her dark hair. She also took a sip from another handful of the water before getting to her feet and reapplying the plum colored face mask to cover her mouth and nose. Behind her lay her weapons, seperated and organized to her liking, along with a water canteen and a small bit of rations. Today she was heading out to the gorge and she was planning to get some serious training in. That meant not having to take the trek back home in the night for lack of proper supplies.

She walked over to her belongings, her arms crossed thoughtfully as she looked over all that she had brought along with her. Yes. It looked like this would do. A small satchel lay lazily on its side next to all of the supplies and Amaya placed her rations and canteen inside, arming herself with her weaponry; a pair of butterfly swords, a butter fly knife and the standard kunai and shuriken pack. Looking to the sky, she made a rough estimate of how long it would take to get there, slinging the satchel over her shoulder.

Time to go then..
