Keno's heart sunk the more he held her. Was this truly what he was missing in his life? Was she truly able to offer him what he needed. Would he be able to accept all the responsibilities of loving someone...so harmless? To him the world did not exceed their embrace. He sighed as he rested his head on her shoulder as well, still unable to move.

Ichi smiled softly with her eyes still closed as she felt Keno's head on her shoulder. It was nice to hold him, but it was a bit akward. Keno didn't normally act like this and she wondered for only a moment why he seemed different. It didn't seem like it mattered much since she pulled herself closer to him, squeezing him in her small arms.

"Ichigo..let's go." Those were his only words as he hugged her a bit tighter and the world around them vanished and reappeared, revealing they were back on the seventh floor, in her room once again. His heart began to pound in his chest for just a moment. Everything else froze. His blood, his hair, his lungs. All still as time cascaded past them.

ichi looked around her own room like she's never laid on eyes on it. Her expression suddenly turned confused and she pulled only a little bit away from Keno, but still holding him.
"What are we doing in my room?"

Once again he didn't really answer. He still wasn't sure himself. He was acting on a base instinct, worse than even User would succumb to. Nonetheless he didn't hesitate to kiss Ichigo once again, this time on the neck as he took one step toward the bed, with her still locked in his arms. He wanted her to understand. That way at least one of them would.

Ichi's red blood flushed into her cheeks as Keno's lips came in contact with her neck. It sent cold shivers up her spine. her whole body quivered as soon as the first thought came into her mind. She din't want to struggle, she really didn't want keno to be upset with her.
"W-wait! K-keno!! I..."

On command, he stopped yet again as he heard his name. He backed off of her a little more this time, still holding her. He suddenly realized what was going on with himself, but with understanding came rationality. She hesitated for one reason or another and that meant he should proceed. It was just as much her choice as it was his.

Ichi looked down at her own feet, wondering to herself. She knew what Keno wanted to do. Ichi's never really thought of Keno this way. He's kissed her before, and she's kissed him, but that was because she wasn't really herself. Before, he only thought Keno kissed her because he was just affectionate. Ichi finally realised something. Did Ichi have feelings for Keno? ichi really didn't want to disappoint Keno, in anyway. She looked up and just smiled softly at him.
"Keno... I'll do anything for you... Whatever you want... Right now."

The look in his eye shone brilliantly for that moment he heard her words. He observed her carefully unsure of what to make of her confession. He drew her back to him as he felt her lips lightly brush his own. He pressed into them again, tasting the ambrosia that was her breath, revitalizing his spirit. He retreated yet again waiting for the last time. "Are you sure this is...what Ichi wants?"

Ichi slowly nodded her head up and down. She felt that it was too late to say no, besides, Keno seemed like the only person who would love her like this. She felt like no one else would. She didn't want to make him feel guilty, so she stuck with him. She smiled up at him again.
"Yes, Keno."

What happened next between the tiger and the fox...
Keno felt himself enraptured at the very feel, the taste, the smell, the sound of Ichi. She entered every action, every reaction, as an extension of his own. Every frame was perfect. Every sound, touch, kiss...
So was this love or just...human nature...animal nature? He couldn't understand any of it right now. He didn't want to. He didn't care...
((Some time later))
His eyes were fixated upon the ceiling for some time afterward as he held her in his arms. Slowly his head turned to face her. And he noticed something he had never noticed before. All of a sudden, Ichi was the most beautiful woman he had ever laid eyes on. The feel of her bare flesh against his stroking arm. She was his goddess of love, perhaps for the first and last time in his life. "Ichi...?"
