Chili blinked when the next pokemon sent out was yet another fully evolved pokemon. "Whoa!" He couldn't help his surprise-- then his excitement. A thrilled grin crossed his face. "Well alright! Let's try starting this off with Lick, Pansear!" he instructed. If they were lucky, they could paralyze the pokemon, and maybe gain some more time. A dragonite? It had to have some powerful moves, after all.

"H-hurricane!?" Chili yelped in surprise, eyes wide. He threw an arm up as the storm blasted threw. He lowered his arm to see his pokemon defeated, slumping forward. "Aww, you really blew my fire out!" he lamented, but straightened up, returning his pokemon. "Congratulations! I guess you came with some pretty powerful pokemon," he commented, starting forward, "Here, take this. It's the Trio badge, to prove you've won, and take this TM, Psych up, too."

I don't need the badge, but I'm in Unova anyway, so may as well collect the first badge to keep it up to date with my Kalos progress, right? I traded Sonia for a Mienfoo, but she's doing great and is in good hands, and met a guy who's a bit weird, but he's nice at least. I think he's a guy anyway. So....It's been interesting.
