___ - A clarification and update for dodging/blocking attacks has been put into the guild, as well as a new system for how to avoid simple and complex attacks when you lack the formless and dr to do so. Further, to avoid redundancy, Mystic hero and Berserker have been updated with new effects. Take note that an earlier update to Monk had not been added into the guild, and is now live as well.

___ - The following Jutsu have been updated to bring them into line with others of their type and rank.
• Kumomayu [ Spider Cocoon ] Maruton X-Rank
• Kumonendo [ Spider Sticky Vomit ]
• Kumonenkin [ Spider Sticky Gold ]
• Kumosenkyuu: Suzaku [ Spider Warbow: Horrible Split ]
• Kumoshibari [ Spider Bind ]
• Kumosouiki [ Spider Cobweb Region ]
• Kumosouka [ Spider Cobweb Flower ]
• Kumosoukai [ Spider Cobweb Opening ]
• Nenkin no Yoroi [ Armor of Sticky Gold ]
A small edit was also made to Shunshin no Jutsu [ Body Flicker Technique ]. The following was added to clarify the technique's intent. "This technique only works in regards to transporting oneself from one place to another. This technique cannot allow someone to attack someone in a body flicker."

• X-ranked techniques, with the exception of Kai and the unnamed dodge technique, cannot be used beyond two ranks of your body rank. This means that an X-ranked lightning ball, in the hands of a D-Rank shinobi, can only be used at B-ranked. In addition, X-ranked cannot be used at S+ ranked potential. To clarify the last bit, a X rank tech may be boosted to S+ by the use of DR but cannot be cast at the BASE of S+
• Maruton Jutsu,not having an element, loose to elemental jutsu in clashes. This clause has been removed entirely. From this point forward, a maruton jutsu neither beats nor looses to any other element due to elemental weaknesses/strengths. Instead is simply treated as its rank.
• Posting in the monthly reward grant is now MANDATORY. This will allow us as moderators to keep track of activity in regards to the new rule we have put into effect listed below.
• From this point forwards, if a person is holding a demon or sage slot, and does not post for thirty days. They will be removed from the rpc. The only exception to this is those on Hiatus. These will be judged on a case by case basis dependent upon the nature of the hiatus. Bear in mind, that certain people may still have their sage or demon host status removed from them for inactivity prior to this point. Those effected by this will be notified directly in the form of a PM.
Sage Modes effects have been clarified to state the following.
• Jutsu Strength Increases (Half-Rank, just cast while in sage mode will overwhelm jutsu of the same rank up to and including S+)

Sensory techniques, including those elemental ninjutsu that give sensory abilities of any kind, are now only available to ninja of the sensory class. This was written in the class, but is now also part of the Jutsu List rules where specific jutsu types and their respective classes are concerned Here under Non-Elementals.

___[ Bloodlines ]THE SHARINGAN/KAGUYA CLAN UPDATE IS LIVE.These are the first in the line of updated bloodlines that will be released in packages over the next few months. While we know a lot of you want to see that shiny new update to your bloodline, we ask that you be patient as we are not doing them in any order, and have a looooong list of them to do, so bare with us.
As a note, new bloodlines will be having Optional Pas, and when you select a bloodline you are allowed one of the three for free. The other two will be tradeable for your normal PAs, and are stronger than normal pas tend to be as a balance point between the nonbloodline packages with are pretty darn strong.

___[ Fuuinjutsu Class & Fuuinjutsu Update ]
Hey everyone it's your resident guild yandere here to talk about some pretty big news. Over the past few months while all the classes were getting an overhaul and during the ongoing bloodline reworks I tangentially worked on another project that I'm sure some of you have heard a little about. That's right, it's an overhaul of the fuuinjutsu system and a brand spankin new class. Now I like hot tubs as much as the next gal but it was time to sell the tub and streamline our fuuinjutsu experience. There's been a lot of changes to scroll capacities, learning limits, technique usage, and more. So be sure to go on and check out the new information.
Click here to see the changes to the fuuin listins and here for the class. Lastly, please pardon the dust as we get all of this implemented and don't hesitate to report any mistakes or confusing aspects.
