Name: Frozen Kunoi
Description: An ancient clan far in the mountains of Mist. One of the greatest clans ever, *Drumroll* The Frozen Kunoi. The greatest people to ever walk the ninja world. The people who lived in darkness, survived the cold and defeated demons. Their successors are scattered all over the world. Well they are extinct now, who wants to know about them now? *epic fail*
Strengths: Jutsu
Weaknesses: Genjutsu and Taijutsu
Ability: Ice Jutsu, Ninjutsu
Bloodline/Clan Jutsus: Bloodline called Toketsume (Frozen Eye)
This allows the user to be faster in all senses and also to slow down things when wanted, but loses lots of chakra. Toketsume is an eye like Sharingan. It's 1st stage is 4 dots on an orbit around the pupil. Plus the eye-color changes to light-blue. Whenever it upgrades, one dot dissappears and the user's abilities are upgraded. on the last stage, when all the dots diissappear, ice emerges from the eyes to form a goggle. Then the user can see things much slowly and drain less chakra.

Name: Taru Clan
Description: this clan uses the metal out of their own blood to form their own weapons. by cutting their finger or using wounds they receive in battle, they can separate their blood from the metal living in their blood. by removing this liquid metal, they can bend and break it into any weapon they choose.
Strengths: hello! can make ANY steel weapon on the fly!
Weaknesses: pure water can melt the weapon and very dry areas can cause the user to not be able to make any weapon at all
Bloodline/Clan Jutsus: they pretty mcuh have most jutsus that involve weapons, like Tenten's Tising twin dragons, but all their jutsus are affected by heat and heavy water flow

Name: Black Blood Clan
Description: The Black Blood clan is a branch clan,of the Kagura clan.But instead of bones It's blood.The blood of these People,are black.Hint the the name.Thier blood can become hard as steel Making it nearly imposible to cut the user of the this Bloodline.They can also be used as weapons.But enough of that.Most users of this bloodline become insane.No one knows why it just happens.Some think it's just because they can't be cut.Like most people so they try and cut themselves,which leads to them bleeding to death.Having this bloodline is extremeley rare.And the ones thar are found,are mostly Memebers of the Kagura clan.
Strengths: They can use their Blood as a weapon.
Thier are nearly imposible to cut.
Thier blood is like steel.
If they are cut,then they can he cuts on impulse.
Weaknesses: Most users go insane.
Thier blood may start to become hard,inside thier body.Making it hard to move.
Ability: Thier blood can become a sheild withen thier bodies.
They use thier blood as a sword,or spear.If they wanted to.
Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:
Blood Armor:The blood inside thier body becomes hard,like armor.Or they can make thier blood come out of thier body,like a suite of armor.
Academy Stupent:Hard as rock.
Genin:Hard as Iron
Chunin:Hard as steel.
Jonin:Hard as Dimand
Kage:No one knows.
Sanin:No one knows.

Instant heal:This jutsu allows the users blood to start closing up cut wounds,and such.
Academy student:Small cuts.
Genin:Stab wounds.
Chunin:Large gashes.
Jonin:If they get slashed or stabbed by a sword,they can heal,and it'll be like it never even happened.
Kage:No one knows.
Sanin:Some say they can even regrow a limb.

Name: Hoshigaki Clan[Stage One]
Description:The Hoshigakis originated from the Mist Village decending from a long line of Water Masters.The members of this clan spent so much time in the water that the nutrients and pigments in the water dyed their skin blue.Combines with the Genetic defect of having a pair of Gills on your neck and Razor Sharp teeth it gives them a rather ominous appearance.The Children of the Hoshigaki all learned to Master Suiton Jutsu and like their Predacesors all were born with Massive Amounts of Chakara.Hoshigakis are known for their appitite for Danger and Excitment and their love of the Water along with a High adeptcy for learning Buijutsu(Swordplay). Hoshigakis have increadibly tough skin and can glance off all but the toughest blows due to the hardening of their skin from absorbing Nutrients in water. Hoshigakis are however,suceptible to Raiton justu much more then regular Shinobi due to the fact that their cells are altered thus conducting electrict much better then a normal Mans alowing greater voltage to reach organs and such. A Hoshigaki is feircly loyal to one person in their life and will follow any command given by that person without question.The Hoshigakis are still a threiving tribe in the Mist Village continuing their Age old traditions.

•Is Very Fast with speed Equivelent to a ninja of one rank higher

Name: Suiton:Rishino no Dianot(Lake Creation)

Description:One of the Most Adaptable and Adversable Suiton Techniques of the Hoshigaki. This technique was a favorite of Kisame who would use it to fill the landscape with water. The user will do a handsign and hold it while he builds up the water in his gut. After sucessfully building up the Water he will let it out in one massive burst from his mouth. He can let it out horizontally being able to repel many things at once or down able to form a column of water which he can rise upon. The amount of water formed depends upon rank and amount of Chakra.


Acadamny Student:About 10 Gallons Worth;Very Minimal
Genin:Normally about 30 Gallons enough to preform most D rank Water Jutsu
Chunin:100-200 Gallons;Can flood a small area.This is where the quantity of water greatly increases
Jounin:300-500 Gallons;Enough to Flood a Reasonably sized area
S Ranked:500-1,000 Gallons:Enough to Flood Entire Areas of Villages,complete Mastery of all Water Techniques Is required to produce this Amount

Description: This is a Quiet basic jutsu of the Hoshigaki.They take a rather large inhale and quickly release three to five small bullets of water at their opponent. It is similiar to the Water Bullets jutsu except this requires no handsign

Description: This Technique Utilizes the Hoshigakis Mastery of Water.They preform the handsigns and spit out a small amount of water which hovers around their body.The water will automaticly block one blow each time it is used before dissipating into the ground

Description: The User will preform a handsign which afterwords they cross their arms forming a X.When they slash their arms downwards a Wave will rocket across,Water,Earth or rock at whoever is standing in front of it.The direction cannot be changed once the wave is released

Name: Mizu Nechinechi Tama Jutsu(Water Sticky Bullets Jutsu)

Description: Similiar to the Suiton:Mizu Hashu Shiniti(Water Spit Technique) the Mizu Nechinechi Tame Jutsu utilizes the Same concept except this time the Projectiles are larger,about 1 foot across and stick to the thing it hits. If it were to hit a enemy it would cling to them slowing their movements the more that piles up.If it connects to the ground and someone steps in it then it will be transfered to them. This jutsu is deadly in the hands of a master but also is great for incapacitating a opponent

Name: Suji Hidai Jutsu(Muscle Extension Jutsu)

Description: The user must be wet or standing in water to preform this Jutsu.The user will absorb the nutrients from the water and temporarily convert them to protiens thus dramaticly increasing their strength for a period of time(5 Posts).

Description: The User will preform a handsign and water wil wrap itself around his arms.The water will at the users will take the form of any simple weapon at any size that they wish as long as there is enough water.The water can form any solid weapon meaning no bows or projectiles.

Description: The User wwill preform the handsign and aim his mouth to where he wishs the water to be directed.The User then Will Spit out decent amount of water will increadible force.If the User is looking down he will raise up as he spits the water making a jump higher or simply a way to quickly rise.If the user is looking straight or to the side it will unlease the water at whatever it is looking at with the force that would push you yards away into a object and would cause great trama from the force of such a hit.

Name: Sugoi Mizu Kabe Jutsu(Geat Wall of Water Jutsu) Rank: A
Description: The User will preform the handsigns and take use of a soarce of water at hand.He will then cause a wall of water to rise 10 Meters across and a Meter Thick.Most all projectiles will be stopped by this body of water that is,like the prision jutsu,as tough as steel.If someone attempted to charge through it they would eneter and find themselves unable to move.This Jutsu will last for a moderate time(3 Posts).

Name: Mizu Fuma Bakuden Jutsu(Water Shark Bomb Jutsu)

Description: The User will preform the handsigns and spit out a body of water resembling a shark.The Shark will then either leap at its target or fall into the ground.The user can make the shark rise from the ground and direct it underground at will.When and if the shark connects with its target it will unleash a blast equivelent to three exploding tags.

Name: Mizu Sugoi Kibaku Gachan Nami(Water Great Exploding Colliding Wave)

Description: The User will preform the handsigns and take advantage of a body of water or will spit out their own for this jutsu.The user will accumulate the water as it forms into a 50 Meter high Gaint Wave.The Wave can be controlled by the User who is usually riding on top.The Wave can take any form that the user wishs it to and can be formed back into a wave at will.If the Wave connects with its target it explodes with force equivelent to an exploding tag along with the pure force of hundreads of gallons of water hitting you.The water will then reform later if able to.

Name:Mizu Ryoshi Kira Jutsu(Water Hunter Killer Jutsu)

Description: The User will soak the ground if standing on earth by Suiton Jutsu or some other meathod.Once the ground is wet or if they are standing on water the user will preform the handsigns and instantly 3 Clones Will Rise from the Water and Attack the user.The Clones can be killed after Two hits but can regenerate from any nearby body of water making them hard to destroy

Vanilla:

1.im kinda iffy about Must Pick one Person to give their loyalty too,they should be loyal to their village anyway
2. Must have killed a Shinobi of similiar rank that is NO,just delete that rule
3.Anyone who aceives this stage can make up their own custom jutsu for it but must first be submitted to the Creator for approval,what the point of making custom jutsu for your custom clan if they can make their own, so delete this one was well
4. i only saw one weakness im pretty sure there is suppose to be three
