Special Abilities: At first glance, she seems like a normal blade. However, she is infact one thousand senbon carefully placed together to make the katana. Special groves in the sheath hold them together, and Luo's chakra holds them together when unsheathed. Using the hilt to control each and every senbon's movement using strings of chakra, Luo can cause the blade to "bloom" having the senbon burst out towards the opponent for attack or defense. Luo has created a few special moves for the blade for offense and defense. However, if the hilt is knocked out of his hand somehow, the blade falls apart completely, or if in "bloom" the senbon in the air will just drop since they aren't being fed chakra strings through Luo's hand and the hilt.

Personality: Luo tends to be pretty quiet, only speaking freely to those close to him, otherwise only when important or spoken to. He is a very intelligent individual, being able to reach satsubatsu, and then kage at his young age. Because of this, he's often lost in his own thought, even in battle causing him to seem aloof sometimes. He doesn't like the idea of fighting, and will try his hardest not to unless necessary for his village. Luo is also known to be more than meditative, as his clan has molded him to be. He doesn't outwardly show it much, but he is a very caring person, especially when it comes to his village and his friends.

Luo grew up and trained in the mist. He entered the academy at four, and by sixteen, had gone through it and in fact reached jounin because of his high aptitude. Taking two years off to train alone, Luo ventured deep into the mist and trained so harshly in suiton in order to gain what some would call a sage-like mastery over it. He then signed a contract with the sharks, and returned to serve his village. Since his beginning as a ninja, Luo has never failed a mission. His father an ex ANBU and his mother a shinobi from the rain. It was his mother who taught him how to use the senbon, and during his training, he mastered them as his primary weapon as well. After training with his mother, he trained heavily under his grand-father in his clan's jutsu, and under the former Mizukage in water jutsu. While training under the Mizukage, his friend and squad-mate Zane who was more apt at wind jutsu and sought to learn puppet mastery, left to train under the former Kazekage. It was after their training, and the moment they both reached jounin that disaster befell both kages. Since both villages were allied, a coup was set up by a renegade group of shinobi, and both kage's were killed. In each village, Luo and Zane both sought revenge, and slaughtered each and every man involved in the coup. In doing so, their battle prowess was seen, and seeing as how each of them were personally trained under both kages, were best suited for the positions. So Luo, remained in Kirigakure under obligations not only to his kage, but to his village under the silent treaty signed by his clan, and became Nindaime Luo Ushio, and Zane who remained in Sunagakure under obligation to the village, supposedly became Nindaime Zane Hajime. Since that moment, both countries became allies for life, and the two instantly began rebuilding the villages to their best abilities. After this tragedy, Luo became the head of the Ushio clan as his grandfather resigned and gave him the full chakra burn on the back of his neck. He resides in Kirigakure with his family and friends, although he thinks of his best friend quite often.

Alright, only 30 ninjutsu are known not from the free list of jutsu (I chose Water), 1 taijutsu style (Hidden Mist Sword Style), and three taijutsu techniques (Since Luo is a senbon master and that is listed as one of his special abilities, I took them from the list of universal taijutsu techniques because it would only make sense that he had them), all of the Ushio Clan Jutsu because he is the head of the clan, and hopefully a profile approval. I hope to god that I did something right this time.

She was born to a single mother who was also a medic. Her father was killed while he was on a mission because of a mistake that one of his team members made. She learned quickly and discovered her kekkei genkai when she was 6. Her mother told her the origins of her kekkei genkai and why there last name is different. Her ancestors where getting slaughtered, so in order to survive they changed their last name. She graduated the acadamy when she was 8 and began training harder. Personality:Violent, confrontational, and rebellious against anything and everything, especially authority, Tsukio often times has no trouble expressing what he wants and when he wants it, and will make you listen if he has to. Utterly in control of himself and totally independent, he’s practically the very personification of “actions speak louder than words” since he can be loud, even when he’s not talking. He’ll break down your door to visit for tea, your deck, your bed, you, if he thinks you deserve it. As far as he’s concerned, he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, and if you’ve caught his eye, you might want to invest on some helmets and armor—Tsukio’s moods go on and off depending on who, what, when, and where, but he’s got a sadistic streak a mile wide and it wouldn't be fun for you to get caught in it. In all honesty, he wouldn’t hesitate to kill if it meant some excitement. But he isn’t the type who would go off into the streets and go become another bum who smuggled out of the country. Tsukio wants better than that. He either wants something fun to happen or he wants to make something happen, but he isn’t going to waste his life searching for it.
Tsukio can be smart, athletic, and talented at whatever he sets his mind to, if only he can be given a good enough reason to put in the effort into it. Generally, he has no interest in sports and team games, but he is extremely competitive. He will challenge others at the drop of a hat if he thinks they are setting themselves up as better than him. A naturally commanding presence, loss is a feeling that Tsukio dislikes to an extreme degree. However, if there is no sign of a power struggle involved, he’d lose interest quite early in the game and drop out just like that.
He’s got his own moments of being a sweetie, but good luck finding those times. Tsukio’s picky but it’s not hard to get close if he likes you—though he’s sharper than you’d think. Anyone would be hard pressed to get above ‘acquaintance’ in his eyes; he’d talk with you, joke with you, and maybe even sit and have a drink with you, but he’d never think you’re really his friend. Not unless you’re something special, and it’s doubtful you are. Even if you are something special he still doesn't think of you as a ‘true friend’ or ‘rival’ till you have beaten him with pure skill and honor. Attaining this ‘true friend’ or ‘rival’ status takes having a battle with him that he doesn't want to end, so once you have this epic battle you are truly his friend. Born in the foothills of Kumogakure no Sato, Ken was born into the Raite clan, a clan not unlike the Hyuugas of Konohagakure, due the fact the clan was founded by a rogue Hyuuga. Ken is next in line for the leadership of the clan, and when he reaches Genin rank, and his father deems it right, he will be trained to become the head of the clan.
Even though he is young, he has been trained quite rigorously by his father before being sent to the Academy. He learned how to fight with a sword, and though he's not allowed to carry one at the Academy, he still trains quite extensively with his katana. He was also taught the basics, but not jutsu, his father's logic being "They have to teach you something there".
