Our cheerleaders love the band. And so do the football players. Of course, it hasn't always been that way, it took a few years to accomplish this. A football player said at our band banquet this year that he loves the band and that without us, they wouldn't keep their spirits up on the field. He also said he'd be dumb-struck if we never had a marching band ever again. That touched me so much that I cryed. It's nice to know that we have a football player's support behind us. ^^

That is the same way with our school! The freshmen football wishes that we could play at their games! The cheerleaders have cheers to go along with the pep music! biggrin

It's because we're just cooler, and less stuck-up.

And because we get all the attention at half-time!

Our cheer leaders hate us even though we havnt OPENLY done anything to them. Their always a fight between a band girls and a cheer leader after school,its always fun to watch because all of our band girls are WAY hotter and tougher.

I would take a band grls over a cheer chick anyday.

xd The football players LOVE us!! We keep the spirit goin' on at the games...I'm not sure about the cheerleaders. We team up at times but they just do their own shizit....I'm not sure if they hate us though. Hehe.

They think that they're better because they look attractive and can do things us band nerds don't want to do. Most of them are just stuck up and think they're more important. Hello?! We're equal. We're cheering on the football team in our own ways.

Our football team loves us. The ones on the sidelines will even dance with us. The Cheerleaders on the other hand dont like us very much. They hate us because people come to the games to see us rather than them, we cheer and scream louder than they do, and we bring home more tropheys. biggrin That really pisses them off. The funny thing is that we have 5 cheerleaders in band and they would rather be in band than be a cheerleader.

cheerleadres at the Hill hate the band because we have to argue with them to get a practice spot. Each year it gets worse and worse.
its interesting to watch tho.....especially when the guard has to fight with them during winter season to practice in the gym.

Im wondering why cheerleaders hate the band I mean we never done anything to them but why do they hate us. just cause were not atheltic and wear tight and play foot ball we are still cool in our own way. mrgreen Hope you like

this is why chear leaders hate us: we take time playing when they could be doing stunts.

this is why chearleaders hate MY band: every year we have this chear we do with them and every year at least once we get them......

haha! i don't really associate myself woth them. but some of them are really nice. like one cheerleader was my brother's girlfriend! not all of them are nice, but some of them are ^^

most of our cheerleaders are stuck up lazy preps, and all of the serious kids in marching (serious= in pep band, always in band room, NERD) are non-conforming rockers, from punk/alternative like green day and evanescence, to heavy/death metal...............

i think they are slightly scared of us too.... hehehe

there's a couple that can be nice when they want to, and one in my grade who's AWSOME. everyone's heart s Mia, she's soooooo nice ^^

but almost all the rest of them are bitches, and we make fun of them........... hehehe

LOL!! That's the exact same cheer that we do with them except that no one participates in the first place~ (Haha, I don't know about everyone else but I would rather NOT be associated with them in any way or form...)
