The Saiya-jin felt the older one push himself off his neck with his leg, using it as a type of pivot. A nice move but it failed to provide any damage whatsoever to him.
Cain was coming around now, unleashing his right leg from his neck. In the time it took for Cain to do so, User had charged up his ki and unleashed a powerful kiai.
The invisible ki force would either provide enough force to merely stop him in his tracks or send him flying. It depend on how much force Cain was exerting himself.
User smiled inwardly. It would be enough, he didn't slouch on this one.

User grinned a classical grin that was basically a trademark of his race.
"You dare me?" User said to the human, "You know not of who you fight. It is time to stop holding back."
The Saiya-jin began to power-up, energy encircling him. User began to glow a blinding white glow. White electric bolts were flung from the glowing Saiya-jin's body. Cain would be wise to avoid them: They would certainly hurt him if they hit.
The air in the stadium roared form User's manipulation of his own power. A high wind was blow, created from the Saiya-jin's own vast power. As time went on, it seemed like it only picked up in fury. Like a mini-hurricane was inside the arena.
Now, things were slowing down. The wind started to calm, the blinding glow resided.
User floated in the air. The ground under him was no longer there. The arena tiles under him had melted way.
The Saiya-jin looked much different. The Saiya-jin's hair had once again turned black - although it had grown slightly longer and had become untamed. His arms and chest were covered in dark red, short fur. However, he stole wore all his armor and other clothing as before. His muscles were far moved defined than before, as well.
The young man's rage filled eyes were yellow with black irises. His eyelids were a red, as well, and when his eyes were open it gave User's eyes a red lining around them. It gave him an almost insane look to him.
"Game over."
The Saiya-jin was gone, he was beginnning his assault now. Almost instantly, he was in front of Cain, raining punch after punch after punch upon the man.
Each blow was like one strike of lightning after another and each was deadly powerful.

Having been watching the fight from her seat on the outskirts of the ring she couldn't help but smile at the display going on before her. She had only seen Cain fight a few times and once was against herself. But what she saw here proved that he must have either come a long way or was holding back a great deal.
Looking onto User she couldn't help but admire his attitude towards the fight. He was the type of fighter who did not pull any punches and fought in a way that forced his opponent to attack him earnestly. She had noticed that one thing that plagued a number of the fighters she had met was that they rarely unleashed what they were capable of and thus battles rarely reached the levels they could. She herself was a culprit in such a crime.
Clasping her hands together in anticipation, it made her wish to return to the ring herself. She was never adverse to fighting that invoked the spirit of competition rather than that was fueled by suffering.
Ah so this is warriors pride...hmmmph it seems that I have forgotten such things in my studies.
