"Good. It's time to finally fight."
The Saiya-jin launched himself at Cain, full on assault. He stopped in front of the man, unleashing a single kick. It wasn't meant as an actual attack, although if it hit: it still packed a punch.
Even as he did his fake-kick, he dropped himself to the ground to land on his feet. He used the muscles in his legs to propell himself up - hopefully before Cain had a chance to counter too.

User felt the ki of the man spike and he felt the power behind that punch. So much more power than should have been.
The Saiya-jin exerted a great deal of - though less than for Instantanous Movement - to move the hell out of the way of that attack.
User managed to dodge by a tail's hair. He backflipped out the way, landing a mere few away from the overly powerful punch.
As he landed on his feet again, he did a few more backflips to spread distance between the two of them.
He finally stopped and took a defensive stance, both arms in a 'X' with his palms open forward in an also feral claw-like stance.
