Cain was down... but not out.
Something was wrong. This would just finish him off. Or just weaken him more. Either way, it worked.
The Saiya-jin held his hands by his side. Ki energy filled his open palms. He threw the first in his left arm, then the other in his right. The small, semi-weak balls of ki flew at the man in pain. They were rather unimpressive but very very quick.
And they were followed by several more similar blasts in a span of a few seconds. It was quick barrage, roughly two and a half dozen in all. They would only cause a few small and weak explosion upon impact - unless the human moved.
If User killed him, then he'd lose this bout. That wouldn't do.
Stupid human rules, the Saiya-jin Prince thought to himself.
User hovered forward in the air, flying towards Cain at a slow pace. He wanted to see the damage down.
However, he didn't keep his guard down. He was expecting anything.

::The owner of the building remains at the side of the ring, seated upon the barricade in calm observation of the match at hand. User's new level of strength is impressive, even for the second level of the Super Saiya-jin transformation. All in all, it is relatively unimpressive - though is the most sufficient for battle when placed in the right hands - but against Cain, it seems to be doing just fine. Better than his base form, no doubt.
His sketchpad unstrapped and held shut snugly inbetween his knees and his forearms as he looks on, Deity wonders just how strong User has gotten. He's a machine - all he does is train. Like for all warriors, training grows more and more slow-moving and perhaps even ineffective as they grow stronger, requiring different and varying styles and methods of training. Even so, User has done beautifully. His strength in the Super Saiya-jin 4 level would possibly surpass that of Keno's Tygre persona, though this is purely speculation. Even with thorough study of the Saiya-jin species, they are a tough race to simply reduce to numbers.
The Orinian glances over abruptly as the boy called Kolt enters the stadium. Interesting to see him here again. He has only seen him once since his transformation, and but a few times before. Deity shakes himself from his thoughts, straightening his spine again and sitting up. He opens up his notebook and props his folded knee up a little more. Flipping casually through the several drawings, he doesn't appear as though he'll be creating any art. Mainly because he doesn't have a pencil in hand or behind an ear.::
