(I have returned! ... and I'm going to pretend that post about kai in hell never happened)

Kai woke up with a start his head throbbing slightly. "Damn it! I missed something important. What did someone kill satan or something... Ha snowball's chance in hell!" He rolled out of bed (literally) Hitting the floor with a loud Thud. "Dang it, I got to stop doing that." He groaned rubbing his eyes. "Are you two ready to stop sapping my life force for your own selfish needs?" Kai asked aloud to the two other entities inside him.

"Not until we can return to full health." Koy's voice answered back in his mind, "And we can only do that by charging up at the same time so it takes twice as long!"

"Your to happy about th-." Kith answered back.

"Why should you care your enjoying free movement." Her voice interrupted and in a second they were both bickering back and forth about stupid points. "I wanted to recreate Him as a girl so he could channel my angelic energy better!"

"... guys ... guys ... guys ...," Kai repeated himself before metally screaming, "WILL YOU SHUT THE HELL UP! If either of you breaths another word I swear I'm evicting you back into the ground you were trapped in!"

Seven posed as she processed, exaggeratingly resting on hand on her metal hip, and the other stroking her chin. She was a silly tool.

"I suppose that because if I thought about it, I would think too hard and melt my circuits. Yes, that sounds about right... I shouldn't do anything that would harm myself. That would be detrimental to his project."

"I'm not that intelligent. I can only be so 'smart', then I pose a threat to the one who created me. Overthrowing the government is bad for that government, you know."

Like Seven had said, a certain half-dragon resting in the clinic was beginning to wake up, despite the vestigial protests from Ophiuchus’s hypnosis spell. Too bad, Ialo’s magic seemed to tell Ophi’s. Can’t afford to be sleeping right now. Thanks for the thought though. Appreciate it. Now get out. It didn’t actually go down like that, but that was the gist.

Ialo groaned softly, and stretched. He didn’t remember lying down… and he was quite sure last time he was awake, he was in a fair amount of pain. He stretched again, tentatively, and opened his eyes. He was in the clinic of MFHS. That explained it. Ophiuchus must have completely healed him after the battle – oh, the battle! Danni! Satan! The Headmaster sat up, only dimly registering that he could feel air on his chest, and therefore his shirt must have been discarded. Good riddance.

Now, who else was in the clinic? Ialo looked around, taking a head count from where he sat. No Ophi, so no one here must be in life-threatening danger. But there was James, fast asleep, and Athena too, in the same condition. With a visitor, no less. A translucent one, but not a ghost. A spell. He would not bother them. He looked to his other side, and saw Kai, on the floor, but probably more awake than Ialo was.

Whatever Ophi had done was heavenly. Ialo no longer felt the pain from before. He swung his legs over and stood up more gracefully than he expected. The floor was cool on his bare feet, and that felt nice. Unlike Ophiuchus, Ialo enjoyed cool temperatures. He was quite sure the Serpent was related through his grandmother, as there was no possible way he was related to Ialo’s grandfather with that sort of aversion to cold temperatures.

Ialo closed his eyes, and sensed that the healer in question was only in the next room over… along with Riser. Their auras were so overpowering, that it was more difficult to pick out who else could possibly be in the room. But, Danni had a distinctive aura as well, and Ialo always knew where Seven was. They were linked. It was the best way to control his satellites, an organic-to-inorganic telepathy. There was another very powerful aura – Adolf. Adolf was still here. With his eyes still closed, Ialo was able to identify two more auras, those of Alec and Cook.

“KAI!” Ialo barked suddenly. He then grinned. “Can’t you share the blue crayon with yourself?”

((Mmmm, feels good to post in that color again...))

"Shut up, Ialo I'm going to evict them soon enough and I just came in here to catch some Zs while you guys messed around." He stood up and stretched his silvery armor immediately fading in on his body. "So what did I miss? feels like hell froze over."

"Good riddance." Koy added using telepathy her spirit floating behind Kai soon accompanied by Kith.

"Now I wouldn't say that had it not been for the hellish energies the crystal kin would have never existed." Kith added with a calm tone.

"My point stands." She said cruelly, and once again the two of them were arguing except anyone withing earshot could hear their mental bickering.

"... SHUT IT!" Kai yelled privately at them throwing in a slur of swearing and scolding. He cleared his throat, "ahem sorry about that I'm half way to say screw it and let them find someone else to room with."

"You can't do that-" Koy was about to say but one glare from Kai shut her up.

"so seriously has everything been ... Iced over with Danni?" He asked calmly "I'd rather like to bring one or two people here without risking their necks."

Ialo sat back down on his assigned cot, and with great inner strength, calmly folded his hands in his lap. "Hell did not freeze over, unless you truly believe that in a single battle, Danni completely destroyed Satan. I don't so... I'm of the mind that Satan is still out there, possibly raging over how his a** got kicked by a teenage girl who's not even old enough to have a learner's permit." While Lazareth sleeps in the corner, he mentally added.

His eyes narrowed. "Kai, I'm sure there are some of my computers lying around that would... operate much more efficiently if they had a soul to direct themselves with."

Fluffy sat and watched the interactions, and was dumbfounded. A young girl--a teenage girl, no less--had defeated Satan? Satan, overlord of Hell? And who were these people? He looked at the shirtless guy and blushed for a moment. But... he looked back at Athena. Had she been involved in this battle? Had she been hurt? Is that why she was in this room that looked, to him, like a mini-hospital?

Moving over to stand nearer to the people who were actually awake, he tentatively asked, "U-um... wh-what happened? Why is Nana here?" Nervously, he pushed his hair behind his ear and fiddled with the hem of his shirt, glancing down at the floor and between the shirtless guy and the other guy with the two spirit-like people behind him.

Kai's mouth twitched then smirked then turned into an all out grin. "You sure you want these two out of my control? I mean Koy is so desperate she'd go for just about anyone!" Kai glanced backwards at the yellow female spirit with white wings that seemed to be sprouting out of his back.

"Hey that's not fair, I just can't get someone because I'm stuck with two idiots that don't know anything about love. And once I'm away from them I can finally be with my love Ialo!" Koy's spirit form said, a little golden heart appearing over her head.

"Or it's because you scare them away on the first date." Kith the purple spirit with tentacles added appearing next to Koy. "Anyway your Idea seems like ideal conditions, Kai will no longer have to deal with us directly and we'll still be able to operate in this world, sadly we're not flesh and blood yet so we're forced to occupy this silver-wing in order to be of use."

Kai nodded and shrugged at Ialo, "I'm willing to transfer them If your willing to risk two robots. I must warn you tho, once the soul sync is done your robots will be changed into something a little different." With that all three of them nodded at once a rare sign that they all agreed on something. "So when can we start bro?"

((Will edit this later, but for now the post can be replied to. The next part won't have any real meaning until a few posts later. In the meantime, enjoy the mystery! -mwahahaha-))

Alec was watching the little tiff between Riser and Seven, and quite frankly he was enjoying it immensely. In one single moment Riser had found the one thing that he truly couldn't stand: blind obedience. And currently Seven was aggravating Riser in ways that Alec could only have dreamed about. Alec was almost considering magicking up a bag of popcorn from the kitchen, but as it was they still had some business to discuss, and what's more neither Cook or Danni would probably appreciate having food taken from their stores like that.

Alec thought for a few minutes about the situation as a whole. A crazy powerful, crazy sick... just plain crazy person was on her way to MFHS at some point in the future. There was no indication of when she'd show up, how much help she'd bring with her, and there was no real way to either protect or hide the school from her. So (in Alec's mind) there really wasn't anything they could do immediately. As it was, he remembered that there WERE people in the school currently either injured or resting, and they were an immediate concern that COULD be worked on. So with that, Alec stood up and stood directly between Riser and Seven, putting up his hands between them in an attempt to get them to quit their little 'discussion'. "Alright, as much as I truly enjoy watching Riser finally get his buttons pushed, we DO have some important things to discuss."

Alec let his hands drop after he said that so he didn't seem so bossy. He wanted people to listen, not be forced to listen. "So, as far as I gather, there's some crazy lady on her way here at some point in the future. We don't know when, we don't know where from, and we don't know how much of an army she might have assembled. What we do know is that she's even more powerful than the 'Dark Knight' over here," Alec pointed his thumb in Riser's direction as he said this, "and that there's really nothing we can do to protect the school or even hide it from her." Alec let his hand drop as he finished up his last line of thought before he continued. "...So in my mind, there's really nothing we can do. Not now anyway. So, my suggestion is that we just go about things as we normally would. If anyone comes up with an idea in the future then we'll try and work off of that. But for now we have real patients over in that sick ward that need real help, we have students that still need to graduate, and we have a headmaster that still needs figure out what he wants to do about all of this. And all of those are things that we can work on right now rather than sitting around here bashing our heads against the wall trying to find an answer that we don't have at the moment."

Alec stood there for a moment, waiting to see what the others thought of his idea. Alec had an idea of what Riser might say, but Ophi and Seven were complete mysteries to him at this point.

Meanwhile, in the conference room of S.Lyme Industries...

Adolf listened intently to Alec, and nodded slightly. "It is the only plan of action to have come up yet. However, I believe the students must be trained. I am willing to lead them in form of a club." He knew that not all the students would join, but he hoped that many would. They could even form some sort of name if they wanted--Athena was always clever at thinking up such things. He would put her to that task.

Adolf crossed his arms, and hoped that this would all be done soon so that he could wash himself and change into a suit that wasn't covered in blood. It would be much more convenient for him.

The Fallen turned his attention away from the android, and for the first time, to Adolf.
"I agree with the Yokai. Setsuka herself does not intimidate me, were I at full strength she would be but an ant, however, her army still poses a major portion of this threat. If the students here are not prepared, they will quite literally be slaughtered. They must each be 5x their current best by the time she arrives should we expect to hold our own. If you'd like, I can bring in more specialists to assist you in anything and everything you may need Yokai."

Adolf nodded solemnly at Riser. "That would be for the better." So his idea seemed well-accepted by at least one person. That was good enough for Adolf to decide to start the club anyways; if he was going to teach here, what would be the problem with him sponsoring a club?

"Ialo's awake. He's gonna kick my a**...ah well." Danni muttered to herself, sensing the movement of his aura, which had been still and silent for quite a while. She was still deliberating whether to spout her gratitude for his help or be annoyed because he couldn't seem to listen to her and stay out of her stuff.

Hadn't she gone all the way to Cali-frigging-fornia to make sure this nasty business stayed away from Mystic Fountain? But the very person that made Mystic Fountain what it was had followed her, so that plan had been shot to hell. Oh, well. It had all worked out for the best in the end. She wasn't stupid enough to believe she'd actually killed off Satan. The b*****d was damn near immortal. But she'd weakened him, and she'd pushed him out of ultimate power...for now. And she would have to be satisfied with that.

{{You, too, Victoria!! biggrin I LOVE how Dymetri stopped it, or at least postponed it. It's hilarious and also gives me a great opportunity! lol!!}}

Lin had sighed softly and then gasped as Dymetri's lips began to trail along the sensitive areas of her upper body. It felt just like last time and she was so excited to...

All of a sudden, Dymetri pulled away! He stopped his ministrations and pulled away. Had he seriously just done that? Had he been the one to stop everything?

She heard him say why he wanted to stop, but she heard it through a haze of pent up passion and need. Deep down, in the logical part of her mind that had been pushed far back, she understood what Dymetri wanted and was more than happy to give it to him. The other part of her mind, though, the part that was the most prominent at the moment, felt very disappointed.

She rolled off of Dymetri and laid next to him on the bed. She let her arms drop to her sides and she sighed. "O... Okay. If that is what you want, then we will do that. We both need to feel comfortable and completely in the moment when it happens."

She was so glad the logical brain had control over her mouth right now. She was still breathing somewhat heavily, her chest rising up and down much moreso than normal, and her cheeks were flushed. She would not press the issue, though. Like she said, she wanted both of them to be comfortable.

And really, as her body started to cool, she realized how wonderful it was to hear how much Dymetri wanted to visit her home. How amazing was that? He was excited to see her home and meet her family. That was awesome!

She turned her head and smiled softly at Dymetri. She leaned over, gave his cheek a peck, and then sat up on the bed as she swung her legs over. "We can leave now, if you wish."

He looked stunned for a moment. "I don't need to change into anything more appropriate? Maybe a toga or something nature-friendly?" He grinned. "Now would be fantastic," he assured her. "As long as you continue to be by my side."

Ialo nodded, surprised that Kai, Kith, and Koy actually accepted his offer. It was said in jest, but there was sincerity to it. He did have two machines that only had partial AI (relative to the others, at least) and were not absolutely vital – they weren’t the satellites that Ialo had rigged.

“In a couple of hours,” Ialo answered Kai. He needed to go through his inventory, and see what was available. He decided not to tell Koy that she was out of luck. Not only was he not quite ready to completely move on from Luna yet, but none of his androids had… well, girly-bits. Ialo wasn’t that sort of desperate type. “Have to find something that won’t inspire you two to go trigger happy, and let you decide from there, and then tweak it so it will actually work without blowing up, but first,” and Ialo stood back up again, turned around, and looked at Athena’s translucent visitor.

“Nana? Is that Athena’s nickname? Are you her friend? What’s your name?” Ialo interrogated Fluffy (whose name he did not yet know, and whose gender he was mistaken about). “She’s here, because she was reckless and tired herself out, is all.” There, truth without too much truth. No matter what the girl (or so Ialo thought) overheard about Hell and battles, Ialo would try to talk around it with this unknown person. “I’m sure she’ll be asleep for a while, and I have to go, so you might consider leaving.”

Ialo looked at Kai, and realized he couldn’t ask him or the spirits to supervise, because he wanted them to come with him to the impromptu ‘party’ in the next room over. But Seven was there, so Ialo would send her back to the clinic – no, he wanted her there too, because she was recording everything.

With a little popping noise, the black cube that Athena fetched back in Zurich was summoned, and fell into Ialo’s hands. He placed it on the counter running along the back of the room, and turned the black cube so that a glowing blue light was facing Athena and Fluffy. “You’re in charge, Zero,” Ialo muttered under his breath, so that only Zero would be able to hear clearly. As expected, the black cube was responseless.

“Let’s go, Kai.”

{{Aww! I missed you Victoria. sad If you want, you can PM me if you post here. I have you on my friend's list, but it never shows me when you're online. You must have that feature turned off. If you PMed me, I'd know that you had posted and could respond back if you wanted! biggrin Up to you!}}

Lin got up from the bed and then looked over at Dymetri with a delicate eyebrow raised. After a few moments, a bright smile filled her face and her eyes sparkled with mirth as she began to laugh. A soft sound that was similar to small bells ringing filled Dymetri's room.

"Dymetri, no! We do not wear togas. Though we do wear robes. What you are wearing right now is fine since you do not have elven robes. We can get you some when you settle into the guesthouse."

Her laughing died down and she reached for Dymetri's hand with a soft, loving smile on her face. Then, she took her pendant, let one single drop of water fall onto the carpet, and a large watery portal grew up in front of them from that one drop of water. It was a pristine blue that had soft waves in it. It was beautiful.

She turned her head around and smiled encouragingly at Dymetri. "You do not have to hold your breath or anything while going through this portal. It feels as if you are passing through an invigorating fresh breeze. It is wonderful!"

She pulled Dymetri through the portal, hoping he enjoyed it. It only took a few moments before they were standing on the floor of the very forest that was beside Bai Ching. Bai Ching was still a few miles away, though. Lin's home was deep in the forest.

She smiled at Dymetri and pointed up. At the very top of the canopy of trees rested a magnificent array of buildings.

"Only friends of the elves can look upon this sight. To strangers or individuals with a dark energy, it simply appears to be another set of trees."

She watched Dymetri's face for a reaction. She really hoped he liked what he saw. She wanted him to like it. It was different, she was sure, from what he was used to. She hoped he didn't think it was too different for him.
