paraphernalia_101 So tomorrow I'm going to a concert. So I'm going to bed early, have any of you noticed though that Snape in the first movie is skinnier and younger looking then in the most recent movie? Ooo, what concert? I haven't seen the movies, so I wouldn't know.

Sorry I'm hardly ever here. Health issues. Blah. Apparently there's a thread where I'm supposed to state my absence? I'll go look for it. Yay! We won the House Cup! *throws confetti*

Ellu people! Been a while since I've been on here.. -Sighs- Most likely, I'll start being regularly on here again when I start school in August.
I'm so happy right now! biggrin For the first year of Vidregående skole (11th - 13th grade on some directions, and 11 - 12th grade on other directions), the only way to get a scholarship, is if you have to live away from home, or if your parents doesn't earn much.
And, since my mum has full costedy of me, she doesn't earn as much as two parents does. So, I got a scholarship of 20,300 kr! ^^
I'll get half in the first half year of school, and the rest in the second. :3
-Happy-
Bah.. I regret not taking a picture of the "Hell Hotel" sign when we were on Hell... Or not going to the trainstation and take a picture where it said "Welcome to Hell Godsexpedition." -Sighs-
Well well. Guess I'll do that the next time we drive through Hell. D:
Anyways.. Reason I haven't been on Gaia is because I've been reading a really good slash fanfiction. :3
And now I'm done with it! At least, untill it gets updated.. -Grins-
So, what is everyone doing after summer vacation? O: And what is everyone doing this summer? xP
It's been too cold to bath.. D: At least, in the lake where I prefer to take a swim. Stupid weather. Wind from the north when it's sunny, and it's not sunny for several days straight anyway. D:
And in about... three - four months, no more sun for me for three - four months. -Pouts-

Kitsune, Look at the bright side - pun intended- is that perhaps some vacationing vampires will be visiting your 'neck' of the woods! (I just finished enjoying Twilight).
I've got a ton of R/L stuff going on- so I'll just be doing minimal staff duties at Haven for a few weeks, popping in where I can! I'm looking forward to more House Appreciation entries. FIVE winners from Ravenclaw will be chosen to go on to the BIG win for your choice of Demonic Anklets, Gwee, Snow Yeti, etc. Haven't seen many, or any for the Tek-Tek entry of Flitwick and student!
Anyway, welcome to our newbies, congratulations to the winner of our top House points winners raffles; (your prizes will be owled as soon as the skies clear in Gaia's disabled trading and gifting) And a BIG congratulations to
jillian_insomnia Fivienne who recently achieved

Congratulations to jilian_insomnia and Fivienne. Kitsune--that's great! =D What does the scholarship help you with? Oh yeah--on the topic of funny signs--in Japan, there was a store called Drug+Land. XD My first thought was that it was a store selling things like cigarrettes, but it turned out to be a plain old pharmacy. XD Kitsune, any links?

-Laughs- Too true! North Norway would be a perfect place for wandering vampires. Four months with no sun must be perfect for them! -Grins- I finnished the Twilight Series on the 27th December. I got the three books on Christmas Eve from my mum! I was so happy! biggrin I can hardly wait for the next book, Breaking Dawn. And I do hope that she'll write Twilight from Edwards point of you... She's written the first chapter, which you can read on her homepage. If she does write the book, it'll be called Midnight Sun. ^^ Well Turayza, we have to pay for our own books which we use on the school. So, the money will go to paying for the books, and will allow me to buy a busscard. x3 Of course, I won't be able to use that much money on school after all. I doubt the books will be on much more then five thousand. And I don't think they're even that expensive! O: (Perhaps I'll use some of the money on the xBox I want.. It costs about three- four thousand for one with 120 GB -Smirk-) Well, dunno if you like the pairing, but it's a wonderful fanfic! So if you wanna read it, here is the link; http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3762636/1/The_Black_Heir(Reason I didn't call the link anything, is because the right clicking on my computer has frozen, so I can get away the pop-up block... -Shifty eyes-)

Two weeks until Breaking Dawn is out. =D -attacks Costco- Ohh--I was wondering if you had to pay for -scrolls- Vidregående skole. Yeah, I'm sure they'd be happy to hear what you're thinking about using the excess scholarship money for... XD Alright! Off to reading I go. I haven't found any good, long fanfics in a long time... -sigh-

I know! heart I can hardly wait for the release! biggrin It's one of the two things I'm really looking forward to. The other being November, when I get to take a plane to Oslo for a weekend, and attend an anime convention! -Grins-
Hehe.. We here in Norway is entitled for free schooling untill we start University/College. In Vidregående though, if you have to take more than four years to finnish it, then you have to pay your fifth year and up. O:
I think they'd be thrilled! Who wouldn't be thrilled by me buying myself an xBox? -Grins innocently-
Another good fanfic you should read is the seven book series by Lightning on the Wave. The Sacrifice series is highly reccommended. I think I've mentioned it four times now... -Chuckles-

Hrmmm. I don't have to deal with purchasing books because our school district is the type that likes to recycle old books o__O On one hand, we save a lot of money--on the other, our schoolbooks are all a little...on the tattered side. I very, very rarely read slash. 'The Black Heir' is pretty good though (I think I've read the beginning before) and I'll be sure to lookm at the Lightning on the Wave series. ^ ^

I doubt your books are more tattered then ours... I mean, they look like they were made the last century. But then again, when we were on a demonstration to get the school fixed a bit, we said "No to toilets from 1952"... And I don't doubt that they were made in 1952. They certainly look and smell like it... D:
And the school library sucks. No good books whatsoever. Well, they have the Harry Potter books, but they're in freaking Norwegian! And I don't wanna read about "Humlesnurr" and "Slur" And "Lupus" and not to mention "Malfang", "Svaart", "DeMons" and "Wiltersen". I dare you to guess who they are. All are surnames, of course... -Deadpan look-
-Laughs- The story has to be really well written and have an excellent plot for me to read it if it is het.. sweatdrop
Lightning on the Wave's series has slash. Not very fond of the pairing, but she does it oh-so well. And also, the pairing doesn't start untill the fourth book.. And even then, it's not blatanly obvious. -Grins-
-Cackles evily- My mum's gonna go to the bookstore and pre-order the book for me tomorrow. >D

I'm surprised they haven't broken down... XD I can guess that 'Lupus' is Lupin, 'Malfang' is Malfoy, and 'Wiltersen' might be Weasley...but I'm totally lost on everything else XD Is 'Humlesnurr' Dumbledore? 'Svaart' might be Snape. -scratches head-

Thank you, Turayza. ^^
I like that "Humlesnurr" one whoever it is. (: Sounds funny to me. Yeah, it could be Dumbledore, as Turayza just pointed out.
Welcome to the House of the Wise Raven, Fireinthenight! That's a very philosophical answer. And a very good one.
Tee hee, I feel like a kid again. ^^ I recently bought myself a Nintendo DS Lite console and I am pretty amazed with it. I <3 my Harvest Moon game (that's the only game I have now and the main reason for me buying an NDS *lol*). The only portable console I ever played before was the good old GameBoy (yeah, that black and white, or rather black and green xD, one) some time ago. Wow, this technology really got speed up. @_@"
