Jade shifted slightly in her sleep, almost curling up tighter at the feel of the light caresses against her skin. Her brown tail moved the most, curling up from the side of the couch and wrapping around her knees a little.
Her closed green eyes fluttered slightly as she mumbled in her sleep a little. The words weren't English, and couldn't be recognized as any language one has heard before. It sounded very odd, but they flowed smoothly from her sleeping form.
Hey....wake up dummy. Someone's here.
Jade stirred a little, closing her eyes tighter for a moment before slowly opening her green orbs. She stayed still for a moment, feeling the soft brush of Deity's hand against her skin, before tilting her head back slightly and seeing him to her general left. A soft smiled spread across her face.
"Hey Love....how long have you been there...?"

((I'm just glad to be RPing again...I've been without net for at least two weeks!! eek And it was bad before then with it cutting out all the time....but now it's fixed, and I am happeh. lol))

((@ Kash: Meh, kinda. I was expecting Yo-ko, but when I found out my opponent was changed, I had to throw out the strategy I had.....and I've never seen Wind fight before really, so it'll be something new.

::The tall boy smiles gently in response to the girl's inquiry, slipping his hand away from her face and to her right, rubbing his palm firmly down the side of her back and her abdomen. He remains silent for a few moments longer, the pause allowing his eyes to wander across her curled form. He soon, however, brings his sight back to her green eyes, his expression softening as he answers in a soft whisper.::
....not long...
::Finding that to be enough detail for an equally simple question, he raises his right hand from the armrest and plants it atop his hat, pressing it down a little more to his crown. The elongated strands of red hair cascade down the back of his neck, being forced to fall down with the hat acting as an obstruction. Nonetheless, the natural buoyancy of his hair makes it push the hat up and off of his head if it isn't strapped on tightly, as it tends to be. Deity lowers his right hand once more, leaning his elbow against his knee.::

((ooc: He is a good friend, no a great one, of mine and I pretty much got that character of his pegged. I'd give you some insight but am afraid he will get pissed at me for it. The only thing I can tell you is be careful and conserve your energy. Don't do something to brash. I know what I said doesn't give you the slightest clue about what he may throw your way but its all I can spare. Why don't you try and take a look at his name closely. It may give you a hint as to what he is using. Jeez it is windy outside.. . .-coughs.- lol ))

She blinked her green eyes slowly at him, a soft smile lingering on her lips. Slowly, Jade uncurled herself, stretching her legs and arms down towards the other end of the couch, her shoulders bunching up slighlty in a cat-like way. Even her tail stretched out for that period of time. Her body hadn't been expecting to be idle that long, and was slightly stiff because of it.
Jade slowly rolled over onto her stomach, folding her arms under her chin and resting them on the armrest Deity just vacated his own arm from.
"Yea....wasn't expecting to actually fall asleep though...."
A soft giggle escaped her lips as she tilted her head to the left a little, smiling at him still.
"What have you been up to, Love..?"

((I read through his bio in here a few times to get a just of things....we'll have to see what happens. *shrugs* I'm just glad I can be in it still. If my net hadn't gotten fixed...I was thinking about forfeiting.....which would have sucked, since I've only been in one tournament....
