Cyrus caught the pokeball Kail tossed to him after handing over the bulbasaur, placing the ball back into his bag. When it came time to exchange for the incenses, Kail offered up some cash. He didn't bother to check how much it was - any amount was enough for him at this point. "It'll do." he stated, taking the cash and handing over the items before stowing away the money in a secure pouch. "Gull!" Argo squacked at his trainer, as if asking for his cut. After all, he did do his part. Cyrus ignored his bird for the moment, then gave a nod to Kail. "If that's it, I've got other matters to tend to. See you around." the dark skinned male told Kail, moving to leave.
========== Rita was rather unsure about the female human. She definitely believed the male when he said that right now she'd likely smash her trainer's skull in. The squirtle, while not fond of her trainer, wasn't really keen on him possibly being murdered, especially just over some stolen items. So she just gave a nod in understanding. Rita wasn't a very wordy pokemon in the first place, so it wasn't abnormal for her to just quietly follow the two humans around. It's not like she really had any better things to do.

Unaware of their trainer's transaction, Liligant and Fritz continued playing their games, Lilligant cheering loudly when Frtiz actually managed to successfully catch a fish. The little Fennekin's eyes widened as he stared at the pokemon flopping around in his net, and nearly dropped it as he was handed the tickets. The manager of the game took the net from him with a kind smile, returning the fish, and freeing him to take the tickets. Lilligant was still jumping up and down with joy, and he had to leap up and gently headbutt her arm to get her attention. After all, she was better off gathering the tickets, seeing as his maw was the only way he could carry them, and that might result in a bit of... damage. She calmed down, taking the tickets, but happily striding forward to the next game.
The fire pokemon lingered back a moment, though, quirking his head to the side curiously. Lilligant eventually noticed, stopping and turning, leaning back slightly as she looked over at him with her head tilted back slightly as well. 'What's up?' she asked questioningly. He continued to look at her thoughtfully a moment, then shook his head, bounding over to catch up. 'Nothing, nevermind. C'mon, let's see if we can get some more tickets.' The grass type tipped her head in confusion, but shrugged, nodding and following after her fiery companion.

As Lilligant missed quite a few of the darts, the two decided to let Fritz handle the next game, seeing his recent successes. They were definitely feeling substantially better about how things were going thus far, and actually figured Kail might... be okay with their ticket turn out? Besides, he didn't have to know how many games they had played to get as many as they had, right...?
Meanwhile, Kail stored the items away, smirking and scoffing in amusement at Cyrus. "Yeah, alright. Whatever," he remarked, pulling out a cigarette. The guy's manners could win him manners, Kail was sure. Well, not that he could really talk... but still. He turned, lighting up, deciding it was probably a good time to go check on Fritz and Lilligant, to make sure that they'd been keeping up with earning tickets. Oshawott had watched the exchange... and was now staring curiously at the new pokeball. Just what had Kail received...?

While Lilligant excitedly watched from behind, Fritz landed thethird ring, landing all three. Lilligant cheered, jumping up and down as the fennekin gathered his tickets, but blinked when the fire pokemon jumped and stared past her with wide eyes. She turned, blinking, then glancing away in embarrassment as she saw Kail standing there, one eyebrow raised. "I take it you've been doing well...?" he remarked, then held out his hand. Lilligant shuffled a bit and handed him the tickets she'd been holding on to, and Fritz trotted over, depositing his as well. Both watched as Kail counted them-- and relaxed as he smiled.
"Forty-four... that's not bad," he remarked, tucking them away, the smirkish smile already gone, "Come on, I'll buy you guys a treat as a reward." The two pokemon exchanged surprised but happy looks, and hurried after him as he headed off.

As irksome as it was, and Jin was sure he would have to get back at Sable for it later, pulling him off balance seemed to distract Darren from asking about Jin's not being a trainer or anything like that. As did the suggestion of drinks and games, which was good from Jin's point of view. It meant that he could just enjoy himself and have some fun, mostly by trying to fish out a golden Magikarp again. Unfortunately, while he didn't have the same sassy Magikarp problem as Sable did on the other island, his net still ended up breaking fairly easily."I guess they weren't kidding when they said this one was all luck,"he grumbled as he took his one ticket, glad the booth attendant wasn't snickering at him for the situation.
Sable nodded as Darren stomped off and said he was going to find a drink."Alright. We'll meet up around the ring toss booth!"she called out as he left to find something, figuring he just didn't want any teasing of his own after getting mocked by the stall attendant. The teen then smiled at Jin before looking around. She spotted what looked to be a couple snack stalls and checked her pockets for any loose change."Come on. I can probably get us a few bottles of water. We'll see what else there is after that,"she said to the disguised Zorua, then walked with him over to the stalls.

Christin yawned slightly as she awoke to the landing at the islands. Zack was already running around the ship looking at the crowds of people. She raised an eyebrow as she kicked her board into her hands after she stood from her sitting position. She walked over and placed a hand on his shoulder and looked out over the brilliance of the Sevii islands TanaBata. "Well look at this place. Shall we go play some carnival games?" She asked the young one. He nodded happily and raced off down the boarding plank and towards the fishing area. He had already seen what he wanted to do first. But she was thinking about a Yukata. Or a Kimono. Those would be nice.... No. She shook her head as she entered the shop, not seeing one she liked and instead purchasing a BanaGasa, or a japanese style umbrella. Just incase. That's what she told herself. After purchasing the umbrella she found her brother staring at a cute Frillish pet. And he looked up at her. With pleading eyes. She sighed, handed him her board and asked for a paper net. And went for it. But definitely almost had it.
She held back a curse as the net broke and the tiny frillish fell back into the water. She looked to Zack who looked disappointed and looked to the merchant. Wanting another net.
Darren nodded quickly as Sable suggested they meet up by the ring toss station, and then continued to one of the snack booths to buy himself a lemonade and a bottle of water, lemonade for now, water for if he got thirsty on the hike up the volcano. He drank some of his lemonade and scratched Bolt behind the ear contemplatively as he kept an eye on Sable and Jin so that he didn't lose them again, before sighing lightly. "Ah... I shouldn't get so down about this, there's plenty of other games. That one's all luck anyways." Darren chastised himself. "Pi." Bolt seemed to agree, cheeks sparking a bit happily as Darren scratched his ear.
After Darren was able to cool off from the summer heat and finish his lemonade, he made his way to the ring toss as per his agreement with Sable, Bolt still on his shoulder and Flynn on his heels. The Charmander suddenly darted forwards and up onto the ledge of the ring toss, glancing to Darren. "Char!" Darren looked at him for a moment, tilting his head lightly. "What, do you want to give it a try?" Flynn nodded energetically and Darren shrugged. "Sure! Go for it buddy." Darren encouraged with a smile. Flynn nodded and was handed three rings, and the Charmander tossed the first one enthusiastically, a little too enthusiastically, because the ring went flying far past any of the bottles, and Bolt snickered a bit at the Charmander, who gave a short growl at the pichu and threw the next two rings quite a bit more carefully. The second one almost fell off, but managed to hook on a bottle, and the third one was a pretty solid hook, earning the group five more tickets.

Well, the game Lupup chose was a complete failure. For a thing that didn't move, that Magikarp wasn't easy to catch. She took the consolation prize of one ticket before moving on. This time she was determined to win. She carefully helf the net above the water and then did it as quickly as she could. Lifting the blue frillish out of the water and successfully saving the net. Sable ended up buying quite a few bottles of water, five of them to be precise. Two for her and Jin to hang onto for now and another two for later on since she wasn't sure how long the group would be wandering around the mountain, volcano, whatever it was. The last one was a spare bottle in case she, Jin, or Darren felt like they needed it. She also ended up buying a can of lemonade for Jin and a bottle of some sort of weird soda for herself. The soda in and of itself seemed ordinary, a clear liquid with tiny bubbles fizzing to the top, but the glass bottle was an odd shape, pinched along its neck. Plus, there was a glass marble in the neck of the bottle, right in the section above where the neck had been pinched together. The drink tasted alright, being a sort of melon flavor, and the teen supposed the marble that plugged the capped mouth of the bottle helped to keep her from just guzzling it. Still, it was a bit odd.
Sipping on their drinks, it wasn't hard for the duo to find the ring toss booth. Or Darren, for that matter. Sable gave the male a wave and walked over to join Darren while his Charmander took his turn at the ring toss."Looks like he did pretty well,"the teen commented once the fire type was finished, then stepped up to take her turn. Unfortunately, it looked like the ring toss was not quite the game for her. She ended up being a little rough and threw two of the rings too hard, missing rather miserably. She did manage to get one of the rings to land where it needed to, though, and that earned her two tickets for her trouble."Guess I still need work, then..."the trainer muttered as she checked the number of tickets she had. From the looks of things she was tied with Jin for the moment, although that'd probably change soon.
Jin sipped his lemonade quietly, figuring he aught to keep his mouth shut for the moment. He turned his head a bit to look over at one of the tents and smirk. It looked like it was another tent for arcade games, which meant it was another tent he figured he should check out in the near future. There was no way he was going to let Sable have a higher score than him at gaming. Still, he figured he aught to make sure the others were ready to move before heading over to the tent.
