Personality:
Gahiji is a strange sort of person, one that doesn't seem as though he is all there mentally. It might in fact be true given the way that he goes about his daily life, tending to spend a lot of his time searching for a 'real' challenge, favoring the sort that could easily get him killed. He seems to completely lack the voice in his head that tells him something is dangerous or that he shouldn't do it, instead just throwing himself into any battle that he finds eagerly. He seems to be addicted to fighting and winning (at least the idea of it), no matter the shape that he ends up in afterwards. His hunger for battle often leaves him covered in wounds but the pain seemingly doesn't bother him, or maybe it's something that he enjoys as well as it show him that he is in fact alive.
Due to the manner in which he faces things the idea of meeting someone stronger then him, as in extremely so, he would find himself with a deep respect for that person as well as have a deep seeded desire to continue to challenge them. No matter how many times he suffers a loss he will still want to continue to follow (and bother) that person. Strength in others is something he would admire, but want to challenge, it's also something that he would find attractive. His version of love would be something more closely akin to the respect/admiration/obsession that would come with meeting a powerful individual.
The challenging of other warriors aside he will also be a big fan of battling it out with beasts of all varieties, though he will mainly want to take on the most dangerous ones. The bigger, badder ones with sharp teeth and claws being the 'best' ones in his mind when it comes to what he wants to fight against. The more the merrier as well. Gahiji will seem, to some at least, as though he as a death wish but its not really death that he's seeking in his battles. Not that he is sure about any sort of end goal, not the sort that looks that far ahead, only really seeing the next battle.
Description:
~ Hair: A deep blood red, almost black color, that is shaved on the sides, with the rest of it decorated with feathers, bone beads, and other such prizes that he's gathered. The closest example I could find was something like this style. I am all for the artist fiddling with it a bit to get it to look just right. ^_^
~ Eyes: The design of the water tribe but done in a bright pink color, narrowed and serious, with a scar that goes over one of them from his forehead to his his chin, then down along his neck and chest. It's a long slash mark that he got while he was much younger, his first scar of many, but likely the one that has the most history behind it.
~ Skin: I'm torn on this one. Either skin type would look cool or a combination of both? If possible something like Irro or Ril's skin? Having him with normal Fire Tribe skin with some patches here and there of a faded version of the Matori skin? Really when it comes to this I'd love to leave it up the artist and let them play around with it and have fun.
~ Crystals: Some of the big shoulder ones could be cool! One or two on each shoulder, symmetrical or asymmetrical, would be cool, as well as some on the face? I am good with any arrangement. Another thing I'd love to leave up to the artist to decide.
~ Other: Matorian ears, please! I love them so much!
When it comes to Gahiji I'd like to leave a lot of things up to the artist (and colorist) to go crazy with! I love to see what people come up with when they can do whatever comes to mind. It was how Mano was created and I'd love to see what might come up that with Gahiji as well.
They can definitely bounce ideas off me if there is anything they are unsure of but I am up for anything design wise. <3
Clothing: Clothing made of the various beasts that roam the Oba/Matori area. I will leave the design up to the artist/colorist as I am good with whatever they would like to design. So long as it has a really rough look to it, as though it was made by someone that is still learning how to make things the correct way. He can be shirtless and barefoot if the artist likes as well.
Accessories: Beads made of bone, feathers, claws, and other decorations that are made of the bits and pieces of various kills that he will go after when he is able. What exactly the decorations are I will leave up to the artist! All sorts of piercings are definitely something that they can add, in bulk if they like.
One thing I'd definitely like (though I don't know if it could show on prentice lines) would be a tongue piercing. I definitely understand if it doesn't show on prentice lines though. ^_^
History:
Gahiji was the only son that was born between a Oban noblewoman and one of the Matori servants that served her household that she fell in love with. After learning that she was with child the two of them fled from the city in Oban that they lived in to instead live abroad, wanting their child to be able to live freely, and to hopefully grow up out from under the thumb of her father. Even after the Matori slaves were freed after the war she didn't return home, not trusting her family with her husband or her son, doubting that they would accept them into the family given where her husband had started out. They found some peace for a while in Matori, with Gahiji being born in one of the smaller villages in the land of water. They stayed there for a only a short time before moving on again though, not wanting to stay in one place for too long lest her family catch up with them.
It was something that worked for a while, though it wasn't a peace that was meant to last it would seem. Gahiji isn't sure what happened to his parents exactly. He was still just a child when he lost them and in his mind whatever really happened was twisted, leaving him to think that 'monsters' of some sort killed them though at the same time he thinks that maybe it could have been two legged monsters as well. In his mind he can only see it as a nightmare situation, one in which his parents were killed, and he was meant to be killed as well. The attack was where he got his first scar (mentioned in the description section) and is what is left behind by those that tried to kill him. Whether it was people hired by his mother's family, someone that was actually a part of the family, or actual monsters he doesn't really know. All that is certain is that the attack is what changed him greatly from a normal child to be the person that he is today.
After the attack it was a few Matori fishermen that found and saved him, the same people that raised him for a time since he was the only one left alive. Since they'd saved him they saw him as their responsibility even though it was obvious that they didn't know the right way to raise a child. Despite that though they were good people, those who tried their best. The problem being that his habit of challenging others started to bubble up in him as time passed, seeming to only get worse and worse the older that he got. His new 'family' does their best to deal with him, though him challenging them like a beast challenging its alphas does wear on them at times.
Partially due to knowing he could be a bother to his 'family' as well as a need to get stronger and to challenge others causes him to wander away fairly often, going far and wide looking for something that will help to feed his need for battle. His 'territory' as it were seems to be the area between Baun and Sald, reaching over to the ocean, as well as a ways into Oba.
Once he gets older, and gets his hands on a weapon, he means to leave his 'territory', to seek out stronger and stronger beasts and people to take on. He wants to face all sorts of things head on, instead of just sticking to one area. The idea of sitting still for too long isn't something he'd even consider as idleness drives him crazy. One such plot is for him to start picking fights with Keilana when he learns that a 'strong person is running a school' seeing her as a desirable opponent.
He will take on anyone he possibly can between Matori and Tale though, finding himself ever eager for battle no matter the circumstances or the condition he might be in.

Future Weapon/Class: Unknown, I want him to figure it out through RP. I am thinking on possibly a magical or healing based class but this isn't something he is certain of yet.

3 Base Traits: Curious, Anxious, Adventurous
Personality: Nynas is the sort that is curious about new things, wanting to see and learn about everything there is to know. He knows that it means leaving his home village and striking out into the outside world which is something that he wants to do. The only problem is that the idea of actually leaving home is completely terrifying to him.
The idea that he might run into members of other tribes, giant beasts from foreign lands, and just going out on his own keeps him up at night but he wants to go. In a way he's a bit masochistic in that way, wanting to approach all manner of new things even though he is afraid of them. Him talking to other tribes will likely be the absolute most difficult thing for him to do, something that will have him starring and stuttering, depending on the attitude of those he runs into. The only thing he won't do is flee from them due to the fact that he'll be so curious about them... though it will appear to others that he wants to do just that since he will likely to be shaking up a storm.
Description:
~ Eyes: Standard Yaelian colored eyes with a gentle look for them. I'd like him to have some googles similar to these ones please. He he doesn't have the best eye sight so they help out in that aspect and stay in place even when he's on the move at a swift place. In the art he doesn't have to be wearing them, he can either have them on, have them pushed up on his head, or have them hanging around his neck. Totally up to the artist.
~ Hair: The same length as in the picture, please! I would like it to be the darkest color of purple that the Yaelian people have access to, please! IF the artist wants to add any little accessories to his hair I am cool with that. So long as most of his hair is free flowing in this stage I'm happy.
~ Skin: I'd like his skin to the same as in the picture color wise, please! He's only got the one scar that goes across his lip and is otherwise free of any other scars. If its allowed (and if its something that Yaelians can have) I'd love for him to have a speckling of full body freckles/beauty spots.
Clothing: Something similar to what is in the picture that I made in the doll maker but in colors that the Yaelians would have, please. (The doll maker only had black clothing which is why he is dressed in only black.) If he could wear dull greens or blues, perhaps? Whatever the artist things looks best on him. I am good with any colors really. ^_^
Accessories: Only the goggles that I mentioned before would be important to him. If the artist wants to add other

The woman stood in as the midwife when their mother went into labor, helping where she could, but even her powers were unable to save Brinna from her fate. After their mother passed away it was more Sauda then their father that looked after them. It wasn't that the man resented his children, it was more the fact that looking at them was a constant reminder of his wife, causing him to miss her that much more. Instead he threw himself entirely into his work and it was his work in the end that claimed his life.
The pair were still younglings when the second of their parents passed away, leaving them with only their grandmother to look after them. The woman's ideas of what they should do with their lives differs greatly from what the pair of them are into though. Nynas has the attitude of an explorer, often getting into trouble when he was little, wandering off, getting lost, and otherwise going on what he called adventures. Salida on the other hand fancies herself a creator, wanting to build all sorts of things from weapons to clothing to just little creations she thinks will make chores easier. Most of her projects are failures or fall apart after a single use, but she means to perfect something, someday that will help out the Yaeli people as a whole. Until then she is just building what she hopes will end up useful and sturdy.
Those are the things that they want to do while their grandmother thinks that the pair of them really aught to follow in her footsteps and become healers since that will serve the village in a real capacity.
Currently the two of them, along with their grandmother, are living in a place on the outskirts of Pajore. It's a big place with a lot of junk in the yard that Sauda has gathered to build things out of and inside there are various things that Nynas has brought home as trophies from his various adventures outside of the village. Over all their house has a very cluttered but very 'lived in' feel to it that the twins enjoy... though their grandmother is constantly forcing them to clean up the various messes that they make. It something that tends to leave their things in precarious piles that are always at risk of tipping over, cascading junk all over the place once more.
Since the news of outsiders of various sorts showing up on Yael the twins have had various reactions. Nynas was... curious, very curious, wanting to get a peek at the others that were born outside of Yael despite his fear of what they might do. Salida on the other hand isn't as interested in leaving, though she will admit to some curiosity about those that aren't from their tribe. She isn't as gung-ho as her brother when it comes to meeting outsiders but if he goes she would be likely to follow him. Their grandmother on the other hand has zero desire to meet any outsiders and does her best to warn her grandchildren away from such 'foolish' ideas. Time will tell if they end up leaving Yael or not.

Future Weapon/Class: Debating on this, I was thinking that her being a blacksmith could be cool given her desire to create things. I might have her do as her brother is doing and figure it out through RP!

Personality:
Salida is a very odd girl always heard talking about herself and referring to herself in the third person. She is also always seen planning on the 'next big thing' when it comes to creating something with her bare hands. She fancies herself as being a creator of sorts, wanting to design all manner of things likes those that she sees being made around Pejore. The problem being that, due to her youthful inexperience her designs tend to favor form over function leaving her with unwieldy creations.
A very energetic girl she is often seen running around from places to place, gathering up materials that will be useful in her inventions. She's not exactly the most graceful of women though so seeing her face plant into the dirt isn't uncommon. It's something that she will shrug off in an instant before running off on her way once more. She is the sort that is likely to get a lot of odd looks but that is another thing that she will try to shrug off, though she will find it a little harder to deal with that then with injuries.
Description:
~ Eyes: Big, innocent style eyes in the normal color for the Ysali that are hidden behind thick, 'swirly' glasses similar to those in the image. I'd like her to be wearing them in the art, please! She's pretty blind without them. lol
~ Hair: Spiked up, short, messy pig tails with a few bits that have escaped here and there since she doesn't tend to worry over her looks all that much. Same shade of purple as her brother, please!

3 Base Traits: Silent, Strong, Gruff, Loyal
Personality:
A very intent silent type Uzumati would much rather get things done with his hands rather than words. He actually doesn't even speak that anyone knows of so any conversations with him are rather short lived. Most likely you'll get a grunt, growl, or a nod at the best. Living on his own in Tale has taught him to approach anyone as a prey would - silent and without warning. Only through his gaze can you truly get a glimmer of emotion there.
He's very strong and often does things without hesitation. He's got the strength of a bear and doesn't hesitate to use it or show it. It also means he has a strong heart and a very stubborn spirit - if he's used to something then it better happen his way! Good luck trying to explain things to him as well as he will get frustrated easily and just simply walk away (after table flipping the project)
As mentioned above he is very gruff and abrasive. Nothing is charming about him and rather than being charming or suave about how he comes across the boy will just put out his feelings on the table. You piss him off? You get a fist in the face or he'll just leave. Bored easily enough anyone that talks his ear off will find themselves facing a blank space where he once stood. That or he'll just slam his hands down on the table before backing up and leaving....enough is enough after all.
However, for those who do worm their way into his heart the boy tends to be loyal. Those who have won his trust or have helped him before have got a good guard at their back now as he will do his utmost to protect others.
Description: Lanky with lots of muscle - you can tell he'll become stockier as he ages with all that on him as he just needs to be well-fed first and not living in the wilderness. His skin is as dark as a leaf person's can be and his hair is a middle brown that darkens to almost black at the edges. His hairstyle is very rough and tangled -can have it covering one eye even if wanted CC- His eyes are unique in the fact that one is a very dark green while the other is more faded - almost a yellow green in appearance. Across that light green eye are several scars from where a claw slashed him years ago across the face. Most of his gemstones are along his stomach/hipbones leaving only one tiny stone by his scars while four more circle around his other eye (one directly underneath and the other three curving up towards his eyebrow). The ones on his stomach almost look like a bear claw with one larger gemstone and three or four slender ones jutting away from it.
Clothing wise he just wears typical leather pants with maybe a sash around the top, no shoes, a leather glove on one hand, and a ripped vest.
Accessories: Just some feathers in his hair - he likes to accessorize with them and also a few furs here and there. Also has a claw necklace around his neck and a leather choker as well. x1
History:
Born to a loving family Uzumati lost everything in a huge fire that destroyed his whole home. Scared and alone the little boy found himself just wandering Tale - as no one realized that he had survived the devastating event caused by a huge thunderstorm (so when lightening hit their home that night it went up in smoke). The river running through his homelands had also swollen up that night erasing all tracks of the little boy.
From there Uzu made his way into the darker parts of the forest where he lived for a while. Since he doesn't speak he can't recall much of it, nor does he truly remember the exact events of being adopted by a forest hermit who eventually was slaughtered before him by a rogue Alkidike extremist before the great battle that happened. The slaughter of the old man who had raised him caused such grief and agony that the boy not only lost part of his memories, but also his ability/will to speak. Afterwards he took to raising himself and became even more like a wild beast of Tale. Hunting and scavenging for his own food and even getting into fights with local wildlife for territory and his own right to live in the woods...it's caused quite a few scars here and there. At any sign of an earthling, however, the boy will scatter backwards into the darkness. Those with antenna especially terrify him as that triggers past feelings of anxiety and of loss...
But as time progressed he started to feel stronger and braver. So just recently the boy has taken to wandering further and further from the woods away from his makeshift hut. Rumors have begun to spread towards the village where his family once lived that a boy with bi-colored eyes and a wild look has been living in the deep woods. These rumors have reached an actual living relative of Uzu - his uncle, a gruff blacksmith- who began to wander towards the woods. Since it was his sister's son the male, Tarou, has taken it upon himself to 'tame' this wild spirit into becoming the boy he once knew.
It's taken some time -of leaving meals by the trees and of leaving trinkets here and there to catch the boy's interest- but Tarou has made it to the point that the boy will sit still for a few moments here and there to listen to his story. The story of two siblings who grew up in Tale and how they were raised. "Oliana and her brother Tarou later grew apart you see-" He began idly one day, "So that she could marry a hunter and have a family with him. They lived happily for a while while Tarou only visited on rare occasions...but they had a son named Uzumati. He had these crazy bi-colored eyes you know. Possibly from where he almost fell into a fire before perhaps. Not that I ever paid attention to his eyes really before..."
Then Uzumati would disappear for a few days and the stories would continue when Tarou finally lured him out again, "Eventually disaster struck as a horrible storm destroyed this happy family and their home. I thought they were all dead, but it seems Uzumati lived...I don't know what happened to him after that, but now I, Tarou, his uncle have heard he lives in these woods. Would you know him?"
