Okay, big update.
So, last Saturday, me and my fellow environmental club members volunteered at the local Wildcat Bluff nature center for Earthfest, an early Earth Day celebration held on the Saturday before Earth Day.
We helped out a lot more than some of the other volunteers, me and another friend of mine stayed for 6 hours where we only needed to hang around for 2 hours.
We also procured some of their free trees, which I intend to plant at the school on Arbor Day, which so happens to be this Friday on the 25th.
Also, today, 4/21, which so happens to be John Muir's birthday, I was in a rather flirty mood.
And while I was talking to all the fine ladies I was associating with I made sure to ask them what they were doing for Earth Day and encouraged them to do something.
One sweet girl said she would be planting trees, though was a little upset since she would be planting them later on a Friday, when I heard this I immediately reminded her that Friday is Arbor Day and lifted her spirits.
